The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 253: Chapter 253: Apple Flavor

”So, tell me, how did you get kidnapped this time?” Lin Tian’s expression changed, reverting to his shrewd self.

”I was coming home from work, just got to the garage to get my car, and suddenly someone covered my mouth and nose from behind, and then I don’t know anything...”

Bai Shishi tried hard to recall, ”When I woke up, I was on the Ferris wheel!”

”What about what happened in between?”

”Did you hear any sounds or see anyone?” Lin Tian asked with his brows furrowed.

Bai Shishi shook her head, ”After I regained consciousness, I was on the Ferris wheel and didn’t see anyone!”

”This is a bit tricky!” Lin Tian scratched his head anxiously.

The situation wasn’t as favorable as imagined.

First, who kidnapped Bai Shishi, and what was the purpose of the kidnapping?

Lin Tian always thought it was Bai Jiaming, and the purpose was naturally to seize Bai Shishi’s assets.

But... when that Sakula Country person appeared...

Lin Tian started to feel that things weren’t as he imagined.

That Sakula Country person seemed to be very familiar with Meichuan Kuzi and Naokawa Kumashiro. If he guessed correctly, the man he knocked unconscious was Wang Quan’s driver, Qingchuan!

Of course, this would need to be confirmed during the interrogation.

Bai Jiaming and Qingchuan linked together?

Lin Tian shook his head, finding it unlikely.

After all, they had no interest dealings, they shouldn’t be connected!

Seeing Lin Tian frowning in silence, Bai Shishi suddenly asked, ”Who do you think it is?”

Lin Tian looked serious, ”This person is someone you’re very familiar with!”

”Who?” Bai Shishi quickly asked.

”Bai Jiaming!!!”

”Impossible!”

Bai Shishi shook her head repeatedly, ”It’s definitely not Jiaming, I think it must be Xiaogang, or maybe Du Dahai!”

”To be honest, this kidnapping incident is very likely to be either Du Dahai and Xiaogang or Bai Jiaming!” Based on various evidence and suspicion levels, Lin Tian still concluded it was him.

”Impossible! Absolutely impossible!”

”Miss Bai!”

Lin Tian called out, beginning to speak sincerely, ”After you were kidnapped, we were all trying to find you, but at that time Bai Jiaming suddenly came looking for Mei Ruyan to ask for the company’s financial seal and said he would take over managing Xianglong Tea House!”

”Think about it, Miss Bai... Your sister went missing, shouldn’t Bai Jiaming be very anxious at this time?”

”But he was calm enough to ask Mei Ruyan for the financial seal, isn’t it obvious that he wants to take over your assets while you’re missing?”

”Do you not think such a brother is suspicious?” Lin Tian chuckled coldly, he didn’t understand the affections of big families, but such hypocritical feelings were worthless.

Not even a bit of human sympathy!

”Impossible!!!” Bai Shishi’s beautiful eyes were vacant, she kept repeating the three words: ”Impossible... absolutely impossible!”

”Believe it or not, you can ask Mei!” Lin Tian shrugged nonchalantly.

Next to them, Mei Ruyan silently nodded towards Bai Shishi, acknowledging what Lin Tian said.

In truth, Lin Tian completely understood Bai Shishi’s state of mind; imagine your little brother hiring someone to kidnap you, who would believe it!

In such a stunned state, Bai Shishi quickly calmed down, ”Was it really him?”

”There’s an eighty percent chance, but not certain!” Without absolute evidence, Lin Tian dared not speak too absolutely!

”I currently have someone detained, I believe we can get the final answer from him!” Lin Tian chuckled, this was what he had planned when he had Mei Ruyan arrive first.

”Where?” Bai Shishi was eager to know the result.

”Ask Mei!” Lin Tian looked towards Mei Ruyan, ”Where is the person detained?”

”In the tea house’s interrogation room!”

”Get the discharge papers, we’re leaving now!” Lin Tian lifted the quilt, about to put on his shoes.

”Ah!!!”

Bai Shishi and Mei Ruyan screamed simultaneously, closing their beautiful eyes and covering them with their hands.

It was only then that Lin Tian realized he wasn’t wearing any clothes, only small shorts covered by a summer quilt.

”Sorry! Sorry!” Lin Tian’s face turned red like a monkey’s butt.

After the initial shock, Bai Shishi opened her eyes, glancing at Lin Tian wrapped tightly like a little wife in a summer quilt. She rolled her eyes and went out to handle the discharge paperwork from the ward.

”How awkward!” Lin Tian lifted the quilt, looked at his little underwear, full of embarrassment.

Left alone with Mei Ruyan, the atmosphere in the room was awkward, she found something to say, ”Eat the apple, won’t you?”

”Oh!”

Lin Tian held the apple with one hand, rubbing his stomach with the other, feeling like even his fart would smell of apples now.

Half an hour later, Lin Tian, supported by crutches, walked out of the hospital, followed by Bai Shishi, wearing sunglasses and walking elegantly, and Mei Ruyan carrying a bag of necessities.

As for why he was on crutches, it was because after getting up from the bed, Lin Tian surprisingly found that his legs couldn’t walk.

This was probably the side effect of the forbidden technique, although ordinary people using it could temporarily become Martial Artists, it couldn’t stop the decline of skills.

Yet now his legs wouldn’t obey him, he couldn’t control them at all.

It was like they weren’t even his legs...

After various examinations, doctors couldn’t understand why Lin Tian was like this, showing normal nerve signals and other indicators in his legs, but Lin Tian just couldn’t walk.

Thankfully, Lin Tian understood what was happening, so he got some crutches and insisted on being discharged.

”Hey~ Don’t go any further, the car is this way!” Bai Shishi called out to Lin Tian from behind.

It was Lin Tian’s first time walking with crutches, and to be honest, he was getting addicted to it.

Hearing Bai Shishi’s voice nearly a hundred meters back, he put a hand to his forehead, ”Oh my god!”

Too engrossed in playing around, he had just walked past it.

Lin Tian turned back, Bai Shishi teased, ”Looks like you don’t want to leave? Want to stay a bit longer?”

”Stay where?” Lin Tian opened the car door and sat in the passenger seat.

”Continue the hospital stay? Otherwise, why didn’t you get in the car!” Bai Shishi chuckled while starting the engine.

”The problem’s here!” Lin Tian pointed to his head, ”It’s not something that can be fixed medically!”

”I think there’s a pit in your brain, and it’s incurable!” Bai Shishi slammed the gas, and the three of them headed toward Xianglong Tea House.

Xianglong Tea House’s interrogation room.

It was a closed room with a big iron door with two locks, used for interrogations by Mei Ruyan.

Mei Ruyan opened the big iron door, and the three of them walked in.

Inside, they saw a person tied to a fixed iron chair, hands cuffed, limbs bound tightly with hemp rope, even their body wrapped in rope, as if afraid he might escape.

”This room is quite something!” Lin Tian joked.

Truly unexpected, this secret place existed in Xianglong Tea House.

”Can’t help it, in my line of work, sometimes you just need a place like this for interrogations!” Mei Ruyan simply explained the room’s existence.
