Three Towers Game

Chapter 1381: Chapter 441: Duel with the Legendary Hunter

The Bunker.

Wen Xishu was in his own residence, using the home terminal to handle various affairs. For now, everything in the Bunker was running smoothly.

Once the Five Elders started actually doing things, the Bunker turned into a kind of paradise in a short time—orderly, with the crime rate hitting a historic low.

After everyone began working together, even the risks of climbing the Towers started dropping.

Because people were all communicating.

The Bunker at this moment was thriving.

Since he was at home, Wen Xishu naturally started recalling matters related to the Hunter Almi.

While waiting for the old principal and senior Xun Hui to return, Wen Xishu was also waiting for Almi to bring new Hunters.

Almi really did—bring new Hunters.

It was just that this time, Almi was very uneasy.

Not long ago, when Almi went to the Commerce Association to take on a Bunker mission, the follower at his side, Cheng Wang, saw a ”Red-level” character.

It was the first time Cheng Wang, who possessed the Qi-Gazing Art, had seen someone whose starting rank was Red.

That was one of Hunter City’s three legendary Hunters—Qing.

This Legendary Female Hunter had actually appeared in the Commerce Association, causing a huge stir for a while.

And very soon, when Almi saw that the Legendary Female Hunter was actually choosing a Bunker mission, his heart was full of shock.

A monster like that, if she went to the Bunker, there’d probably be no one in the Bunker who could stop her, right?

Even though in Almi’s eyes, Master Wen was practically a divine being, when faced with a Legendary Hunter from Hunter City, he was still worried.

The person Qing was going to assassinate was named William Hawker.

[Mission Target: William Hawker.]

[Target Information: Enemy of the Commerce Association, a Merchant on the Three-Tower Battlefield, skilled at shuffling deals around. He will have a huge impact on the Commerce Association in the future, but during the Bunker phase he himself has no power. In the later stage, after his Patriarch dies, because of the Bunker’s situation, he is appointed as the new Patriarch of the William Family and begins climbing the Desire Tower, obtaining a special Desire Sequence. The target must be eliminated before this, to change the course of history.]

[Mission Requirements: Kill the target, or cause him to lose his core abilities and alter his fate trajectory. Different rewards will be given according to your performance, with killing being the highest reward.]

[Mission Note: You can stay in the Bunker for at most one day. After one day you will return to Hunter City.]

A Merchant?

Almi was first surprised that the Commerce Association actually wanted to kill a Merchant; clearly this Merchant was anything but simple.

The Bunker really was full of talent.

At the same time, Almi also noticed that this Legendary Female Hunter could only stay in the Bunker for one day. Unlike him and the others, who could stay for seven days.

Did this mean Legendary Hunters were somehow restricted?

In truth, Almi simply couldn’t believe that such a terrifying existence would take on this kind of mission.

To reduce as much as possible the destruction that a Legendary Hunter’s trip to the Bunker might cause, Almi still put in a word, stating that he was familiar with this mission.

And so...

Almi and the Legendary Hunter Qing appeared in the Bunker.

They were on the first layer of the Bunker.

You could see the sea from the first layer, and the target Qing was going to kill, William Hawker, already had businesses on the first layer.

Back then, William Hawker had bought the commercial redevelopment rights for the beach, and now he’d built it up quite a bit.

Many residents from the second layer liked to come down to enjoy the beach, feel the sea breeze, and look at the ocean.

The fact that there was actually a sea inside the Bunker also delighted Qing.

”Oh hahahaha, I really love the sea.”

Seeing many Bunker People in swimsuits playing by the water, Qing looked at Almi:

”I want to play too!”

Almi honestly hadn’t expected that Qing, clearly a terrifying powerhouse, a Legendary Hunter scarier than monsters, would sometimes have the heart of a child.

Thus, for the first three hours of their one-day Bunker tour, Qing seemed to forget all about the mission and just played by the sea.

After stripping off her clothes and putting on a bikini, Qing suddenly felt a bit envious...the Bunker People’s skin was so fair. After all, Bunker People never got to tan under a real sun.

Almi, on the other hand, was a bit stunned—Legendary Hunter...actually pretty sexy.

Qing’s physical skill was of course beyond reproach; she turned the surfboard into a whole show.

She seemed to possess an extremely peculiar Magic Power; her laughter could infect those around her. Many Bunker People felt that Qing was like a scenic sight in herself.

Simulated sunlight, simulated beach, simulated ocean...

Everything in the Bunker was simulated, but the girl’s joy was not.

Many people started playing with surfboards together with Qing.

Watching this scene, Almi was thinking to himself...maybe this was a good thing? This Legendary Hunter might even fall in love with the Bunker.

In Almi’s eyes, Qing and the men and women of the Bunker, though they didn’t know each other, seemed to have already become one big group.

There really are people like this in the world, who always seem able to bring joy and effortlessly blend into some unfamiliar environment.

Three hours later, Qing finished playing.

Many people greeted Qing, and Qing responded warmly...she seemed even more familiar with the Bunker than Almi, this Bunker spy.

”Almi, I’m hungry. Does the Bunker have anything good to eat?” Qing said.

Perfect—food was one of the Bunker’s major bonus points.

Almi nodded enthusiastically:

”Of course. One reason I like doing missions here is that the food here is way better than in Hunter City.”

Qing said excitedly:

”Really, really? That’s great.”

So Almi took Qing to the fourth layer of the Bunker to enjoy a lavish meal.

As Qing ate, she was moved to tears:
