Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 1555: Find a way out of an impasse (2)

Even if Cloudy Qilin Clan’s practitioners entered Violet Sun Valley when they were twenty years old, they would go into closed door cultivation for a number of years in the valley. Only after their potential reached the peak and when they had reached the age limit then would they attempt to activate the Qilin tablet, accepting the ultimate refinement.

However, Li Moying totally didn’t know about these and just rushed in like that.

Based on his age at twenty, entering the Qilin tablet for the challenge was a fascinating thing, even in the early historical times.

Of course, this also had something to do with Violet Sun Valley’s insufficient Profound Qi.

In the past, the magical beasts in Violet Sun Valley grew and multiplied without end and allowed many geniuses to cultivate simultaneously.

But now, Li Moying had just spent an entire month and he nearly cleared all the magical beasts in the valley. This wasn’t just because he had outstanding ability but also because Violet Sun Valley had long lost the ability to reproduce hence it no longer was a place for long term closed door cultivation for a genius like him.

But in this way, he was at a complete disadvantage!

Qilin’s attacks were faster and faster, and the moves it made were smoother and smoother.

Li Moying was extremely steady and even though he had been struck flying over and over again as the injuries on his body became heavier and heavier, but his mind became clearer and clearer. He had been observing the Qilin’s attack pattern, especially the rhythm of its body’s Profound Qi’s fluctuations.

Under Qilin’s swift attacks, Li Moying started to bleed non-stop and he had even felt the meridians in his body being seriously damaged.

But a smile gradually grew on the corners of his lips.

Because what he guessed wasn’t wrong. Spiritual beast Qilin’s spiritual body, as a form of energy body, it indeed was supplied by thunder attributed energy.

As his observation deepened, he could distinctly sense that every single time Qilin struck, the path of the flow of the Profound Energy within its body.

Li Moying’s gaze turned deeper as he gathered all the Profound Energy within his body.

He was very clear of this, that the absolute disparity between him and Qilin was simply too huge! He didn’t have many opportunities and there was only this one chance! He must gather all his energy and try his best to deal Qilin with heavy damage!

“Amethyst Light Sword, unsheathe!”

The bluish purple electric currents on Amethyst Light Sword suddenly expanded, dazzling up the narrow small space in the Qilin tablet with extremely bright lights!

Li Moying observed Qilin’s path of attacks and just as it charged once again, he suddenly moved and appeared right beside its body and at the same time, used up all his energy to pierce sharply towards the Qlin’s left back position!

This position…. Was something which he had observed for a very long time, spiritual beast Qilin’s weakest part of its Profound Energy! It was also the most possible position in which he could make a breakthrough!

As expected, following his attack, Qilin suddenly rose its head towards the sky as it gave out a miserable howl!

Amethyst Light Sword pierced deeply into the Qilin’s back and Li Moying immediately felt an incomparably powerful Profound Energy passing through the sword blade, causing his arms to turn numb and the long sword in his arms to almost fell!

He hurriedly held his breath with rapt attention as both his hands gripped onto the sword handle tightly, took in a deep breath and tried his best to plunge the Amethyst Light Sword deeper into the spiritual beast Qilin’s body.

Qilin howled for a short time and started shaking its body violently, trying to shake him and the Amethyst Light Sword away!

Li Moying sensed that the pressure he was bearing increased by the minute and the spiritual beast’s Profound Energy awe came raining down on him so tightly that he couldn’t even breath!

But he continued to hang on, refusing to let go no matter what!
