Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 592: Chapter 426: Dragapult Fighter Jet! (Part 2)

Having lived in pitch-black environments for a long time.

One day, the ”Sun” suddenly appeared.

If Banette weren’t a Ghost Attribute Pokémon, its eyes would probably be completely blinded.

You must know this is fifteen hundred lumens!

Requires a specially-made radiator to ensure the flashlight doesn’t explode—a staggering number!

But for Banette, nothing is more terrifying than wanting to haunt others only to be haunted in return. Once its eyes finally felt a bit comfortable, it immediately dropped to the ground pretending to be dead with a thud.

Hoping to use this small trick to deceive these people who somehow came in with something particularly scary.

But it probably didn’t expect that among these people is a social terror who treats ghosts like family.

”Banette~”

Furong, beaming with joy, ran over and picked it up with a momentum that completely disregarded whether the other party might attack, and waved to those behind him.

Baimu very conscientiously adjusted the flashlight to normal mode, making the light less glaring, and took out a second one asking Bonnie, ”Do you need one?”

”... Thank you.”

Bonnie initially wanted to refuse but recalled the recent holy light descending and quietly accepted it.

Not far away.

Furong started the interrogation mode, pointed to the eager Dreepy behind him, and questioned the lifted Banette at close range, ”Have you seen any Pokémon like it?”

Darn it!

I can understand what this guy is saying!

The surrounded Banette was sweating profusely, especially fearing Dusknoir’s ruby-red solitary eye, and didn’t dare to even swipe at this strange person before them.

Where did these Ghost-type Pokémon come from! So terrifying!

It was clearly frightened out of its wits; Dusknoir is, after all, Furong’s ace Pokémon, boasting the greatest reliance on Celestial King-tier combat power, and its Trait, Pressure, can crush a plethora of Pokémon in terms of momentum.

Banette, this insignificant ”wild ghost,” is not even worthy of supporting it, barely holding on after just being glanced at, silently responded to Furong’s question—

No.

The eagerly anticipating Dreepy suddenly became deflated, sobbing as it flew back to Baimu.

Furong fell into contemplation, ”You’ve never seen it... Impossible, the divination techniques clearly pointed here... Are you sure? No external ghosts or Ghost Pokémon?”

Banette just wanted to quickly see off these pestilences, nodding hastily.

”Lying is wrong, you know!”

Lie to a ghost!

Banette thought despondently.

Suddenly.

”Troubling it won’t help,” an aged voice echoed from nearby.

Everyone turned towards the direction of the voice, with flashlights following. Instantly, they could see a hunched figure, feet not touching the ground, floating nearby.

Beside it, Gastly floated like a balloon.

”Hmm, haven’t seen such glaring light in years. Young man, could you please put your flashlight away?” The other party clearly couldn’t withstand the stimulation of the flashlight, even if it wasn’t on fifteen thousand lumens mode.

Baimu again lowered the mode, making the light appear like that in a horror game, slightly dim.

Only then did the other dare to slowly approach, revealing an old figure slightly murky eyes showing some nimble light, yet from its condition, undoubtedly long gone.

”Vibrant ones among you, I am Kas, sort of a temporary manager of this Ghost Hotel.”

The elderly self-introduced.

This Ghost Hotel actually has a manager?

Isn’t it different from the Gatekeeper Pokémon?

Baimu was somewhat surprised, quickly noticing the crucial words ”sort of” and ”temporary,” but at any rate, this presence should be more informed than Banette.

Furong seemed familiar with interacting with ghosts, proactively conversing with it, yet didn’t reveal their names, only disclosing their purpose after greeting, as if wary of something.

Elsewhere.

The liberated Banette pushed a cleaning cart away, disappearing into the corridor’s darkness, likely avoiding any lively encounters in the future.

”You asked me if I’ve seen a Pokémon identical to it, I haven’t; but if you asked if I’ve seen a Ghost-type Pokémon resembling it, indeed recently I have.”

Kas replied with words that surprised everyone.

Furong responded, ”Resembling it?”

”Yes, larger tail, longer, oh yes, also possesses a pair of feet.” Kas nodded.

Everyone exchanged glanced, ultimately their gaze converging on Dreepy.

”Did your brother evolve? Turn into Drakloak?” Baimu quietly asked.

Dreepy looked confused, ”Hessiah?”

”... Could also be Dragapult,” Bonnie added, despite its probability being nearly nonexistent.

But her saying so.

Baimu instantly recalled setting the species value as six hundred, then the Ghost Pokémon Kas saw was very likely Dragapult.

Dreepy’s brother being Dragapult...

Is that possible?

Based on details disclosed by Dreepy itself, its brother isn’t Dragapult.

However, at present, that’s the only clue, it needs to be pursued.

Maybe following it could lead straight to its brother.

The trio exchanged glances, their eyes revealing similar considerations, thus at Furong’s request, Kas led them to find the existence resembling Dreepy.

On the way.

Kas didn’t keep his mouth idle, perhaps for having not seen communicable humans in ages.
