“Zhou Xinghai can’t take it anymore!”

“Lin Yi won!”

“He’s so cool!”

Seeing that Zhou Xinghai was so tired that he couldn’t sit up, Lin Yi stood up calmly and stretched his body. He had just done more than 300 sit-ups and was acting as if nothing had happened.

“If you’re willing to bet, you have to admit defeat. I’ll leave the toilet in our dormitory for you to clean.”

Zhou Xinghai’s face was filled with embarrassment, and he didn’t say a word.

Gu Yiran rolled his eyes and thought to herself,

“He looks tall and strong, but he’s not even as fit as this gigolo. In the end, 1 have to deal with him myself!”

Although she was complaining in his heart, Gu Yiran forgot that she herself might fail.

“Inspector Li, 1 have something to discuss with you,” Gu Yiran said.

“What is it?”

“Can we change the next training subject?”

“Change to what?”

“Judo and grappling.” Gu Yiran said.

“Anyway, these are all basic subjects. It doesn’t matter which one we practice first or last. Let’s bring this one forward.”

Li Xianghui would not refuse such a small matter, but he did not understand why Gu Yiran was asking for this.

However, since she had spoken, he had no reason to reject her.

“Alright, we’ll do as you say.”

At this moment, the whistle sounded. Everyone put their drinks aside and hurriedly gathered.

“Break time is over. Now, let’s start training for the next subject: judo and grappling.”

No one showed much of a reaction because many people knew what this project was.

“I know that many of you graduated from the police academy and practiced this when you were in school. However, there are still a few students present who haven’t practiced it, so Instructor Gu and I will give everyone a demonstration.”

Li Xianghui gave Gu Yiran a look. Then, he stopped in front of the cushion and stood still.

At the same time, Gu Yiran stood behind him. Then, she shouted and rushed behind him. She grabbed his legs and threw him onto the mat.

Following that, Gu Yiran jumped up, mounted on top of Li Xianghui, one hand holding his head and the other on his neck, performing a chokehold maneuver. After this, the sequence was completed.

The others were fine because they had experienced it before.

However, some people who had never experienced it before realized the difficulty of this sequence.

The two of them stood up. Gu Yiran looked at the few people who had passed the external exam.

“This move might be a little difficult for you, so I’ll get someone to demonstrate it to you again. Watch carefully.”

“Got it!”

“Instructor Gu, I’m willing to cooperate with you!”

The bootlicker, Zhou Xinghai, stood up. Zhang Peng complained in his heart.

Gu Yiran glanced at Zhou Xinghai.

“You graduated from the police academy. I’m sure you’re familiar with such moves. There’s not much point in asking you to do this. Rejoin the team first.”

“Okay.”

Gu Yiran glanced at Lin Yi, “You, step out!”

“Huh? There are several people here. What right do you have to call me out? Are you being sexist?!”

F*ck off!

Gu Yiran cursed in her heart, “There are a total of eight people who haven’t received any training, six of them are girls. Liu Bo was the first to come up for the training. Now it’s your turn.”

“Aren’t there six other girls?”

This time, none of the girls present despised Lin Yi because he had already proven himself.

It was just that he had never practiced it before, so he did not want to embarrass himself.

“You actually want to compete with a girl? Are you a man or not? Aren’t you embarrassed?”

“Shall I take off my pants and prove it to you?”

“Sure, sure!”

Before Gu Yiran could retort, the girls couldn’t help but clap.

“Silence, what kind of place do you think this is?!” Li Xianghui said.

“Lin Yi, stop talking nonsense. If I tell you to come out, come out. You’ll figure it out after trying it twice. Don’t have such a big ego. No one will care if you fail.”

“Yes!”

Gu Yiran sneered in his heart and thought,

“Watch how I deal with you this time!”

Under Li Xianghui’s orders, Lin Yi walked to the mat and stood at attention.

“Be gentle when the time comes. They’re all newbies. Don’t be too forceful,” Li Xianghui said.

“Got it. I’ll try my best to control it.”

In the team, Zhou Xinghai sneered.

How dare he talk back to Instructor Gu? Let’s see how she’ll deal with you later!

Gu Yiran stood behind Lin Yi and said as she stretched her wrist,

“Are you ready?”

“I’m ready. I can start anytime.”

Lin Yi’s ears twitched slightly. He was extremely focused. He could already feel Gu Yiran rushing over. Then, he tensed up his entire body and stood still like a pillar.

At this moment, Gu Yiran rushed behind Lin Yi and grabbed his legs, preparing to throw him down.

Just as she was feeling smug, she suddenly realized that something was wrong!

No matter how hard she tried, Lin Yi didn’t move at all!

How was this possible?

Gu Yiran exclaimed in her heart as her heart started beating faster.

Then, she used all her strength, but she still couldn’t move Lin Yi!

“What are you doing?” Li Xianghui frowned.

“My footing was a little slippery just now, so I didn’t manage to use much strength.” Gu Yiran let go.

“Let’s try it again.”

Gu Yiran nodded and took a dozen steps back.

“Are you ready?”

“I’m ready,” Lin Yi replied casually.

Whoosh!

Gu Yiran took a deep breath and looked serious.

She was certain that something had gone wrong just now.

Otherwise, with her level, she could even take down the captain, let alone a rookie like him!

However, Gu Yiran did not know that the person he called a rookie was the leader of the most mysterious military unit in Huaxia!

How could he fall by her hand?

This time, Gu Yiran was extremely serious. He accelerated and ran in one swift movement. She used all her skills and rushed behind Lin Yi, hugging his legs tightly!

However, time seemed to have stopped at this moment.

Lin Yi stood rooted to the ground, unmoving!

“Why is it still like this!”

Gu Yiran exclaimed in her heart. This was an outcome that she had never expected.

“Instructor Gu, you can start now. Use more strength.”

Everyone’s eyes fell on Gu Yiran.

Didn’t she say that she was going to demonstrate the movements? Why wasn’t she exerting her strength?

“Maybe Instructor Gu isn’t strong enough. After all, she’s a woman. It’s only natural that she can’t move me.” Lin Yi waved at Zhang Peng.

“Come here and try.”

“Oh, oh…”

Zhang Peng walked out from the group. Seeing that Li Xianghui did not say anything, he replaced Gu Yiran and stood behind Lin Yi.

Then, he rushed over from behind and wrapped Lin Yi’s legs. He easily threw him down to the ground and wrapped his arms around his throat.

“Look, what did I say? This kind of action has to be done by a man. Instructor Gu isn’t strong enough.” Lin Yi said..
