I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1911: 24.172 Sixth Violet Star - A Flick

Under the orders of the F-Class’s adviser, the Class Leader, Long Juedi made a move to wake up Cao Wanji who had merged with his Sloth summoned beast leaving him in this state where he felt extremely lazy and would be sleepy most of the time. The students of F-Class were already used to this scene, but for the genius class this action is simply a show of rudeness towards their teachers.

Long Juedi gently wake up Cao Wanji until he shook him so badly, but the man wouldn’t wake up at all

”Classmate Cao, wake up! Cao Wanji!” Long Juedi calls and shakes but there is no reaction from the man hugging the body pillow.

Upon seeing the pillow, Long Juedi’s thoughts are that this man should wake up as long as he takes away his pillow. Thinking about it for a moment, he truly did it in reality. Who would have thought that the sleeping man was hugging the body pillow like his life defended on it and would still not wake up.

Seeing how helpless their class leader is, everyone in F-Class tried to wake up Cao Wanji. But as if he is dead to the world no one was able to wake him up. Seeing their sister panting from shaking her classmate in an attempt to wake him up but failed, the God of Destruction pitied Haerin a bit.

Hei Anjing stood up from his chair and walked towards this group. Seeing their seniors approaching, the students gave way to him.

He commanded, ”His arms and seat him up.”

Long Juedi and Nan Jiang did as ordered and everyone watched as the God of Destruction made a gesture pinching his middle finger with his right thumb positioning it in front of Cao Wanji’s forehead. Without any hesitation, Hei Anjing flicked the sleeping young man.

The sound of this flick man was so loud that it made those near them flinch. What is more surprising is that, they saw an animal with swirling eyes falling out of Cao Wanji’s body and it falling on its back with Nangong Rui instinctively catching it before it fell on the ground. It’s a sloth. A Sloth in his dizzy state fell in Nangong Rui’s hands and it came from Cao Wanji who instantly woke up after that one flick on his forehead.

Flick!

THUD!

”OW! What the...” Cao Wanji who woke up surrounded by his classmates and Senior Hei smiling mischievously at him. The curse word in the tip of his tongue was immediately swallowed by him.

Cao Wanji nervously asked, ”W-What is... wrong with me?”

”Student Cao, finally awake. I guess. If so... let’s listen to the class~” said the God of Destruction.

Hei Anjing didn’t wait for him to respond as he turned around to return to his seat. Cao Wanji instinctively nods at his seniors and looks around. Meeting multiple eyes on him and upon seeing his summoned beast sloth in Nangong Rui’s arm unconscious he can at guess what happened. There is only one person he had seen who took out a beast or a spirit out of someone’s body. The young prince of the beastman race, Hei Anjing.

Student Cao Wanji unsummoned his beast and scratched his head with a bit of a timid look on his face.

”Well... I’m sorry. I must have fallen asleep again. Haha~” He said while pretending to be stupid of the situation. ”Class leader?”

”It’s your time to test your compatibility. Go on to the stage,” said Long Juedi.

Cao Wanji fell asleep after the introduction for the two classes was over and didn’t know what happened afterwards. It was only when he saw the artifact that is used to test elemental compatibility that he understood what was happening and walked towards the stage to do his part.

Unknown to the others, the students of the genius class were shocked. Who wouldn’t be when they witnessed a classmate of theirs capable of force unmerging between a beast master and his summoned beast. During the fight being unmerged with their beast is a deadly situation. Not only is there a risk of death, the connection between the human and the beast would be greatly shaken.

But clearly based on Cao Wanji’s reaction the connection between him and his beast was retained though his beast lost consciousness. This means that Hei Anjing had the ability to cut off connections and control even the outcome. If he wants the master to suffer alone after the connection is cut, he is able to do so. If he wanted the beast to get punished then it is also possible.

That means the God of Destruction is capable of disarming them however he wishes to and that makes him the hardest opponent for beast and spirit tamers. Well, people can hardly beat him through physical means as well. He is a beastman hybrid one with the bloodline of a mythical beastman and a beast god. He is born strong both physically and mentally.

Students of the Genius Class collective thoughts: ’Just how monstrous this young prince’s abilities are!?’

No one had their attention on Cao Wanji as the shock of witnessing what the God of Destruction had just done left them all thinking. It was until a brilliant rainbow colored light was emitted from the crystal ball that everyone looked over. This is the test result of Cao Wanji’s Elemental Compatibility. He had an affinity for all elements. That’s why the crystal ball glowed with rainbow color.

Lord An Shizhe recalled his son saying that this child is born with a special physique that allows him to sign contracts with all kinds of beasts without limitation as long as his body and soul can bear it. He was a bit skeptical about it but now seeing the result showed him facts.

The Ancient God of Chaos said, ”Rainbow light. All elements compatibility. This student is not bad. How come you ended up in F-Class?”

”Hm~, I fell asleep after answering a quarter of the entrance exam and barely passed the physical exam,” Cao Wanji answered.

He felt embarrassed that he had to reveal his black history that landed him being beaten up by his father when he got home.

Lord Hunluan added, ”You shouldn’t indulge your beast so much. Unless you are Huzi who is fearless to handle your affairs and possesses the strength to go against everyone and protect his children, it is better to avoid mixing blood with the other race. After all, it is your children who would suffer from your actions.”

These words resound greatly in the mind of Xue Laira. Among all the mixed breeds in the academy her life experience was the worst. Her mother was treated as a witch and was killed by the other humans in their village. Her father had abandoned her to live in an orphanage. Growing up in fear, disdain and terror that others would kill her to like how they did to her mother. Her only luck was that the elementals loved unconditionally, but is also among the facts she couldn’t accept and is afraid of.

The World Eater finished talking to Cao Wanji about at least not sleeping during merged classes. He can do anything in his own classes though.

Lord An Shizhe said, ”Alright. You can go back to your seat. Do not sleep, understand?”

”Y-Yes,” responded Cao Wanji.

After Cao Wanji left the stage, the next student was called on stage.

”Haerin, my foster granddaughter. Come over,” said Lord An Shizhe.

”Yes!”

Haerin wasn’t embarrassed being called this way by the two seniors on the stage. After all, they can never change the fact that she, Haerin, is the foster granddaughter of these two heroes who loves her as much as her brothers.

After being called, Haerin walked towards the stage jubilantly as always. She held the crystal ball and powerful golden-green light came from the crystal ball. It was a mixed case unlike the semi-mixed one which signifies two elements of affinity. This mixed color signifies that she had received a higher blessing from a Wind Elemental God and received its love. There is also the similar mixed color of gold and yellow-green which signifies a blessing from a Wood Elemental God.

The blessing was so strong that a wind tornado appeared and big roots surrounded the crystal ball and a tree grew almost immediately. This sight faded as her hand was pulled off the crystal ball. It was Lord Hunluan who lifted her hand off.

Lord Hunluan says, ”Your two blessings are both from Elemental Kings. It might affect reality if this continues. You have a major blessing from both the Wind and Wood Elemental Gods. Powerful blessing indeed.”

”Hehe~ Grandpa Hunluan, Grandpa An, am I powerful?” Haerin said.

The World Eater ruffles the little girl’s hair while praising her, ”Our granddaughter is too powerful!”

”Of course! After all, I am your granddaughter!” said Haerin.

The two teachers showed doting expressions on their faces when interacting with Haerin. It seems that Haerin is quite loved by her family members.

Lord Hunluan said, ”Alright. Go back to your seat.”

”The last student came on stage. Student Xue Laira,” calls Lord An Shizhe.

As they finally summoned the last untested student in the crowd. She is also among the students who introduce themselves having an all element affinity. Cao Wanji had already approved of himself and Xue Laira was the last one.
