Supreme Devouring God

”Grab onto me!”

Shen Mirui took out a Dao Talisman from the Qiankun Bag.

Qin Chen held Shen Mirui’s arm, Lin Songyun grabbed Qin Chen’s hand, and Shen Mirui activated the Dao Talisman.

”Whoosh!”

An indescribable ultra-high speed, took Qin Chen rushing forward.

This speed was naturally faster than Qin Chen using the Small Movement Technique and Shadowless Traceless.

Because the speed was too fast, causing the wind resistance to be particularly strong, Qin Chen felt his face was bending.

About four breaths’ time.

An Quan reached the location where Qin Chen and the three were previously.

He looked in the direction Qin Chen and the three escaped, his face turned ugly.

”Damn it! How could that person from the Fu Shen Clan take those two disciples from Saber Saint Cliff away! What business do those two have with her?!”

An Quan was furious.

He could naturally see that Shen Mirui had used a speed-enhancing Dao Talisman.

An Quan knew very well that with Shen Mirui using the speed-enhancing Dao Talisman, he absolutely couldn’t catch up with Qin Chen and the three.

That’s why he was angry!

”What to do?”

For a while, An Quan was somewhat at a loss.

Blood Spirit Ancestor had entrusted this matter to him, and An Quan had made a military pledge to Blood Spirit Ancestor.

But now, not only was he unable to accomplish it, the appearance of the Fu Shen Clan had put their Blood Spirit Demon Clan in great danger.

Moreover, Qin Chen and the two have the support of Saber Saint Cliff!

An Quan couldn’t imagine how furious the Ancestor would be once he found out about this.

”No choice! I must quickly inform the Ancestor, any waste of time could make the situation even more irreversible.”

An Quan calmed down and immediately headed towards the territory of the Blood Spirit Demon Clan.

...

Speaking of Shen Mirui and the three.

After the speed-enhancing Dao Talisman was completely expended, Qin Chen and the three finally stopped.

”We should be safe for the time being.”

Shen Mirui breathed a sigh of relief, and the three stopped on a desolate mountain.

”We can’t stop; I must quickly report this to Saber Saint Cliff.”

”Let me go catch a flying demon beast.”

This matter is extremely serious, Qin Chen alone is completely unable to handle it.

”Saber Saint Cliff, is that the top power of your Qian State?”

Shen Mirui looked Qin Chen up and down, her face showed Qin Chen a familiar, warm smile.

Qin Chen nodded: ”Senior sister, since our parting at the Thunder Sky Sect, this is counted as our first official meeting, isn’t it?”

Back then, at the Telekinesis Origin Realm, they had only parted briefly, without exchanging a word.

Shen Mirui said: ”Qin Chen, don’t blame senior sister, you heard earlier, I won’t hide it from you anymore.”

”I am a member of the Fu Shen Clan; our Fu Shen Clan is one of the Five Great Divine Clans of the Primordial World, and we must shoulder the responsibility to protect the Primordial World.”

”Any danger appearing in the Primordial World, we must rush to the front line.”

”’Exorcising demons’ is the only thing I should be doing right now.”

”Just like back in the Telekinesis Origin Realm, I also pursued and killed that single omitted Hell Demon Clan member.”

So, that’s how it is.

Before the safety of the Primordial World, Shen Mirui now has no choice but to put aside her personal feelings.

”Is there a major crisis coming to the Primordial World?”

Qin Chen asked with a serious expression.

If it was just a minor exorcise, Shen Mirui wouldn’t have met Qin Chen without saying a word, right?

Only when the situation is already very serious, did Shen Mirui not care about personal feelings anymore.

Shen Mirui was silent for a moment.

”Actually, I shouldn’t be answering this question, but I still want to tell you, our Primordial World is no longer as peaceful as it seems on the surface.”

”I also received a little information; the Blood Spirit Demon Clan appeared in the Jingyue Dynasty, pursued all the way here, unexpectedly, it’s true.”

”The Blood Spirit Demon Clan is too bold.”

”But I am not their match alone; how long would it take for you to return to Saber Saint Cliff?”

”At least eight days,” Qin Chen replied.

It took him eight days to reach the Jingyue Dynasty on the Black Scale Eagle, and that was under smooth journey conditions.

Shen Mirui shook her head: ”Eight days is too long, I suggest you come with me to Jingyue Imperial City.”

”Jingyue Imperial City?”

Qin Chen furrowed his brows, then said: ”Senior sister, I previously killed two members of the Jingyue Royal Family, they had allied themselves with the Blood Spirit Demon Clan, isn’t the Jingyue Imperial City the stronghold of the Jingyue Royal Family, might it be unsafe?”

Shen Mirui said: ”Is that so, no wonder this group of Blood Spirit Demon Clan dares to be so rampant, perhaps the whole Jingyue Royal Family has already been corrupted by them.”

”However, my reason for going to Jingyue Imperial City has nothing to do with the Jingyue Royal Family; there’s a senior of our Fu Shen Clan there.”

”I just need to inform him, with his strength, he can destroy the Blood Spirit Demon Clan.”

”Actually, we came together to investigate the Blood Spirit Demon Clan matter, but unexpectedly, I found the traces of the Blood Spirit Demon Clan first.”

”Don’t you have any means to contact your Fu Shen Clan senior? Wouldn’t going directly be too wasteful?” Qin Chen asked.

Since they came to investigate together, surely they can contact each other.

Shen Mirui shook her head: ”If I could contact him, I would have done so already.”

”If I’m guessing correctly, the entire Jingyue Dynasty is now under the control of the Blood Spirit Demon Clan.”

”I can’t get in touch with Grandpa Han; I can only go personally to Jingyue Imperial City.”

Qin Chen’s face looked a bit serious: ”If this is true, then the situation might not be very optimistic, the Blood Spirit Demon Clan definitely won’t let the three of us off.”

”Getting from here to Jingyue Imperial City will take no less than four days, during those four days, the Blood Spirit Demon Clan could use many ways to kill us.”

Shen Mirui nodded: ”So, we must be fast and remain vigilant, but this is the only method for now.”

”In four days, I believe we can hold on.”

Shen Mirui’s gaze fell on Lin Songyun, her tense cheeks showed a smile: ”Who is this?”

Qin Chen then remembered he forgot to introduce Shen Mirui.

”Senior sister, this is my wife, Lin Songyun.”

”Song Yun, this is my senior sister from Thunder Sky Sect in Thunder State, Shen Mirui, only today I found out she is from the Fu Shen Clan,” Qin Chen said.

Wife?

Shen Mirui’s eyes flickered, then she smiled and said: ”You are truly lucky to have such a beautiful wife.”

”Senior sister is also very beautiful.”

Lin Songyun said with a smile.

Shen Mirui looked at Qin Chen, her eyes showing complex emotions, but she didn’t say much.

”Let’s go catch a strong flying demon beast and fly to Jingyue Imperial City; time waits for no one, every minute more is a minute more danger.”

Although they can fly in the sky, they can’t fly for four days straight, so they still need a flying demon beast.
