The First Store System

Chapter 730 Only a Store Owner!

Aakesh waved his hands, and soon, a bunch of different types of weapons covered the table.

Aakesh then glanced at the guards standing behind the Guhyakas with greedy expressions. He then told them to come forward and pick up the weapons.

At first, the guards didnʼt move as they had no idea of what was going on in Aakeshʼs head, but suddenly the dark energy ball reappeared on the tip of Aakeshʼs fingers.

Without looking at their boss and asking for their permission, they rushed, and each of them grabbed a weapon each.

The weapons on the table matched the type of weapon the sixty-eight guards had, so each of them only picked the one corresponding to them.

”Have you ever seen any weapon with better quality than this?” Aakesh asked the guards, excitedly studying the weapons.

At the same time, Aakesh looked toward the Guhyakas sitting on their chairs with terrible faces. Aakesh then asked them to check whether their guards were speaking the truth or not.

It was very easy for employers to check what was going on in the heads of their bodyguards since the employer was the one with their life at stake. The use of items had reached this state long ago.

The Gupta family members nodded and soon took out the contracts from their space rings.

”Speak,” Aakesh then looked at the closest guard to him and ordered.

The guard had an annoyed face since he didnʼt like Aakesh interrupting him when he was studying the weapon. But the dark energy ball still stayed fresh in the guardʼs mind, so he drank the bitterness pill and answered what he currently felt while studying the weapon.

”It would be a lie if I said that I have ever seen any sword with an even higher qua-”

”Why so much gibberish? Simply answer what was asked of you,” Aakesh couldnʼt help but interrupt the guard as the guard looked to be in a trance.

The guard frowned, but he controlled himself and simply nodded and added, ”Sirs and Madams, I have never seen of a sword with higher quality than this.”

”If you were to compare the weapons sold by your employer and the one in your hands, what score would you give to them from 1 to 10?” Aakesh asked another question, as simply stating the weapon sold by the store to be the best wasnʼt enough.

”Master, this sword is no doubt ten, but I think when compared with this sword, the sword sold by the Gupta family doesnʼt even deserve one. It wouldnʼt be fair to this beaut-”

The guard had gotten into a trance again, but as soon as his sight caught the cold eyes of Aakesh, he stopped and responded, ”This sword is ten, while the sword sold by the Gupta family is one.”

The faces of the Guhyakas couldnʼt get any more uglier, so they helplessly looked at their guards.

Each ten for the weapons provided by Aakesh was like a drum that rang in their ears, while each one with disappointed faces was like a hammer beating their hearts.

The Guhyakas knew why Aakesh had chosen the guards as contestants for his presentation. The guards protecting the Gupta family were given a top-quality weapon when they got hired, so who would be a better judge of products than them? At the same time, the Guhyakas were so weak that they couldnʼt even touch the weapons.

”See, this is the difference between the products sold by your family and me,” Aakesh suddenly spoke.

The next moment, he told the guards to put the weapons down and return to their previous spots.

The guards didnʼt dare to make a scene and peacefully returned to their spots, as the fear of Aakesh only grew more prominent in their hearts after seeing the weapons.

If the man sold weapons of such quality, then they didnʼt even dare imagine the quality of the weapon the man would be using. Each of the sixty-eight guards had the same question in their minds, but they didnʼt dare to ask Aakesh to show them his weapon since it would be akin to asking for a battle. No warrior takes out their weapon unless they are prepared to fight.

The Guhyakas were too weak to sense the change in their bodyguards, but when they saw them putting their weapons back into their sheath, the Guhyakas understood that the guards had entirely given up.

”Sir, I accept that the difference between our products and your products couldnʼt be even explained in words. Your products are the best in the Primal dimension, so why donʼt you make other families give up on their business and donʼt choose us,” The family head stated. He knew things were in a terrible place. One step forward, and the Gupta family would be no more in business.

The smile on Aakeshʼs face suddenly disappeared as he glanced at the family head, but soon it turned into laughter.

”You may think itʼs unfair, but your family is only the start of things. In the future, only my store would stand with full glory,” Aakesh spoke, shocking the seventeen Guhyakas.

If it were before Aakesh showed them the products, they would take Aakesh words as bragging. But now that they have seen the quality of the products, they couldnʼt help but believe in his words and imagine a future where only Aakeshʼs store would be the seller, while everyone else would be a customer.

”Eh!”

”Eh!”

”Eh!”

Suddenly, rounds of exclamation rang in the room as they focused on the store part.

”Sir, you are a store owner?” The family head couldnʼt help but ask. Until that moment, he had been thinking of Aakesh as some hidden business family that was either new or might have fallen in the past, but now it was time for their rising.

For not even a moment, did they consider Aakesh as a mere store owner?

”Oh, did I forget to tell you that?” Aakesh laughed, and soon seventeen cards appeared in the hands of the Guhyakas.

The Guhyakas looked at the card and couldnʼt help but reimagine the scene of the storeʼs monopoly after seeing the name of the store on the card.
