The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 291: Chapter 291: I Can Help You

”Please don’t wake up, please don’t wake up!”

Lin Tian tiptoed out of bed. Even though he and Shishi were sleeping on the same bed, theoretically it was to his advantage, but in fact, he felt infinitely wronged.

He hadn’t taken advantage at all, they just lay on the bed and slept through the night, but somehow Shishi’s clothes mysteriously disappeared.

When you talk about it, it sounds as if he committed some unforgivable crime.

Isn’t it unfair to be blamed for something you didn’t do?

If I had really done it, I would admit if you called me out.

The problem is, I was just sleeping...

Shishi groggily opened her eyes and saw Lin Tian lying on the bed like a kitten catching a mouse: ”What are you doing?”

”Nothing, I was just trying to go to the bathroom without waking you up!”

Lin Tian smiled slightly, not forgetting to compliment, ”Miss Bai, you look so beautiful today!”

”Really?”

Even though she wasn’t sure why Lin Tian suddenly became a bit neurotic, any woman would be delighted to be complimented on her beauty first thing in the morning.

Shishi was no exception: ”I haven’t even gotten up to wash and do my makeup, and you can already see my beauty?”

”True beauty doesn’t need makeup, just like you right now, natural and pure!”

As Lin Tian spoke, he put on his slippers: ”Now, let me go to the bathroom first, can’t hold it any longer!”

Shishi, groggy from just waking up, didn’t say much, just nodded, feeling like Lin Tian was acting oddly from the morning.

Seeing this, Lin Tian quickly scurried off, rushing to the bathroom while Shishi remained unaware.

While Lin Tian was doing his morning routine in the bathroom, suddenly Shishi’s shrill voice rang out from outside, ”Lin Tian, what did you do last night? I’m going to kill you!”

Sitting on the toilet, Lin Tian facepalmed and gasped, ”I knew it, I knew it would come to this! I didn’t do anything, and I’m being wrongly accused again!”

After finishing his morning ablutions, Lin Tian walked out of the bathroom.

What he saw was Shishi sitting on the sofa, arms crossed, one leg over the other, staring coldly at the beaming Lin Tian.

”Hehe, beautiful woman!” Lin Tian smiled foolishly.

”What did you do last night?”

The more Shishi thought about it, the angrier she got, her ample bosom heaving, even her arms atop it shaking.

”What did I do?”

Lin Tian pointed at his own nose, with a puzzled look, playing dumb was now the best strategy.

”What did you do?”

”How can I tell you if I knew?”

”Just keep pretending!”

”With my intelligence, I don’t need to pretend!” Lin Tian was leaving no stone unturned, playing dumb was his only option.

”...”

Shishi was rendered speechless, ”You dare to do it but don’t dare admit it?”

”What did I do?”

”What did you do?”

”How can I tell you if I don’t know what I did?”

Lin Tian felt like they were now in a battle of wits, and soon it might become a battle of courage.

”Why did you take off my...”

Shishi suddenly felt shy but gritted her teeth and said it, ”Take off my clothes!”

”I took off your clothes?” Lin Tian was startled hearing that Shishi laid it out, yet quickly thought of a response.

”Oh my~! This is an injustice, I came back and slept like a log, and early in the morning you say I took off your clothes, what an unjust accusation!”

Lin Tian waved the white towel he was using to wipe his hair, almost ready to resort to tears and throwing a fit like a rascal.

Sitting on the bed, Shishi was so angry that she wanted to bite Lin Tian, ”You’re wronged? I feel wronged too!”

”Miss Bai, can’t we be reasonable here?”

Lin Tian held up three fingers to Shishi: ”First, you insisted on getting into my bed last night. Even though I went out last night, you wanted to see when I’d come back, but the fact is you got into my bed first, and legally, what’s this called? Yeah... this is called you enticing me to commit a crime!”

”I enticed you to commit a crime?”

Shishi was confounded. She was just planning to tease Lin Tian a bit, but this guy could really stretch the truth!

”Second, I really did just sleep last night without doing anything, and when I went to the bathroom this morning, you saw me, this you witnessed personally!”

Lin Tian saw Shishi was unable to argue back against him, feeling overjoyed as he continued, ”For the third point, I didn’t take off your clothes, I just took a look! Perhaps you took them off yourself to falsely blame me~!”

Lin Tian explained his three points to Shishi without realizing that one of them contained a slip-up.

”Took a look?”

Shishi’s mouth curled up, ”Didn’t you run to the bathroom first thing in the morning? And you woke me up?”

”So before I woke up, you already had your feast for the eyes?” Shishi made little fists with her hands, poised to go into battle at any moment.

Oh no!

Lin Tian’s mind was filled with just those words; his lifetime of reputation destroyed by his loose tongue. What was originally nothing now spelled trouble with all this blabbering. He accidentally spilled the beans; now get ready for the storm, hail, and earthquake!

”Since you found out...”

Lin Tian threw caution to the wind, rather head be broken blood flow, but spine erect, ”I just took a look, what can you do about it!”

Playing a rascal with such bravado, Lin Tian was unprecedented in the past and would likely find no equal in the future.

”Aiya~ I’m going to kill you!”

Shishi pounced on Lin Tian like a hungry tiger.

”Oh my god!” Lin Tian dashed towards the living room.

One chased, one ran, until both of them tumbled onto the sofa in a fight to the death.

Eventually, Lin Tian conceded with a body full of red claw marks ending this morning’s wake-up battle.

”Huff huff~!” Lying in bed, Lin Tian looked at the ceiling and vowed silently, ”If I ever sleep with a woman again, I’m not a man, I’ll chop off my own hand!”

”Ha! You said it!”

Shishi, also out of breath, lay beside Lin Tian, ”When the time comes and you can’t do it, I can help you!”

”What if you fall in love with me, wouldn’t you be destroying your own happiness?” Lin Tian quipped, teasing Shishi.

”Destroying my happiness?”

Shishi was taken aback, initially not grasping the meaning, but quickly realized Lin Tian was up to his mischief again...

”I’ll stop you, stop you, stop you!”

Shishi’s little hands mercilessly attacked Lin Tian’s waist.

Taken by surprise, Lin Tian cried out in pain, grimacing, ”I was wrong, is that not enough?”

Talking to herself, Shishi got up from the sofa, ”In the future... I should spend less time with you, otherwise, one day I might really learn your bad habits?”
