A sigh, filled with helplessness, escaped Yu Zi Yu’s lips.

He too had received a unique inheritance, but unfortunately, this unique inheritance turned out to be a trap.

It was a bit unfortunate, but Yu Zi Yu did not regret it.

Right now, it does not seem to be the right time to dwell on such thoughts.

With a smile, Yu Zi Yu’s gaze shifted towards Misty Mountains, where Mutant Beasts, with fervor in their eyes, including the nine figures hovering in the sky, entered his sight.

“Everyone, this is the beginning of a truly glorious era…” With these simple words, Yu Zi Yu’s figure slowly descended.

He had already instructed Nine Tails and other Mutant Beasts to relay what he had to say. As for detailed information, he believed that it was not suitable for these Mutant Beasts to know.

Compared to before, he believed that operating from behind the scenes would be more appropriate for him in his current state..

With these thoughts in mind, Yu Zi Yu’s Tree Body slightly shook.

Immediately after, thunderous rumbles shook the world as green light specks began to fall like raindrops, under the joyful gazes of countless Mutant Beast.

Dense glowing specks, stretching as far as the eye could see, seeped out from the depths of the Void Crack, enveloping the entire Misty Mountains.

This was the Rain of Vitality scattered by Yu Zi Yu’s crown, worlds apart from the previous Rain of Vitality.

Even Tier-3 Mutant Beasts could feel their bodies improving little by little like a metamorphosis.

And this was the current Yu Zi Yu, a treasure in every sense of the word.

With the advent of the Third Spiritual Energy Tide, powerful Transcendents were being born from nothing every moment and every second. One could easily imagine that once the Third Spiritual Energy Tide had ended, those who have been suppressed by Yu Zi Yu for years to the point that they dared not even breathe loudly, would go completely crazy.

After all, if one was suppressed to the extreme, it would inevitably cause them to launch a counterattack with reckless abandonment.

Fortunately, Yu Zi Yu still had a ‘shred of goodwill’; he ‘could not bear’ to massacre the entire continent. Therefore, he chose to leave.

Satisfied with this excuse, a wide grin appeared on Yu Zi Yu’s lips.

Of course, he would never admit that he was afraid of accidentally slaughtering the entire continent, making it impossible for it to ever return to its former vibrancy. After all, when he pointed his sword at the continent not too long ago, Misty Mountains had caused many wars.

While these wars may seem insignificant now, but at the time, when even Tier-3 Transcendents were considered peak existences, they were truly brutal.

Simply put, more than a hundred Tier-3 Transcendents had lost their lives in those wars.

These hundred, by today’s standards, would have produced at least 4-5 Tier-4 Transcendents.

Thinking about it this way, Yu Zi Yu felt a bit regretful.

[Forget it, let this continent develop properly for a while.] After some thought, Yu Zi Yu no longer hesitated. [Leaving sooner is also a great idea. Today’s world is extremely vast, far larger than ever before. There are many places I’ve not set foot in. In the coming years, I could try to visit various Forbidden Zones and continents. If I find something valuable, that would be even better. And when I return to my starting point, this continent, then my new journey would begin.]

[Unifying the world, waging war in the stars, or joining forces with the Void Clan…] With a grin, Yu Zi Yu was filled with anticipation. [But for now…]

Slowly turning around, Yu Zi Yu looked at the silhouette that had been waiting for a long time — Ling Er, as a smile appeared on his face.

With every step, her tender feet kicked off wisps of purple flames, mingling with the dust. Underneath her beautiful earlobes hung two peculiar earrings, the Flood Dragon Ring, and the Darkness Serpent Ring.

Though they were earrings, they occasionally shimmered with a faint glow, as if they possessed life.

At this moment, looking at Ling Er from afar, she truly resembled an Elf of the night, exuding an indescribable beauty.

“Ling Er.” As Yu Zi Yu gently called out, the distant girl smiled playfully, and arrived before Yu Zi Yu, traversing hundreds of meters in a few steps.

“Master, do you have any commands? Ling Er will obey…”

“Um…” Glancing at Ling Er, who seemed to be acting shy, playing with a strand of her hair around her finger, Yu Zi Yu couldn’t help but feel helpless.

[Having spent so much time in the Human World, she has indeed picked up quite a lot from women.] Unfortunately for Ling Er, Yu Zi Yu, who was too familiar with her personality, could see right through her facade at a glance.

*Haaaa…* Heaving a long, deep breath, Yu Zi Yu raised his gaze, looking towards the south, and frankly stated, “I’ll be leaving in a few days.”

“Is that so…” Ling Er’s expression remained completely calm as if expecting this.

However, after a moment, she sighed and asked, “Master, do you not intend to take me with you?”

“En.” Nodding slightly, Yu Zi Yu confessed, “Since you control three cities in China, and have the help of Skynet and Earth Eye, as well as the Dark Council, I want to leave you here to maintain the balance between Mutant Beast and Humans. If possible, apply some pressure on them to push the birth of more powerful individuals. Of course, don’t forget to continue collecting treasures.”

After hearing this, Ling Er also understood everything. Still, she sighed and pouted, asking, “Master, who do you plan to leave the overseeing of Misty Mountains to?”

“Qing Gang and Old Ninth,” Yu Zi Yu gave the clearest reply without a moment of hesitation.

Qing Gang was the embodiment of Earth Element and was most suitable to oversee a territory. With him around, even without Yu Zi Yu, it was unlikely that any accidents would occur on Misty Mountains.

As for Brewmaster, his strength was even more astounding. Now that he had broken through, no one knew what terrifying abilities he had awakened.

However, one thing was for sure: Brewmaster was absolutely reliable. Moreover, after obtaining the Dragon Hide and some Dragon Bones bestowed by Yu Zi Yu, he was completely engrossed in refining.

Presumably, he had no time to travel to other continents. As such, his stay was also inevitable.

At this point, listening to Yu Zi Yu’s explanation, Ling Er nodded slightly, admitting, “Indeed, having Qing Gang and Old Ninth oversee Misty Mountains is indeed reassuring.”

At this point, Ling Er raised her gaze and asked, “Master, are you planning to take away a portion of Misty Mountains’ forces?”

“A portion of the forces…” Narrowing his eyes slightly, Yu Zi Yu gazed deeply at Misty Mountains.

Currently, aside from the Nine Great Beasts, Left and Right Guardians, and various War Generals, Misty Mountains also had 21 Clans, 108 Generals, and many other forces such as the Knights of the Mist.

Their strength varied, but they were still formidable when viewing across the entire continent.

However, Misty Mountains had never engaged in full-scale warfare, so many of its forces remained hidden deep inside, rarely making a move.
