I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 642: 12.44 Unknown Star - Modern ABO World: Escapee Hua Heiyu

After Ye Yuyan left the public restroom. He heads straight to the police car parked at the gas station. He didnʼt hesitate to take down the dashcam inside the car and watch the recording. Standing beside him are Wei Lou and Jie Yun. There is only a recording so they havenʼt known anything about the pheromones Hua Heiyu had released to take over the control of the mind of that unlucky police officer.

They watched as Hua Heiyu sat in the back seat of the police car with his arm tied to the car handle inside the car. He was staying silent as he looked at the scenery outside the car window with a nonchalant expression on his face. In the video, they can see the police officer peeking at Hua Heiyu as if he was intoxicated by his beauty. Everyone who had met Hua Heiyu knew that he was a very beautiful young man who had a gentle and elegant demeanor which made others easily like him.

Suddenly they heard the police talking nonsense out of nowhere.

The Police officer in the driverʼs seat, ”Hm? What is this fragrance? Mint? Flower?”

Hua Heiyu, ”Itʼs the scent of a lotus flower.”

{Mr. Police Officer~ would you be so kind and uncuffed me please~}

”Good job!”

{Go to sleep now~}

The three who were watching the video only heard Hua Heiyu saying the following sentences and noticed the reaction of the police officer who was with him inside the car acting weird. He first fell into a state of daze. Seeing his eyes dull and lifeless, it can be said he had fallen into some kind of hypnosis.

The one who is obviously controlling him is Hua Heiyu. Only this beautiful young manʼs voice can be heard talking on the video recording. Then as if following Hua Heiyuʼs command, the police officer lost consciousness and had fallen asleep. They even heard him snoring in the video.

The scene afterwards is as expected. Hua Heiyu stole the keys and removed the handcuff tied on the car handle. Took the money from the police officer and walked away graciously as if he wasnʼt an escaped criminal at all. He even didnʼt forget to smile at the dashcam and the whole thing was recorded.

His expression at the end is clearly an act of provocation as he knew that the police to be exactly Prosecutor Ye would check on the recording.

Ye Yuyan almost destroyed the camera on the spot. Thankfully, Officer Ying Wu had taken it away from his hand before he had thrown it to the ground due to rage.

Officer Ying Wu said, ”Please donʼt ruin the evidence! Sir!”

”What is this? Did he know we will check on the dashcam recording and leave an annoying smile directed at us?!” said Wei Lou.

Jie Yun commented, ”This smile is not for you. It is for him...” he gestured with his chin that the last smile Hua Heiyu had flashed at the camera and was recorded was left for Ye Yuyan. This psychopathic genius obviously predicted that Prosecutor Ye would notice the dashcam in the police car which most people hadnʼt taken notice of.

”It seems that... He knew your personality too well. Does that mean you also know where he should have gone next?” asked Jie Yun.

With silent anger swirling in his heart, Ye Yuyan clicked his tongue and replied, ”... Yes, I think I know where he is... Sigh~ that damn brat!” muttered Prosecutor Ye as he walked away from the gas station walking towards the nearby café which one would pass by before reaching the gas station.

Wei Lou, Jie Yun, and Officer Ying Wu were dumbfounded by the hidden yet simple-looking Café by the road. The exterior of the store was made to complement the surrounding forestry. It looks like itʼs made from expensive wood and possesses a semi-modern and eco-friendly design that both looks aesthetic and minimalist.

The ambiance this cafe emits is that of the natural beauty of nature and modernism in it. Since the store is near the road, only those who pass by the highway would be able to come and visit the cafe. Just based on some luxurious yet low-key expensive cars at the distant parking lot offered by the store, this place seems to be available only for elite and wealthy people to visit. The store also ensures privacy for those who want a silent environment and to enjoy nature at their own pace.

Wei Lou who looks like a thug, Officer Ying Wu in his police uniform, and Ye Yuyan who looks like a drunkard received scrutinizing gazes from the customers of the cafe. Only Jie Yun looks a bit compatible with the location set as he was wearing a comfortable suit on him.

”Um. Their eyes are quite uncomfortable,” commented Officer Ying Wu.

Wei Lou clicked his tongue and said, ”They are obviously looking down on us. Oi! What are you looking at!?”

”Stop it! Donʼt act like a thug. So unrefined.” said Jie Yun.

Ye Yuyan remained cool-headed and ignored the eyes wandering on him. He might look like a drunkard but his physique and face alone allowed others to overlook his disadvantages plus he is a dominant alpha, ordinary alphas, and betas couldnʼt help but fear while omegas are captivated.

Tsk!

”So annoying. Jie Yun let me borrow your suit, just the upper one would do,” said Ye Yuyan.

Jie Yun leads him to his suit coat. He watched as Ye Yuyan, who was wearing a white t-shirt, wore the suit coat over and even combed up his hair into a semi-formal attire. The languidness of his eyes disappeared and was replaced with a serious gaze as he rearranged his cuff and buttoned up his clothes. His casual demeanor completely changed from a handsome drunkard to an elite-looking man.

Whistles~

Wei Lou whistled upon seeing his on-the-spot transformation.

”Not bad. You look like your old self this way,” said Wei Lou.

Ye Yuyan glared at him and said with a threatening cold tone, ”You shut your mouth.”

”Whatever~ are you going to hit me? ~ go on. Try me~” said Wei Lou trying to taunt this infamous Prosecutor of the legends.

Ye Yuyan ignored him and said to Officer Ying Wu, ”Watch over them. If they try to escape, just shoot them down.”

”Oi. Oi! What is this tyranny!?” said Wei Lou.

Jie Yun said, ”So noisy.”

”What did you say!?” said Wei Lou as he grabbed Jie Yunʼs collar.

Jie Yun looked at him calmly yet coldly, ”Let go if you still want your hand.”

”Donʼt fight here. How embarrassing!” said Officer Ying Wu.

Ye Yuyan ignored them and headed to the café to look for the runaway criminal. His face is not good obviously his mood is not on the right side. His steps were heavy as if he didnʼt wish to walk towards this place but he couldnʼt do anything but follow the plan he and his wife had made as the Syndicate had once again made contact with Hei Yuhua even in his disguised form.

The real reason why Hei Yuhua in the identity of Hua Heiyu noticed the signs of summoning from the Syndicate. He saw a person in a black suit with a face unfamiliar to him holding a bouquet of red hydrangeas in his hand by the window of the police car which was on its way to the shrubs.

This is the reason he intentionally frightened the two police officers who were escorting him on the way leading them to be terrified of him and would make them. Instinctively, I want to pee. When the police car stopped at the gas station he had already planned his escape which wasnʼt in his original plan.

---

A few hours ago.

At the suburbs, in the abandoned church.

It was just at that moment Ye Yuyan closed his eyes to connect his mind with his wife through telepathy.

Ye Yuyan: {Wife, are you near the shrubs yet? I miss you so much~}

Hei Yuhua: {Weʼve only been separated for a day or two. We will see each other soon.}

Ye Yuyan: {Where are you now?}

Hei Yuhua: {About to reach the gas station near the shrubs... Hm! Change of plans. Iʼm going to escape. I saw Nightshade. Itʼs a summon. Pick me up at the Café before the gas station. Make sure to show an act of hate when you do. Use your gun. Donʼt worry I can dodge a bullet or two.}

Ye Yuyan: {...Can I... not do it?}

Hei Yuhua: {Do you want to sleep on the sofa tonight?}

Ye Yuyan: {I will do it. I love you, Yuʼer.}

Hei Yuhua: {I love you too, AʼYan. Your assistant will receive a call soon about my escape. Please act well. If Nightshade comes over he must be checking if thereʼs a conspiracy between us. He is a paranoid person.}

Ye Yuyan: {Be careful, wife.}

Hei Yuhua: {I will. You as well, darling.}

Half an hour later Officer Ying Wu indeed received a call about Hua Heiyuʼs escape and they all went to the nearby gas station which led to the current situation.

---

Inside the café, a few hours before Ye Yuyan and the rest arrived at the scene.

Hei Yuhua disguised as Hua Heiyu was sipping a strawberry latte frappucino he ordered and paid by Nightshade for him. They had just finished their business and Hei Yuhua was reminded of his mission to seduce Prosecutor Ye.

Nightshade spoke, ”You must do anything to seduce that Demon Prosecutor. Make sure to keep him away from our main mission locations. I donʼt mind if you sacrifice the small ones.”

”Thatʼs quite a tough job. The meaning is the same as before. I will only do it if you let me meet the leader. Otherwise, forget giving me missions.” said Hei Yuhua.

Nightshade chuckles, ”I will convey it to the leader. You are a newbie executive, it wouldnʼt be possible to let you meet Poppy without any achievements.”

”Speak. What do you want me to do,” asked Hei Yuhua.

Nightshade spoke, ”Hydra, keep the police away from the pier at the end of this month. Hyacinth and Azalea would step into the country by water. If you do it, I will pass your message to the leader.”

”....I accept.” said Hei Yuhua.

”Good. Your current teammates are already here. I will leave you here to rejoin them. Good luck, Hydrangea.” said Nightshade who took his leave after paying for the drink and desserts Hei Yuhua had ordered.

The small space in front of Hei Yuhua was filled with small empty plates. There seem to be traces of varying cake icing and flavorings.

Nightshade was wearing a business suit and his disguise was that of a foreigner with light blonde hair. His white suit made him look like a prince and his fox-shaped eyes paired with a pair of violet eyes were captivating enough. As for whether this is his real appearance no one knows.

Hei Yuhua heard System Yangʼs comment about Nightshadeʼs appearance.

ʼWhat do you think, System Yang? Is that his real face?ʼ asked Hei Yuhua in his mind.

System Yang said, [He is wearing a human mask, but those pairs of eyes are real.]

”A fox-like yet deadly person with purple irises. No wonder he calls himself Nightshade.”

System Yang commented, [Thatʼs not a ʼheʼ. Itʼs a woman with a build closer to a male. Itʼs a female alpha.]

ʼWhat!? Nightshade is a woman!?ʼ exclaimed Hei Yuhua in his thoughts.

[Iʼve scanned her whole body with technology, not from this world. I will give you a copy when we get home. You can check for her identity afterwards. For now, calm down. You still need to act out a play of hatred with your mate.]

ʼI know. I will act well.ʼ

[Yuyan is here. That Nightshade was watching from a distance and at an angle at which she could clearly see the interior of the cafe. Donʼt let her notice that you both are just acting. Make it realistic.]

ʼI will inform AʼYan through telepathy.ʼ said Hei Yuhua in his mind.

The sound of the caféʼs entrance door opening was heard. Thereʼs a small bell attached to the door to indicate the arrival of the customer.
