THE GOD EATER

After thinking about the reason for her weaker than normal output, Monarch Truth and False shook his head inwardly and thought, ’It doesn’t matter. This much power should be enough to decimate the thief.’

This was when he saw something go wrong with the thief. He saw the thief switch from using one Divine Metac to using five Divine Metacs.

He couldn’t tell which Divine Metacs the thief was using, but he could tell that there were five of them. He could also tell that the five Divine Metacs were actually working together to create greater power. This was because the power output of the thief suddenly jumped to 162,816,000 units of divine power.

He was seeing it so clearly, but he didn’t want to believe that it was happening. This was because it should not have been happening at all.

It should be impossible because the thief only had one Divine Position and because no one was allowed to have five Divine Positions. There is also the fact that anyone who can make five Divine Metacs work together should have a Supreme Grandmaster level of mastery of a pathway and should be able to create a Supreme Metac.

So when he saw this, he shook his head and said, ”Impossible. This is absolutely impossible.”

He was sure that this was an illusion, but what he didn’t want to see still happened. The thief was able to break free from Shadow Clone’s grasp. Then the thief rushed at them.

The turn of events made him stand there frozen in shock. He was still trying to make sense of what was going on because the mental impact of what he just saw was too much for him to bear.

On the other hand, the shadowy figure beside him hadn’t seen what he just saw. So she only knew that the power of the thief was stronger than she thought. She didn’t know that the difference in their power was vast, and she didn’t know that there was something or many things that were wrong with the thief, so she was still in the mood to fight.

If she knew that the difference in their power was a whopping 40% of her power, she might entertain the thought of giving up. But she didn’t know, so she believed that what happened earlier was a fluke and that she could still win. After all, the thief clearly possessed one Divine Position.

Since the first move didn’t work, she decided to use another move. She started by activating the Heart Demon Metac and used it to create a shadow for herself.

She didn’t create one shadow. She created multiple shadows. This was a dangerous thing to do because these shadows would try to take control of her body.

One heart demon was bad enough; creating 6 of them was just being suicidal. But she didn’t let the shadows turn on her by activating the Shadow Puppet Metac and using it on them.

The Shadow Puppet Metac helped her to gain control of the heart demons. Then she activated the Shadow Clone Metac and used it to empower the heart demons.

After doing this, she sent the heart demons to attack the thief. This time, the heart demons are stronger right from the start, and there are six times as many of them. So they should be able to defeat the thief this time around.

Just to make sure that nothing would go wrong, she made another move. She activated the Heart Demon Metac on the thief. This made a shadow appear behind him.

Before the shadow of the heart demon could take control of the thief, she activated the Shadow Puppet Metac in the shadow. This allowed her to take control of it. Then she activated the Shadow Clone for the final step.

This series of actions led to the creation of a very powerful heart demon that was her shadow clone. Only then did she let the heart demon try to take control of the thief.

This special heart demon also began to fuse with the body of the thief. But unlike the first attack, she could control exactly how the heart demon would take control of the thief.

She could also make the heart demon detonate, so even if it failed to take control of the thief, she would be able to damage his Will. This will weaken the thief and make it easy for the six shadow clones to kill the thief.

Just as the heart demon began to fuse with the thief, she heard the angry roar of a bull. The bull roared indignantly, saying, ”Moooooooooo!”

This time, the heart demon shattered even though it was stronger than the previous one. This was because it was designed to detonate.

So her attack failed to take control of the thief, but it still damaged the thief. Unfortunately, she couldn’t be happy with this because the six shadow clones had also failed.

The thief punched out and shattered the shadow clones with his fists. Even when the shadow clones fell on the thief and turned into ropes to bind him, the thief was able to rip them off and tear them apart.

At this point, she realized that something was wrong. She began to entertain the possibility of retreating in defeat. Not only that, but she was already looking for a justification for it.

As she stepped back, she thought to herself, ’Isn’t it only three Divine Metacs? I can get them back by turning three rank 6 fellows into my shadow clones. So they are not worth dying for.’

Of course, this wasn’t just about the three sealed Divine Metacs. This was also about the 468 million square kilometers that she lost.

The reduction in the size of her Cave Heaven is the main reason why she decided to come and kill this thief, not the death of her subordinate or the inability to use the three Divine Metacs. But they have all become unimportant at this point.
