Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 1035: Chapter 1035:- Malakor Madness

”Did someone call my grandson a dog?”

Booooooom!!!!!!

The Aura of a Peak 7th-order cultivator was unleashed on everyone. The killing intent of this person was so heavy that the servants instantly fainted. They could not bear the suffocating pressure of his killing intent.

Those below the 5th-order were barely resisting the Killing intent. If the old man wanted, he could easily make them faint by increasing his killing intent intensity. To them, it felt like the weight of an entire mountain was pressing on their lungs, making it extremely difficult for them to breathe.

Everyone turned their heads to the entrance. At the same time, without even looking at his face, the expressions of many changed. Some slowly started retreating and trying to hide behind the backs of other nobles.

Some nervously started wiping sweat from their forehead.

Some just closed their eyes with a look that said they were finished because of the things that they spoke against Aditya.

At the entrance, a small group led by an old man was walking with a wooden cane. The old man had coldly stared at only one person, and that was Sophia.

Seeing him, even Sophia’s expression changed. In those cold eyes, traces of fear appeared. If there was any wild card in this whole Empire, it was this old man.

This old man was called the Untamed Dragon for a reason. Many, many moons ago, one of the Night Rider Sect’s disciplines had a huge crush on the old man’s daughter, whom he loved with all of his heart.

Unable to handle rejection after rejection from Aditya’s mom, the discipline tried to ruin her reputation by spreading lies in social circles. Not even a day had passed. The moment the old man got wind of this, he rushed to the Night Rider Sect.

That bloody moon night, the old man alone severed the heads of 3 Elders who came to stop him, along with hundreds of top disciples of the Sect. He found the discipline and disappeared with him.

The next day, just at the entrance of the Night Rider Sect, a human figure with his skin peeled but somehow still alive was hung on a cross. No matter how much he screamed and begged anyone to end his misery, no one dared to step forward. Not even the first-generation Sect Leader came forward to help the discipline.

To make things worse, Harrington sent his finest men to keep a watch on the discipline. Not to stop anyone from the Sect from saving their discipline or ending their life. But to make sure that the discipline did not stop screaming or begging. Every time he was on the verge of death, he was forcefully fed healing potions.

Every time he went silent, a mixture of salt, itching powder, and chilli powder would be thrown at his body. It was such a horrifying scene that to this day, people have not forgotten about it.

And that wasn’t even the end of his suffering.

Especially the Elders and the current Sect leader, Sophia. Sophia was so disturbed by what she saw that she couldn’t focus on cultivating for the next 15 months.

After three days and three nights of torment, the discipline was finally killed by Harrington himself. But this whole incident showed just how unhinged Harrington was. He was a demon in the skin of a Dragon.

’Why is he here?’ Sophia thought in her mind.

The moment her gaze landed on the old man whose appearance had not changed even after all these years, she could not help but remember the scene of Harrington personally earthworms on the peeled body of the discipline.

Even at that time, the Sect and the Empire were close allies. Even when the Sect pleaded with the Emperor to make Harrington stop, even Boris himself could not do anything to stop Harrington. The old man had gone so mad and lost his sense of reasoning so much that he even threatened the Emperor to go to war against him if he tried to intervene.

Harrington is the only person alive who could get away with threatening Boris to his face and still face no kind of consequences.

The damage that Harrington did to the Night Rider Sect many thousands of years back was so huge and severe that even after all these years, the Sect had still not recovered from it. The reputation of the Sect was forever ruined.

Hundreds of talented disciples of the Sect that died that day, if they were still alive, could have become the current and future pillars of the Sect.

Harrington alone was a force that was untamed and uncontrolled by anyone. His weakness was his family. The moment anyone dared to do anything to his family, this mad demon seems to lose his sense of reasoning and just unleashes his demonic side on whoever harmed his family.

Elder Victor, who was giving everyone opposing the Emperor a cold, hard glare, instantly shrank back the moment Harrington stepped in.

Malakor Harrington was the name of the Demon in Dragon skin that stood as the lone guardian and undisputed leader of the Harrington Family and Harrington Faction.

The old man was in no mood to pay respect to the dead.

He had come here with the intention of paying respect to the dead General with several Dukes from his Faction. But the moment he overheard someone loudmouthing his lost grandson, whom he was desperately searching for, Harrington lost his sense of reasoning.

It was already a miracle that Harrington had not acted on his impulse to kill the Bitch who called his grandson a dog.

”I dare any of you... try harming my grandson.”

”In the name of the King of all Dragons, I swear this: if anyone even thinks of laying a hand on him, if anyone so much as dares to speak a single disrespectful word about the youngest member of the Harrington Family... the entire Harrington Faction will hunt that person down.”

”And we will not stop.”

”There will be no escape... no hiding... no mercy.”

”Not for you... not for your bloodline... not for anyone who stands with you.”

”If my grandson comes here today, then listen carefully...”

”We will go to war against anyone who stands in his way.”

”Anyone.”

”Even if it is the Emperor himself.”

”And when that happens... There will be no turning back.”

”Because I will make sure... that my grandson walks out of here alive.”

”And if we find him before that...”

”We will bring him back to the Main Continent with our own hands.”

”He is my grandson.”

”He is a part of this family.”

”And no one...”

”No one touches a member of this family and lives.”

The moment Malakor spoke those words, it was as if the Heavenly itself was shocked. Malakor had gone so crazy as to declare war against the Emperor if the Emperor decided to do anything to his grandson.

Boooom...!!!!

At the same time, heavy rain started outside.

Everyone, including Sophia, was extremely shocked.

’He is still as crazy as before.’ That’s what everyone thought in their heads while staring at Harrington without daring to move an inch of their body out of fear and respect for this old man.

’I had not expected him to come here today.’ If she knew, then she wouldn’t have shown up here today. Even the Sect Leader, Sophia, was afraid of Harrington.

’I think he is crazier now than he was in the past.’

’Every Duke in his faction isn’t even showing any signs of disapproving of Harrington’s words. What Malakor said became the final verdict of the entire Harrington Faction.’ Victor thought with a look of frustration and fear. He was frustrated at the same time, afraid that this old man might suddenly snap, and he might face a fate worse than the fate of that disciple who was peeled and hanged for 3 days and 3 nights.

’This officially marks the beginning of the Civil War.’ One Duke who decided to remain neutral in this whole thing thought in his mind.

’How do you stop a lunatic who cannot be stopped by anything?’ Duke Ferdinand was one of those figures who had smiles on their faces.

Because he and Harrington were on the same side.

Even Emperor Boris, the man who ruled the Empire with an iron fist, the man who could make entire nations kneel with a single command, could not stop Harrington’s madness on that day thousands of years ago. That alone said everything. If even Boris could not control him back then, then who the hell was going to stop him now?

And now, it was worse. This was no longer about pride or power. This was about his grandson. With his grandson’s life in danger, Harrington was no longer just angry; he was completely unhinged. There was no reasoning with him, no negotiation, no way to hold him back.

Even if the entire Harrington Family was wiped out... even if every last one of them died...

They still would not surrender.

Not until the very end.

Because loyalty to their bloodline was not just a belief for them, but it was something carved into their very existence.
