Apocalypse Gachapon

Chapter 2086.5- series of blows (2)

In another place separated from the First Thousand-Person Team by Darkstrip City, Shi Yong and Ou Chong led the Bronze Assault Team to intercept another Huaitang Clan grain transport team. This teamʼs configuration was similar to Beikanʼs.

When they saw a Star-Eye Clan team blatantly blocking the roadʼs center, they thought these guys were crazy.

The Star-Eye Clan, still the lowest-level bronze warriors, with only about a hundred people—who gave them the courage and confidence to block a full five hundred Huaitang Clan members?

There was no need to confirm the other sideʼs intentions. The person in charge of this grain transport team gave an order, and everyone charged over. He wanted to teach these guys a lesson.

Unfortunately, what greeted them was an immense, huge light beam. With just one strike, it killed over a hundred Huaitang Clan members in their dense formation. Then another beam was introduced, producing a similar effect. Then the hundred bronze warriors swarmed forward, continuously releasing floating blade lights, harvesting lives.

The current Bronze Assault Camp had truly been tempered. At the Su Clan, facing so many experts with over twenty thousand Furelai, they fought to a draw. Now, after dozens of days, their strength had increased again, their formation proficiency improved, and their weapons and equipment had improved. Dealing with these Huaitang Clan members who underestimated them and encountered battle formations for the first time, they won smoothly.

The process was even easier than the First Thousand-Person Teamʼs side.

After cleaning the battlefield, Shi Yong also ordered the grain burned, then quietly left with his people.

……………………
Ye Zhongming felt a bit bored because he was in charge of one route himself, with only one helper—the dragon he named White Dragon Horse.

This guy was too quiet, never speaking unless absolutely necessary. But it could speak human language!

”On my home planet, I have a warbeast, probably from your clan, about... the same age as you. Iʼll introduce you two later.”

No response.

”I say, White Dragon Horse, your whole body is white. If there are ice and snow attribute beings among your Betrayed Dragon Clan, what color would they be?”

No response.

”Twenty years old, infancy stage, Furelai five thousand last year, over ten thousand this year—pretty good. With your strength, speed, and bodyʼs defense, you should be able to fight above your level, right? Can beat a life form with twenty thousand Furelai? Impressive; worthy of being a dragon clan.”

Still no response.

”Do you know that during growing years, being too quiet is not good? On my home planet, your condition is called autism. If not treated in time, it leads to a series of serious problems; you might even have trouble finding a partner when you grow up. You should take it seriously, White Dragon Horse.”

Still no response.

”Thereʼs something I donʼt know if I should say. Iʼve been too embarrassed to ask since buying you. Are you a male dragon or female dragon? Iʼm being respectful, not directly asking if youʼre male or female. So you have to answer me. I have a grand plan directly related to your gender; you must answer honestly.”

White Dragon Horse finally moved. Its dragon eye glanced at Ye Zhongming, the meaning being, ”How did I get such an idiot owner?” Then it returned to its statue-like pose.

”Judging by your looks... youʼre probably female, right? Perfect. I know that other clan member of yours is male. See? One male, one female—perfect match. How about I introduce you two later? Try contacting each other; maybe sparks related to clan reproduction will fly. You donʼt know; my warbeastʼs personality completely complements yours; it could help treat your autism.”

”Who the hell has autism? You have autism! Your whole family has autism!”

The pure white dragon finally couldnʼt take it anymore, spewing garbage talk at Ye Zhongming.

Ye Zhongming wasnʼt bothered at all; instead, he was very happy. ”See? I told you youʼre compatible. You donʼt know; when my warbeast curses, its mouth is as foul as yours.”

”Iʼm male, a male! What the hell White Dragon Horse? What kind of thing is a horse?!” The pure white dragon couldnʼt bear it anymore.

”Oh, a male.” The previous playful smile on Ye Zhongmingʼs face gradually disappeared. He patted White Dragon Horseʼs body.

”See? Being able to communicate is always a good thing. I donʼt know what you experienced before, what kind of treatment you suffered, what you endured during the selling process. But from now on, as my warbeast, you wonʼt be bullied by others anymore. If you must be bullied, only I can bully you.”

White Dragon Horse looked at Ye Zhongming, who suddenly seemed like a different person, and was a bit unaccustomed.

”When thereʼs time, tell me about your Betrayed Dragon Clan. Iʼm very interested. Also talk about your relatives. If thereʼs news of them, Iʼll do my best to help you find them. You know, your owner doesnʼt have much else, just a lot of money.”

Ye Zhongming patted his spatial equipment, summoning the Raini-grade mechanical warbeast Mountain Rage purchased earlier from the Su Clan. It stood beside him, with White Dragon Horse on the other side, looking very imposing.

White Dragon Horse also couldnʼt help but observe Mountain Rage. It could sense an intimidating aura from this machine.

”In a moment, no need to take prisoners. You can treat them as those who abused you before, kill to your heartʼs content.”

Saying this, Ye Zhongming jumped into Mountain Wrathʼs cockpit. As he operated it, the entire Mountain Wrath seemed to come alive.

However, moments later, his voice came from inside.

”White Dragon Horse, why are you, a male, so pretty? Wouldnʼt that be dangerous if seen by your clan? Remember, when you meet my warbeast one day—that clan member of yours, the fire-attribute one—you must act fierce. Otherwise, Iʼm afraid it might mess with you.”

”Also, have you heard a song with lyrics like ʼWhite Dragon Horse, hooves facing westʼ?”

After enduring for a few more seconds, White Dragon Horse finally erupted.

”Shut up!”
