Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1009: True Gods

“!!!” Nathan and the divine beasts couldn’t help but widen their eyes in shock. This theory was, like Anubis said, wild. At the same time, it was actually feasible now that they looked at it closely.

‘Now that I think about it, none of them have a level beyond 1,000, and ena beyond 100,000,000.’ Nathan fell silent for a moment before saying, “You might be onto something.

“In Greek mythology, Zeus is the god of the sky and thunder. He is also the king of gods on Mount Olympus, ruling over all other deities and mortals.

“However, there is another goddess called Nyx, the primordial goddess of the night. It’s said that even Zeus fears this goddess.

“If I go to Hindu mythology, there is the Trimurti: Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. They have a vital role in the cosmic cycle…

“With this new theory, I can’t help but look at it from another perspective, especially about your words where you claimed that world class summoners are like the heroes. If you gradually condense your divinity, you will become divine beings, which is basically what you are right now.

“If we extrapolate this theory, doesn’t that mean if you go beyond this, there’s a chance for you to go beyond your current level? And this might make you equal to that of Outer Gods as well as divine level summoners.”

All the divine beasts were stunned. This was an extremely wild theory, but it might be that the existence of a level beyond theirs had already existed from the beginning.

In that case, had they known anything about the Outer Gods?

There were still a lot of questions in their minds, but the thought of advancing to a higher rank actually excited them.

Qilin couldn’t help but say, “Jade Emperor… Lady Nuwa…”

“Don’t tell me. This is the secret all along?”

“So, isn’t this an opportunity?”

The divine beasts realized this was an opportunity. While it was true that living in this world and fighting the aliens would allow them to have ena beyond that, they might still need to evolve. And Nathan might be the key to their evolution. After all, he had the Soul Contract.

Nathan understood what would happen, but at the same time, he knew he had to make his familiars even more powerful if he wanted to fight against the Outer Gods.

Although he didn’t know what was happening to the aliens, he knew that there would be a huge war.

“Well, we can discuss this later until we get more information. Right now, we won’t be able to do anything unless I get stronger. Continue on your task for now.” Nathan chose to end this conversation.

Although it was good to know about the possibility, he still had to control their desire so that they didn’t go out of control.

Nathan noticed that Rood and Evelyn had been staring at him for a while, having their own thoughts.

Nathan didn’t want to comment any further. Instead, he turned around and asked another question, “What do you mean by Summoners War? Are you talking about the Summoners War that the Frexia Academy has?”

“I don’t know.” Lucas shook his head.

“In that case, what about the living alien?”

“I don’t know much about the aliens.”

“So, it has been providing you with the aliens to control these humans?” Nathan squinted his eyes.

“Yes. We don’t know its true objective. Everything was discussed directly with my lord. I know nothing more than this.”

Nathan crossed his arms, thinking, ‘I guess I can only find out more about the aliens by going there directly. First, I have to defeat the Divine Hand.

‘Besides, this alien might be the same alien as the one from 500 years ago, the one that helped humanity gain the power of summoners.

‘If that’s the case, is this alien evil? Or are they just complying to do something because their interests align? If it’s the latter, what kind of objective does this alien have?

‘Besides, this alien looks like it has black cells. If that’s the case, the alien providing the aliens they used to take over the human body must have black cells as well. So, how can it talk?

‘Another mutation, I don’t know? A story that I can’t imagine right now?’

Nathan could only get more questions, not answers. He let out a long sigh and asked, “Since you know nothing, I guess it’s better to wrap this interrogation up with one last question…

“But still, to think that the alien is behind all this… After hearing everything about the aliens, you are just a coward who is scared of the challenge. You give in to your own despair and choose the most cowardly answer.

“Do you think that everything can be solved just because you become an alien?” Nathan harrumphed.

“Do you think humans can defeat a being that is equal to something that no humans have ever seen before?!” Lucas looked frustrated.

Nathan let out a long sigh. “I don’t care about this topic anymore. I know more than enough. In that case, I will ask you one last question. Give me the information about your operation, especially about which cities you have infiltrated, including all the people you have operated on.”

That was right. If they were going to fight the Divine Hand, they would have to face this one reality. What if they turned everything around by letting all the hidden aliens all around the world come at the same time?

That was why Nathan’s priority this time was to find out about those people and cure them.

In fact, his original plan was to split up their groups to handle this matter. And thanks to the people from the Azilia Kingdom, he could simply ask them to handle it.

This was also the reason he brought Rood inside. If he knew this information, he would be more willing to go with their plan.

Lucas shook his head. “I do know several of them, but the one who knows them the most is Kana, but her job has been entrusted to the one replacing her, Karen.”
