I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

The Land of Iron.

Today, the Land of Iron was exceptionally lively. Many shinobi wearing various kinds of shinobi forehead protectors entered this final nation of samurai.

Of course, it was not because the shinobi were preparing to tear up their agreement and attack the samurai, who were already at the bottom of the trash heap. Rather, an extremely important meeting was about to be held here.

All the Shinobi Villages that had participated in the Fourth Shinobi World War would attend.

This was an unprecedented meeting. Since the beginning of the Shinobi Village era, it was the first time that almost all the shinobi forces in the Shinobi World had gathered for a meeting.

The Five Kage Summit could only be considered a meeting involving most of the Shinobi World’s forces, while this meeting not only included the Five Great Shinobi Villages, but also a large number of smaller Shinobi Villages.

The meeting location had been chosen by Nagasawa.

The reason for choosing the Land of Iron was, first, because the Land of Iron had always been an absolutely neutral country. It had signed a non-aggression treaty with the shinobi and had always maintained neutrality.

Second, it was to make the leaders of the smaller Shinobi Villages feel more at ease. If the meeting were held in Konohagakure, they might feel that Konohagakure wanted to wipe them all out in one go.

Additionally, they could conveniently bring the Land of Iron into the alliance as well, which would also be a good thing.

There were many seats in the meeting room. Everyone tacitly arranged for the leaders of the smaller Shinobi Villages to sit together, while the Kage of the Five Great Shinobi Villages sat together.

Nagato was also present at this meeting. He represented Hikari Shinobi Village and Amegakure. His trial would take place after the meeting ended.

The host of the meeting was Mifune, the general of the Land of Iron. The Land of Iron had no Shinobi Village and no shinobi, only samurai. The position of general was roughly equivalent to the leader of a Shinobi Village, as both held control over the country’s military forces.

After all, since the meeting was being held on someone else’s territory, they had to let the host participate to some extent.

”Distribute the materials,” Mifune ordered his subordinates, breaking the silence in the meeting room. Two samurai carried stacks of documents and distributed them to every Shinobi Village leader.

Onoki flipped through them. Compared to the materials from the previous Five Kage Summit, there were some differences, but overall they were roughly the same.

The leaders of the smaller Shinobi Villages looked at one another, not knowing what tricks the Great Shinobi Villages were planning.

In fact, most of the leaders of the smaller Shinobi Villages were very uneasy.

After all, they had declared war on the Five Great Nations and then been defeated. Although the current statement was that both sides had ceased hostilities, from the perspective of the smaller Shinobi Villages, it was basically the same as being defeated.

Nagato, the initiator, had been defeated and suppressed, while Konohagakure had displayed absolute strength.

The Grass Shinobi leader was especially nervous. If the crimes were to be counted, Nagato was the primary culprit, while he would be second, because only he and Nagato had dealt heavy blows to Iwagakure.

’I got on the wrong train. I originally thought Nagato’s strength was already invincible in the world. Who would have thought that Fujiwara Nagasawa from Konohagakure would be even more terrifying?’ The Grass Shinobi leader wailed inwardly.

Looking at the document, he felt as if it were a butcher’s knife being sharpened, while the Grass Shinobi Village of the Land of Grass was the pig about to be slaughtered.

The Grass Shinobi leader could imagine what the consequences of defeat would be.

Astronomical compensation, all kinds of concessions, restrictions on the country’s military strength...

Thinking about the miserable life the Grass Shinobi Village would have in the future, the Grass Shinobi leader’s hand could not help but tremble.

In the end, the Grass Shinobi leader took a deep breath before finally gathering the courage to open the documents.

However, after opening them, the Grass Shinobi leader was surprised to discover that the documents did not state how much money the Land of Grass had to compensate or how many benefits it had to surrender. Instead, they contained a proposal for an alliance.

The Grass Shinobi leader was not the only one surprised. The leaders of the other smaller Shinobi Villages also wore shocked expressions. None of them had expected the so-called materials to contain such information.

After all, when they came here, they had already prepared themselves to be slaughtered. If they had not been afraid of angering the Five Great Shinobi Villages and being wiped out, some of the leaders would not even have wanted to come.

Not every Shinobi Village had joined willingly. Some had been coerced. From the perspective of the leaders of those coerced Shinobi Villages, they had truly suffered terrible luck, with disaster falling from the sky for no reason.

They had been peacefully eating hotpot and singing songs at home when Akatsuki suddenly came knocking, demanding that they join the smaller Shinobi Village alliance to fight against the Great Nations. And in the end, they lost.

After reading the contents, Nagato closed his eyes.

A very good plan. Unite the entire Shinobi World to jointly maintain peace and security, solve the various problems of the Shinobi World, and promote the development of the Shinobi World.

If it could really be achieved, perhaps the peaceful world Yahiko dreamed of would finally arrive.

The Grass Shinobi leader’s first thought after reading it was that it was impossible. How could this be?

How could the Five Great Nations, which held the power, form an equal alliance with the smaller Shinobi Villages?

’Perhaps it only looks good on the surface, while in reality, it is still the same as before.’ This was what the Grass Shinobi leader thought.

Many people had thoughts similar to the Grass Shinobi leader.

Because the Shinobi World was very realistic, they did not believe that something this good could happen. The war was over, they did not have to pay compensation, and their status would even rise. How could such a good thing exist?

”Have you all finished reading? Then let’s hear some opinions. Minato and I spent quite a bit of time writing this.” Nagasawa said with a smile.

He was the only person in this meeting room who was not a leader.

Even Konan held the position of leader of the Bird Shinobi Village.

However, no one had any objections to Nagasawa attending the meeting. Rather, everyone felt that it was quite normal and not strange at all.

”Since the purpose of the alliance is to maintain peace and security in the Shinobi World, what happens if someone starts a war again?” Nagato asked a very sharp question.

”Cancel their status as an alliance member, suppress them, and after the war ends, disband all their armed forces and impose severe punishment,” Nagasawa said slowly.

There would be no next time. If any country in the Shinobi World dared to cause trouble again, Nagasawa would directly unleash the iron fist of peace and strip them of their ability to cause trouble.

There would be no more civil wars in the Shinobi World. Even if a war occurred, it would be because aliens like the Otsutsuki invaded, and they would be fighting a defensive war.

”Regardless of whether it is a Great Nation or a small country?” Nagato continued asking.

”Regardless of the country, as long as they dare to continue an aggressive war in the Shinobi World, they will become the enemy of the entire Shinobi World Alliance,” Nagasawa answered.

After receiving such a definite answer from Nagasawa, Nagato said nothing more.

Strangely enough, although Nagato had been beaten badly by Nagasawa not long ago, the person Nagato trusted the most was actually Nagasawa.

If the Five Kage had said these things, Nagato might not necessarily have believed them, but he believed that Nagasawa would not lie.

Because Nagasawa was extremely powerful. If he wanted to, there was no need to play around with an alliance. He could simply rely on his invincible strength to unify the entire Shinobi World.

Nagato felt that Nagasawa was a person who yearned for peace just like Yahiko.

”After the alliance is established, which force should serve as the leader of the alliance?” the Grass Shinobi asked a question he cared about very much.

”There is no such thing as one Shinobi Village controlling the entire alliance. There will only be six permanent members of the Shinobi World Alliance Security Council,” Nagasawa answered.

Although there would no longer be discrimination against smaller Shinobi Villages within the alliance and everyone would be equal,

they could not all be exactly the same. Shinobi Villages with greater capabilities had to bear greater responsibilities and, accordingly, hold greater authority.

Otherwise, whether the Shinobi World Alliance could actually achieve the role Nagasawa wanted was uncertain.

Considering that the overall strength of any one of the Five Great Shinobi Villages was enough to crush any smaller Shinobi Village, Nagasawa had deliberately established six positions.

Otherwise, if all five permanent seats belonged to the Five Great Nations, then on the surface, it would seem that the structure of the Shinobi World had not changed much at all. It would still be the same as before.

As for whether six positions would cause problems during voting, that was not difficult to resolve.

”How are the permanent members selected?” the Grass Shinobi leader could not help asking.

After hearing about the six positions, the Grass Shinobi leader instantly thought of something. This time, things really seemed different.

”Before talking about how they are selected, I first need to talk about the responsibilities of the permanent members,” Nagasawa said.

”The permanent members of the alliance have the obligation to maintain the security of the entire Shinobi World and will bear the primary responsibility for peace and security in the Shinobi World...”

Nagasawa’s meaning was very simple. They should not think that being a permanent member was such a wonderful position. They genuinely had to shoulder responsibility. If a country violated the alliance’s regulations and launched an aggressive war, the permanent members would have to contribute their strength.

Because of this, permanent members had to possess considerable strength to qualify. Otherwise, if they were not strong enough, being able to protect themselves would already be difficult, so how could they maintain peace throughout the Shinobi World?

”If your strength is insufficient, becoming a permanent member is not only irresponsible toward the alliance, but also irresponsible toward yourself. If aliens invade in the future, permanent members will have to be the ones standing at the very front,” Nagasawa said seriously.

After saying this, Nagasawa gestured for Mifune to distribute another set of materials.

”You may not have much of a concept of the term ’aliens,’ so take a look at the materials being distributed first,” Nagasawa said.

These materials had all been prepared by Nagasawa beforehand. They contained a brief introduction to the Otsutsuki clan, as well as some related information about the spaceship that Konohagakure had discovered in the past.

Nagasawa’s purpose was very simple: he wanted them to develop a sense of crisis. This would make it more conducive to establishing and developing the alliance, and would also provide certain benefits for the development of the Shinobi World.

This was not an alarmist statement or an attempt to scare them. It was a reality that would definitely happen.

According to the information obtained from Kakashi’s template, there was at least one more Otsutsuki who would come to the Shinobi World. It was only a matter of a few years.

Nagasawa could not guarantee whether there would be more afterward. Who knew whether those people who sowed their seeds throughout the stars would care about the disappearance of one or two clan members?

Nagato’s brows were tightly furrowed after reading the materials. He had never known that aliens had actually come to the Shinobi World.

By this era, everyone had some concept of the universe and planets.

However, the Shinobi World’s aerospace development was far too poor. At present, they could not even build a spacecraft capable of flying to the moon.

”The Sage of Six Paths is actually a descendant of aliens.” A Shinobi Village leader exclaimed in shock, feeling as if his worldview had been challenged.

The Sage of Six Paths was already a legendary figure in the Shinobi World. Many people believed that the Sage of Six Paths did not actually exist and was merely a mythical figure.

Yet such a figure was actually a descendant of aliens. It was truly a piece of explosive, eye-opening news.

The Grass Shinobi leader subconsciously glanced at Nagato. If the Sage of Six Paths was a descendant of aliens, then what did that make Nagato? After all, he possessed the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths.

”Although the Sage of Six Paths is a descendant of the alien Otsutsuki clan, there is no problem with considering him one of our Shinobi World natives. He made enormous contributions to the Shinobi World and even personally sealed his mother, Kaguya Otsutsuki, in order to protect the people,” Nagasawa said.

Although the relationship between the Sage of Six Paths and Kaguya Otsutsuki was explained in the materials, Nagasawa had not belittled the Sage of Six Paths in them.

The Sage of Six Paths’ contributions to the Shinobi World were immeasurable. If not for the Sage of Six Paths, the Shinobi World might have been left without a single living person after Kaguya wreaked havoc.

The Sage of Six Paths was also the ancestor of shinobi, having established Ninshu.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that without the Sage of Six Paths, the Shinobi World as it existed today would not exist.

According to the ending of Naruto, even after the Sage of Six Paths died, he left behind his Chakra to protect the Shinobi World and prevent Kaguya from being resurrected. There was truly no one else like him.

”So the Uchiha clan and Senju clan are actually both descendants of the Sage of Six Paths? No wonder people like Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama appeared...” Onoki discovered that these materials really contained many secrets.

Even now, Onoki would occasionally remember the terror of being dominated by Uchiha Madara.

Even someone as powerful as his master, the Second Tsuchikage, had no ability to resist in front of Uchiha Madara.

”Both are descendants of the Sage of Six Paths, yet they actually became mortal enemies.” Onoki felt that even the Senju and Uchiha themselves probably did not know about this.

For a very long period of time, the Uchiha and Senju clans had both wished for the other side to be completely wiped out.

It was only after the appearance of Madara and Hashirama and the establishment of Konohagakure that the hatred between the Senju and Uchiha was resolved.

”So that’s how it is...” When Nagato saw the branches of the Sage of Six Paths’ bloodline, he instantly understood how Black Zetsu had strengthened himself.

Simply absorbing Kekkei Genkai could never have allowed him to reach this level of power. Otherwise, Hiruko would have gone out on his own long ago.

”Has Konohagakure discovered anything through studying that spaceship? Can you also build a spacecraft like theirs that can travel through space?” Onoki asked.

If Nagasawa had not brought out these materials today, he would not even have known that Konohagakure had discovered something like this.

If they could travel into space, then the Shinobi World’s current affairs would truly be nothing worth mentioning.

”We are deciphering it very slowly. The technological gap between the two sides is simply too great.” Nagasawa shook his head.

That spaceship might have come from a normal technological civilization, while the Shinobi World’s technology tree had gone in a completely different direction, making it genuinely difficult to decipher.

In addition, Orochimaru’s strengths were not in this area, so progress was very slow. To this day, there were still no results worth presenting.

After bringing up the topic of aliens, the rest of the meeting was almost entirely focused on discussing aliens, marveling at how powerful aliens were. Even a random descendant could be a legendary figure like the Sage of Six Paths, while the Uchiha, Hyuga, and Senju who had merged with the Shinobi World thousands of years later were also formidable individuals.

They also discussed how advanced alien technology was, to the point that they could even travel through space.

”Five years from now, an alien from the Otsutsuki clan will descend upon the Shinobi World,” Nagasawa once again dropped a bombshell.

This was one of the pieces of information he had obtained from Kakashi’s template. When Kakashi was twenty-four years old, he would be attacked by that Otsutsuki, Isshiki.
