Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 559: Archangel

”Nathan. After we return, Iʼm planning to leave for a few days to a week. I want to get the final piece of my revenge.”

”Hmm?” Nathan widened his eyes in shock.

”I know that this is sudden, but after this, I donʼt think itʼll be easy to hide our achievement. And my uncle will definitely hear it in one way or another.

”I have been thinking about it for a while. On the one hand, I can wait for a bit more, which allows me to get stronger in the meantime. If I become strong enough that he canʼt do anything to me, itʼll be good. However, he will surely not let it happen.

”By waiting, I end up giving him more time to prepare, which will make the situation even more complicated.

”On the other hand, if I do it soon, it means he wonʼt have a lot of preparation. In addition, with my current strength, he will underestimate me to a certain extent.

”When that happens, adding an element of surprise will definitely help me win. Because he doesnʼt have a lot of time to prepare, he canʼt create a complicated plan or something.

”Hence, I have a much higher chance of solving the puzzle and defeating him,” explained Selena.

Nathan crossed his arms, carefully considering this option. As Selena mentioned, the longer they waited, the more preparation the count made. Although they would be stronger, what would happen if the count created a situation so complicated that even their strength wasnʼt enough?

On the other hand, doing it now would mean exposing themselves to an extra danger. He was afraid that his strength wasnʼt enough to deal with the problem.

Both choices had their own advantages and flaws, so he didnʼt know which one was the correct choice.

Instead of rejecting the idea entirely, Nathan asked one question that would determine his reply. ”What is this last piece youʼre talking about?”

”Frexia Academy.”

”!!!” Nathan widened his eyes in shock. He instantly understood Selenaʼs plan. That might indeed work.

It was risky, but they had to face it sooner or later. In that case, Selena really wanted to speed things up.

After all, if she could exact her revenge soon, she wouldnʼt have to be troubled by it anymore. In other words, she could focus on her training without anyone trying to stab her from behind.

Having inner peace would also be good for training.

After some consideration, Nathan ultimately nodded his head. ”You can do whatever you want. It might take longer than expected, but if you need anything, Iʼm ready to help. Besides, you are not alone anymore. There are Sera, Alavenya, even Flora and Noelle.”

Selena smiled. ”En. Thank you.”

”But be careful.”

”Yes. Iʼll do my best.”

Nathan nodded his head. He was a bit worried, but he would just create a few backup plans in case Selena didnʼt succeed or faced some trouble.

On the other hand, Noelle seemed to be unable to stay still. After getting the cooperation of her spirits and finding her new path, she had been moving her body in one way or another.

Even after a long battle, she was still swinging her sword enthusiastically. Still, as long as she didnʼt collapse from exhaustion, it would be fine. Noelle should know the limit of her body, so he would just trust her. Besides, Flora would be the first one to stop her instead of him.

Still, the one who felt the most impact from the battle was actually Sera.

While watching Noelle from afar, she couldnʼt help but think, ʼI think Iʼm currently the most useless one in the group. Noelle is the strongest, while Selena is right on her back. Alavenya has extraordinary strength as well, while Flora is a good all-rounder.

ʼOn the other hand, Iʼm only able to provide some stability, which is not enough for the time being. Brunhild will get stronger because of Nathan, but at this rate, it wonʼt be enough.

ʼAnubis can heal, but looking at him today, it seems he has exhausted all his ena and is forced to overwork.

ʼIn that case, should I just summon a new healer? No. Instead of a healer, maybe someone who can enhance oneʼs strength. I have been relying on Nathan for the last two spirits, but I might have to choose my own spirit for the fifth one.

ʼAs expected, I should get a familiar that can heal, which will reduce Anubisʼ burden. This way, he can lower the enemyʼs strength even further while conserving enough stamina. In a huge battle like this, he will be fine.

ʼOf course, it can be solved by having more ena, but if I can heal others, we can split our group into two just fine.

ʼNathan is able to control his group to create a perfect battle for him, but while Iʼm not capable of such a thing, I can still boost everyone else to the point where they wonʼt be losing to Nathanʼs group.ʼ

Sera squinted her eyes. ʼIn that case, I should summon Archangel Raphael. He is known as a healer and guide.

ʼWith him, I am able to take care of Asmodeus as well. This way, both Asmodeus and Raphael will influence me and neutralize each other. Raphael is more suitable than other archangels like Gabriel or Uriel.

ʼThen again, is it going to work? Have I been around Nathan too much that I would think itʼs so easy to summon an archangel?

ʼFor the time being, I have set my goal. I should probably talk to my teacher as well, in case he has advice for archangel summoning.ʼ

Sera didnʼt really want to break her fighting style, which was supporting everyone. And with Raphael, she could boost her strength even further. The biggest decision in the future would definitely be who would become her lifebound familiar. With the addition of the element, she could play her role more actively.

Sera closed her eyes for a moment before muttering, ʼIt seems… I have to return to the Holy Kingdom for a few days after we return…ʼ
