Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Silver Tower:

“Lord, what to do?” Lara asked.

Hearing that Charlotte frowned. She didn’t expect them to act so soon. She thinks Wind Elemental Tower had sent out these people to probe.

But fortunately, she had already shifted Vincent Carey to somewhere safe. He is going to have quiet time for a few days.

She then said,”Lara, you did a good job. Apart from our members, don’t allow anyone to enter. Even if they are from Mage Union, they need excuses to act.”

“Forbidden Wizard Erwin is investigating the matter. We know what happened. Once we report to the Mage union, the Wind Elemental Tower won’t be able to use the trick again,” She added.

Lara sighed in relief. Then they parted ways. Charlotte has many things to do. This small episode won’t bother her.

Meanwhile,

The people sent by the mage union returned with resentment. They were just Magic Lords. But they lost their face in front of another Magic Lord who was a Manager.

They can’t show their resentment towards the Forbidden Wizard. It is the same as seeking death. The Mage Union can’t afford to lose the forbidden wizards.

But they were quite ready to sacrifice the Magic Lords. Right now, they can only report to the superior.

The Wind Elemental Tower got the news as well. They were disappointed. They don’t want this problem to drag on.

Because if it’s dragged along, the situation would be unfavorable for them. So they had decided to officially send people from the Mage Union to deal with this.

It didn’t take long for a team of 10 ten to arrive at the Silver Tower. This time 2 of them are Forbidden Wizards and the rest of them are Magic Lords.

They are wearing the uniform of the Mage Union. The spies who were monitoring the Silver Tower were shocked. Not long ago, they saw four people from the Mage Union return without result.

Now the ten men team has come. They don’t know what’s going to happen. The two Forbidden Wizards are two Oldmen who appeared to be in their sixties.

They too noticed there were a lot of prying eyes around them. But they choose to ignore it. The two old men looked at each other before trying to enter the Silver Tower.

But they were denied permission. Their eyes turned cold.

“They dare?” One of the Oldman uttered in a cold tone.

“If we don’t go back with the target, then everyone will suffer,” Another short white haired Oldman uttered.

Inside the silver tower, Manager Lara was sweating. Because she was the one who denied permission. If the Forbidden Wizards from the Mage Union resort to force, then the Silver Tower’s magic formations will be activated.

Then it could destroy the whole magic city. Fortunately, Lord Charlotte gave her permission to do this. Otherwise, she doesn’t have the confidence to face them.

Outside,

The spies sent back the news to their respective forces. The families related to the Silver Tower had their spies to report back to them as well.

Not long after, every major force knew about the appearance of the Mage Union’s Forbidden Wizards.

“If you don’t allow us inside, you will be killed,” the short white haired Oldman threatened this time.

When did they suffer this kind of humiliation? Everyone would be scared to meet them. But here they can’t even enter inside the Silver Tower.

The other old man sees the magic formations. A little bit of force could trigger the activation of the magic formations.

The power released by the magic formations could destroy the City. Both the Forbidden Wizards found themselves in a tricky situation.

They can’t leave without the target. But they can’t get inside either.

“This won’t work? “

“Do you know any of their Forbidden Wizards?” The short white haired Oldman asked.

“No, I heard they were outside of the city. That’s why wind elem….,” he stopped abruptly, when was about to say something.

The white haired Oldman’s eyes condensed.

He said,”We can’t delay. Otherwise, we will face losses.”

Then he turned towards the 8 members and said,”You guys are Magic Lords. Stay here. If the target appears, contact us.”

After saying that he decides to leave. The other Oldman follows him as well. From the beginning to the end, they didn’t use force.

It was their fault to begin with. They are following the orders of someone. If they tried to use force or other sinister means, the Silver Tower won’t be able to stay silent.

Then the Mage Union would punish them if something like that happens. After they left, the Magic Lords surrounded that place.

This scene was watched by the spies as well. Then they shared the news to their higerups.

….

Nicholson Family:

Jason Nicholson was in the study room with his father.

Rick Nicholson is sitting behind his desk. They are having a conversation about the Silver Tower’s situation.

The news sent by the spies had already tensed them.

“Father, who’s doing this?” Jason Nicholson asked.

Rick Nicholson furrowed his eyebrows.

He said,”I had sent a message to the Ancestor as well.”

“Ancestor?” Jason was shocked.

They have a living Ancestor who is a Forbidden Wizard. It’s just it’s been several years since he has seen him.

Rick saw through his son’s thoughts.

He said,”Don’t worry, there is internal fighting going on. Some are trying to corner the Silver Tower. But they forgot that the Silver Tower’s Forbidden Wizards are scary.”

“Sooner or later they are going to pay the price. Starting from the Doyle Family. They had become pawns in someone else’s game,” he added.

Rick’s eyes turned cold . He thought of something important before asking,”Father, do you think that the Doyle Family is the one who attacked us?”

Hearing that Rick raised his head.

He said,”I was unclear earlier. But now things are unfolding. I can say that it’s more or less related to the current matter.”

“If I’m not wrong, their target was Vincent Carey. It’s just he was lucky, he didn’t go with you guys. You guys had Artifact to save you.”

“But he didn’t have one. If he had gone with you he would have died,” Rick said in a serious tone.
