The Golem Mage

Capítulo 937: Giveaway.

The next day came swiftly, and this time it wasn’t only Alec’s inner circle that gathered outside his cabin, it was the entire team representing the War God Mage Academy that stood waiting just a few meters outside his door .

Terran glanced at the group of young mages who now dominated the academy’s earth ranking list, all assembled on his Mountain Peak.

He couldn’t fathom why Alec held such sway over them, he was certain that if the academy itself had summoned them at such time, they wouldn’t have arrived this early.

Curious, he pulled Agnes aside to ask why they were all camped so close to Alec’s room.

And she explained that Alec had promised them something and had specifically asked everyone to see him before leaving the academy, only then did it click for Terran why even proud scions of ancient clans like Lucas, Pale, and Beatrice had shown up.

He himself had received a bottle of mental pills from Alec, and the improvement in his condition since then left him deeply grateful.

Because if a single gift had such an effect on him, then he could easily understand why the lure of Alec’s promise had drawn all these arrogant geniuses to his door.

Creak!

The door to Alec’s room finally swung open. Instantly, a faint surge of mana pressed outward, making everyone turn sharply toward the entrance. A moment later, Alec stepped out.

He wore one of his custom kimono uniforms, with the number 1 etched boldly on the back like an inscription burned into the fabric, his student badge hung at his waist, jingling as he moved.

Strapped to his left side were both his Changdao and his Bone katana, the latter resting higher on his hip.

Alec’s hand lingered casually on the katana’s hilt as he pushed forward, radiating quiet dominance.

He no longer wore a blindfold as he could now control his energy eyes abilities, nor was the limiter device strapped to him, the limiter worked in a cruel way—once fused with a mage, the longer it stayed off, the harsher the electrifying backlash when worn again.

It was designed as punishment, a deterrent to stop mages from ever removing it during training period, as the pain simply wasn’t worth the risk, but Alec knew he was about to face the finest talents of the sects, guilds, academies, and ancient clans across the five Kingdom continents, for that, he believed he needed his full strength.

The moment he stepped out the door, the team didn’t just look at him with their eyes alone; their mental strength pressed against him, prying, testing, only his inner circle refrained, already aware he had advanced to the Tier 6 mage real.

“Good morning to you all,” Alec said to their prying behaviour, running his fingers through his crimson hair with black and brown tips, its sheen giving him an unnatural allure that left Beatrice staring.

As he lowered his arm, the others caught glimpses beneath his kimono sleeve, his left arm was covered in dark tattoo markings, an intricate painting that hadn’t been there five days ago, they couldn’t make out the details, but one fact was undeniable, Alec had changed in ways none of them could yet grasp how.

Then, with a simple swipe of his right hand toward Knight and Agnes, the Void Claw set and the Tidefang legacy set shot through the air in a blur, before anyone could react, the new Tier 6 spirit equipment sank into their rightful masters.

Since their blood had been used in the forging and the old versions served as the base for the new spirit equipment set, it required no rebinding, as they recognized only Knight and Agnes as their masters.

That was why, when Alec pulled the Spirit equipment sets from his space ring they instantly recognized their masters’ life signs and flew to merge into their bodies.

The new runic tattoos, which marked the upgraded spirit equipment set, glowed faintly for a second before vanishing into their skin, as though nothing had happened at all, yet despite the speed of the fusion, every mage present had caught it.

Pale and Lucas looked utterly flabbergasted, while Terran could only frown in confusion, Old Man Alderic had instructed him to watch Alec closely, to see if the Gordons Clan had ways of secretly communicating with him.

But after seeing two Tier 6 spirit equipment sets appear from nowhere and without his knowledge, Terran began to wonder if it was more than communication, if Alec actually had a way to meet other clansmen of his clan while he was in the academy grounds.

He was more inclined to believe this more than the fact that a clan like the Gordons’ would let such priceless treasures be left in the hands of one so young? His doubts actually deepened when Alec casually tossed a pill bottle to each of them.

“In each bottle,” Alec began,

“there’s one Tier 7 Mental Pill, one Tier 7 Cultivation Pill, and ten Tier 6 Cultivation Pills, just like I did during our last competition, I hope these will help you grow stronger, I don’t know how powerful our opponents truly are, but I know we’re far stronger than we were before, and this time, no one should dare look down on us.”

He paused, letting his gaze sweep across the team.

“Use the Tier 7 pills only when you’re at the critical point of your cultivation, like when you’re ready to step into the Tier 7 realm, it may seem distant now, but this is my gift to you all. Now, if you don’t mind, let’s make our way to the Arena, as the Dean must be waiting.”

After receiving the pill bottles, Lucas was the first to cup his fist toward Alec in gratitude, followed closely by Katie, though Pale was a little bit slower, as he was busy ogling the cultivation pills, but even with his unreasonable nature, he wasn’t foolish enough to not acknowledge that the debt he now owed Alec could never be repaid as not even his clan treated him this good, he eventually joined in as well when he saw Katie beside him showing her appreciation.

Beatrice, however, stood frozen in place, unsure of what to do, until Agnes slipped an arm around her shoulder and gently guided her forward, the gesture made it clear she didn’t need to mimic the others.

As they continued walking, Alec’s inner circle deliberately stayed at the back while Alec casually tossed another bottle to his master, who caught it with his right hand.

When he opened his palm and saw what he had received, his eyes trembled, five Tier 7 Mental Pills.

His heart surged with joy, but by the time he looked up again, Alec’s back had already disapp

eared from sight as the group descended the peak.
