What kind of horror was it? It was hard to describe.

Even more difficult to imagine.

The entire continent quaked. And the corner where Demon Hunter City was located kept fracturing and crumbling, again and again. A tremendous force seemed to be pulling it towards the sky.

“What’s that?”

“Am I seeing things?”

“God…”

A chorus of gasps erupted as countless Blood Demons looked up in shock, their gazes fixed on an enormous claw that seemed to emerge from nowhere, blotting out the sky.

Its purple skin shimmered with an unbearable, divine radiance. Its five sharp claws resembled inverted awe-inspiring peaks, descending from the sky.

Now, as this colossal claw overshadowed the land, it gripped a portion of the continent in a scene so dreadful it defied comprehension.

That chunk was not too large—about the size of Australia on Earth. Yet, when held within a single claw, the sight was spine-chilling.

Not to mention, ordinary Blood Demons, even the powerful Blood Demons in Tier-4 and Tier-5 lost all will to resist, repeating in disbelief, “An Ancient Overlord…an Ancient Overlord…”

…

Meanwhile, on another battlefield, an Elder of the Blood Demon Clan was locked in combat with Bull Demon. Seeing the overwhelming Dragon Claw shadowing the land, he surrendered all resistance, letting the Bull Demon’s powerful blow land on him.

“What virtue or merit does my Blood Demon Clan possess to provoke an Ancient Overlord?” In a despairing trance, blood-red tears began to flow out of the corner of the Elder’s eyes.

The Blood Demon Clan had plunged into a horrid despair. The appearance of eleven Tier-5 True Gods was already putting a crushing pressure on them. And now, an Ancient Overlord had intervened.

How could one not despair? For this was an Ancient Overlord, a terrifying powerhouse capable of annihilating an entire planet with ease.

Such a being was virtually invincible across the stars. And yet, such a being had appeared, targeting them!

However, at that moment, Yu Zi Yu paid no attention to the Blood Demons’ dilemma. To him now, the entire blood-red planet was merely a toy, his to manipulate. And currently, all his focus was on capturing some Blood Demons for his experiments.

Although the scene was a bit over-the-top, Yu Zi Yu was well aware of it. And this was precisely why he rarely took action—his current strength was so overwhelming that his intervention would scare the Hell out of onlookers.

“Heh, I hope they aren’t too frightened.” With a playful smile, Yu Zi Yu lifted the entire Demon Hunter City and placed it within the Realm of Void.

The Realm of Void was a prison, perfect for containing an entire city like this.

Just now, Yu Zi Yu used his Psychic Power to scan the city and discovered that over 20 million Blood Demons reside within it, including more than a hundred Tier-4 Blood Demons and the Tier-5 Blood Demon Princess.

He believe that they should be sufficient for his experiments. After all, he did not need to worry about the quantity of Tier-1 to Tier-3 Blood Demons.

The only shortage might be of Tier-4 Blood Demons. And now, with over a hundred of them, he had more than enough for his experiments.

Of course, before proceeding, Yu Zi Yu needed to deal with the figure standing atop the city walls, gazing blankly into the sky, the Princess of the Blood Demon Clan, Lan Xi.

Having sifted through the memories of a low-ranking Blood Demons, Yu Zi Yu had already learned of her identity, along with some secrets about the Blood Demon Clan.

Unfortunately, this Blood Demon was only a Tier-3, and did not have any notable status. As such, he did not know anything too valuable.

As for why Yu Zi Yu had not sought out the memories of higher-ranking Blood Demons, such as Tier-4s or Tier-5s, the reason was simple: Powerful as they were, their minds were firm and resilient, making them difficult to probe. In this sense, Tier-4 was a barrier. Once a being reached Tier-4, even someone as powerful as Yu Zi Yu could not simply enslave them or access their memories at will.

As for those below Tier-4, unfortunately, they were not on the same level at all. With a few means, Yu Zi Yu could freely manipulate and extract whatever he wished without restriction.

This was the true tragedy of the weak.

With a slight smile tugging at the corner of his lips, Yu Zi Yu looked at the Blood Demon Princess and lifted his Dragon Claw.

*Boooooom…* The next moment, a sudden warmth enveloped Lan Xi’s body, even stopping her injuries from worsening.

“Don’t go dying on me just yet.” As if reminding her, Yu Zi Yu’s voice echoed through the Realm of Void.

“Dying?” Lan Xi murmured bleakly, paying no mind to her wounds. Instead, she raised her eyes and stared intently at Yu Zi Yu’s massive purple head, as vast as a planet.

“You’re the one behind them all, aren’t you…” With a cold, unwavering gaze, Lan Xi continued, “I can’t understand… Why would a mighty Ancient Overlord stoop to deal with a small power like ours?”

“What’s so hard to understand?” With a light chuckle, Yu Zi Yu replied bluntly, “It’s the law of the jungle—the survival of the fittest. And I have my sights set on the Kadar Star Domain where you reside. Isn’t that reason enough?”

Listening in silence, Princess Lan Xi’s expression froze.

Indeed, if that was the reason, there was nothing she could say.

Having grown up in the Blood Demon Clan, she understood all too well what ‘the law of blood’ meant: He got the biggest fist, so he can do whatever he wants, invade or anything. It was perfectly normal

However, normal or not, when it happened to her and her kin, the pain was undeniable.

And now, because this terrifying Ancient Overlord desired the Kadar Star Domain, her entire Blood Demon Clan had suffered a devastating fate.

She had no response. And with nothing more to say, Lan Xi, the Princess of the Blood Demon Clan could only remain silent.

Seeing her silence, Yu Zi Yu’s lips curled up as he said, “I’ll give you a day to decide—submission or annihilation.”

And as if struck by another thought, Yu Zi Yu added in a grim voice, “A Clan like yours doesn’t need me to explain anything, does it?”

With that, Yu Zi Yu stopped paying attention to the Blood Demon Princess and turned his gaze towards the city.
