After a simple ceremony to recognize contributions and grant rewards, Yu Zi Yu then formally appointed Spirit Turtle before dismissing the various Mutant Beasts.

Only the core members, like Nine Tails, Bull Demon, and White Tiger were asked to stay.

Of course, Yu Zi Yu also transmitted a message to Spirit Turtle to remain as well.

Creatures like Spirit Turtle were sensitive by nature; by asking him to stay, Yu Zi Yu could make him feel valued, increasing his loyalty to the Demon Court.

Although this was merely a petty tactic, it proved effective. At the very least, seeing the excitement on Spirit Turtle’s face brought a smile to Yu Zi Yu’s heart.

Just as he expected, Spirit Turtle was the type to be grateful and indebted for even a small token of kindness.

The previous uneasiness was merely a result of his fear and anxiety, worrying that his breakthrough might not receive fair recognition.

*Ahem…* Clearing his throat, Yu Zi Yu drew the attention of the gathered Mutant Beasts.

Then, one by one, he swept his gaze over them.

On whoever his gaze fell, whether it was Nine Tails, White Tiger, or any other, all stood straighter with respect.

“Soon, I will be leaving…” His sudden statement brought a hush over the crowd.

Along with it came the startled and worried expressions of Nine Tails, Bull Demon, White Tiger, and others.

“Master, you’re leaving? Where to?”

“Why now of all times?”

“Master…”

…

The Mutant Beasts closest to Yu Zi Yu erupted with questions, one after another, their voices filled with concern.

At that moment, as if understanding something, Golden Monkey stepped forward and voiced his speculation, “Master, is it because of that information from Cloud Titan?”

“Yes…” Yu Zi Yu nodded slightly, then explained, “The information from him is very important to me.”

Here, Yu Zi Yu wore a hint of helplessness as he continued, “I apologize for leaving so soon just after the Demon Court has been established, but this time, I have no choice.”

Hearing this, Nine Tails, White Tiger, and others exchanged glances, understanding dawning in their eyes.

Nine Tails stepped forward on behalf of the others and asked, “Master, if you leave this time, you might be gone for a long time, right?”

“I’m not certain.” Shaking his head, Yu Zi Yu also heaved a sigh and stated helplessly, “It could be several decades, or even centuries…”

“Uh…” Shocked, everyone’s expression became slightly stiff.

The fact that their Master could be gone for decades or even centuries came as a huge shock to everyone. After all, it had only been a little over a decade since the resurgence of Spiritual Energy in the galaxy.

Now, their Master was leaving for such a long time.

*Haaaaa…* Heaving a sigh, Golden Monkey, who somewhat understood Yu Zi Yu’s determination, knew this journey was crucial for him to prove his Dao and could not be delayed.

However, as if realizing something, Golden Monkey asked honestly, “Surely, Master, you’ve made arrangements for the future.”

“Yes…” Nodding, Yu Zi Yu got to the main point and continued, “This is precisely what I want to focus on now.”

Saying this, Yu Zi Yu wrapped his branches around, creating a barrier of Spiritual Energy to block external perception, and frankly stated his arrangements, “After I leave, the Demon Court will operate as usual, with the Ten Divine Beasts managing internal affairs and Golden Monkey assisting.

And as for external affairs, it would be overseen by my Disciple—Shalira, Slytherin, and Spirit Turtle…”

…

One after another, Yu Zi Yu calmly laid out the plans he had been preparing for a long time.

The arrangements were few, yet they were sufficient to ensure the internal and external operations of the Demon Court.

Moreover, Yu Zi Yu also specified that his Void Elf Form would stand guard over the Demon Court. In case of an emergency, they could go to the deepest part of the Demon Court’s Third Heaven—Celestial Realm and awaken him.

If someone were to cast their gaze towards the Celestial Realm, towards the center of the Moon, they would see a crystal palace nestled within the layers of rippling space.

Inside this crystal palace lies a crystal coffin, where Yu Zi Yu’s Void Elf Form quietly rests.

This crystal coffin was crafted from a Tier-5 Spirit Treasure known as Spirit-Converging Stone, an incredibly valuable item.

One of its remarkable abilities was preventing the loss of Spiritual Energy.

Even after hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of years, the power of the Void Elf Form would not diminish from inactivity.

In fact, under certain conditions, it might even progress slightly.

Currently, the entire crystal palace was under the watchful guard of the Immortal Sweet Osmanthus, which put Yu Zi Yu at ease.

As a matter of fact, thanks to her being rooted on the Moon, Osmanthus had quietly advanced to Tier-5 long ago.

This granted Osmanthus a power boost several fold—sometimes tens of times stronger—while in the Celestial Realm.

Though she could not move easily, she was unmatched as a guardian on the Moon.

This also served as a hidden trump card for the Demon Court.

…

At this point, shifting his gaze, Yu Zi Yu looked towards Bull Demon, White Tiger, and others nearby and continued, “Though the Ten Divine Beasts will manage internal affairs, those of you who have yet to reached Tier-5 will accompany me. I can give you some guidance when time permits.”

Hearing this, White Tiger’s corners of mouth stretched wide, widely grinning.

“I knew the Master couldn’t bear to leave me behind…” Saying this, White Tiger turned to Sarcosuchus, seemingly showing off, “So, Fourth Brother, you’ll be staying to guard the Demon Court, while I go to accompany Master…”

Sarcosuchus let out a soft snort and turned his head away, watching the boastful White Tiger.

However, if one looked closely, they would see a glint of amusement in Sarcosuchus’ eyes. [With Second Brother and Third Brother by his side, the Master would not feel lonely.]

“Haaaaa… you…” Casting a helpless gaze at White Tiger, Yu Zi Yu could not help but shake his head.

[I wonder what in the world goes on in this boy’s rotten head? Well, I should put this aside for now, and focus on the arrangements for the First Heaven—Earth, and the Second Heaven—Elysia.]

With this in mind, Yu Zi Yu turned to Spirit Turtle, who had recently broken through, and asked, “Spirit Turtle, I’d like you to guard Earth. Are you willing?”

“Yes, Master,” Spirit Turtle, who had been lurking in the corner, responded promptly, raising his head with excitement.

“Good. Earth is 70% water. It’s perfect for you…” With a sigh of relief, Yu Zi Yu laid a layer of security over the First Heaven—Earth.
