THE GOD EATER

Chapter 1243: Ragnarok Will Fall.

The bad part was that the members of the Divine Court chose to leave at this moment of need. Instead of standing up for their lord, they turned their backs and hoped that the lord would die.

With every member that left, he became weaker, and the share of Entropy from all of the attacks hitting the golden mountain increased. So even the members who didn’t want to leave had to leave after the Entropy became too much to deal with.

Soon, Loki became the sole member of the Olympic Court. When the last Gemini left, his Authority fell from 20 to 10. His total Domain Power reverted to his base Domain Power, and he became the sole recipient of Entropy from the attacks of the nine Dao Lords.

To make sure that everything was going well, Heavenly Eye used her Supreme Metac to check the condition of Loki’s avatar one more time.

”Good,” she said, nodding in satisfaction. ”Very good.”

She was very satisfied because not only had Loki become weaker, but she and her eight were growing stronger by the moment because they had established Domains on seven super worlds, and their new Domains were growing.

A quick glance at her stats showed just how massive the gap between them was.

-Race: Celestial

-Rank: 20

1 - DECEIVER(ESSENCE OF SHADOWS): ((3^3 × 5 × 42%): Crown of Shadows(Main).

After checking Loki’s condition and hers, she nodded and said, ”Now this is how I like to fight.”

In her mind, she calculated, thinking, ’His strongest attack power is Rank(10) × Divine Spirit(2) × Devouring Divine Ability(9^3 × 8/100) × Domain(71.6 sqkm) × 10(Authority), which is 835,142.8 units of celestial power.’

’As for me, my strongest attack power under the suppression of his authority is Rank(20) × Divine Spirit(260) × Illusion Divine Ability(7^3 × 5 × 43/100) × Domain(70.5 sq km), which is 270,349,170 units of celestial power.’

’So I am 323 times stronger than him, and I have eight allies with me here to fight him. Victory is assured and Ragnarok will fall,’ she thought with a smile.

’The only thing that would be perfect is if I could have a Domain on every Super World. But this is good too. When he dies, I will be able to expand my Domain to every super world, not just the three I just created.’

She was in a good mood and full of anticipation, but so were her teammates. Some of them were even more motivated to crush Ragnarok than she was. They had a belly full of fire that they wanted to expel onto him and were in a rush to do so.

One of them, Sword Maestro, complained, saying, ”What’s taking him so long? He is so slow.”

”He is a one-star celestial. Of course, he will be slow,” Tepid Scholar said, shaking his head and chuckling with mirth.

”It seems you’ve forgotten how weak you were when you first advanced,” Martial Will said with a smirk. ”Power has gone to your head.”

In response, Sword Maestro clicked his tongue and said, ”You can’t blame me. With the way he behaves all the time, you wouldn’t think he was a runt of a Dao Lord.”

”That’s true. He always behaved like the ruler of the Sea of Worlds,” Black Chain said in agreement. ”It is time to bring him down and show him his place.”

”He is here,” Heavenly Eye said, interjecting.

Loki had indeed arrived. His figure was slow because he only had 2 units of divinity in his Divine Speed and didn’t have any Supreme Metac to enhance his speed.

Because he was slow, every new Domain that was just established received enough time to grow. The only thing he could do to curb their growth was to snuff out the new Domains before they could grow.

He sent his avatar to pressure the super worlds to drop the Domains, and it worked. Unfortunately, he still couldn’t get rid of Heavenly Eye’s Domain in those three super worlds, leaving her stronger than ever before.

’I can only hope my preparation is enough,’ he thought calmly. ’And even if it isn’t enough, what does it matter?’

He didn’t spend all of the time he was pretending to be slow just running. He also made some preparations to strengthen himself. As for whether his preparations would be enough to defeat them or matter at the end of the day, he didn’t know.

But one thing he did know was that he wanted to fight these Dao Lords. They wanted to fight him and kill him, but his interest in fighting them might be more than theirs.
