I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

”Revolutionary Army? Turn to dust in the pages of history.” Im drew an X over the location of Marine Headquarters on the map with his pen.

At the same time, the sixteen thick blue beams of light released by the black shadow in the sky above Marine Headquarters descended vertically from the dark clouds, carrying an incomparably terrifying might as they rapidly struck toward the ground.

The moment the terrifying thick blue beams descended, the light erupting from the dark clouds reached its peak, and the faces of everyone throughout Marine Headquarters were illuminated pale by the dazzling light.

At this moment, even the most naive Revolutionary Army member would not think this was the extreme weather of the New World.

After all, what kind of extreme weather could launch an attack like this? At most, there would be lightning and thunder, followed by strong winds, heavy rain, and perhaps a tsunami or something similar.

”It’s fine. With Admiral Nagasawa here, there definitely won’t be a problem.” Some Marines who had recently joined the Revolutionary Army still were not accustomed to calling Nagasawa Advisor or Tobirama Advisor.

”It’s impossible for the World Government to eliminate us, the Revolutionary Army. As long as oppression still exists, even if one Revolutionary Army falls, another will appear. More Revolutionary Armies will appear. The flame of revolution will never be extinguished!” The Revolutionary Army members looked at the incoming beams of light without the slightest fear on their faces.

The World Government’s weapon could destroy their bodies, but it could not destroy their will and ideals. The flame of revolution had already begun to burn across the world.

They firmly believed that the revolution would inevitably succeed. Even if they were not among those who ultimately stood there after its success, as long as they could usher in a world of the Revolutionary Army and allow future generations to live in an equal and harmonious world, everything would be worth it.

Just then, a golden light even more dazzling than the white light in the sky suddenly appeared. The golden light devoured the white light, and all of Marine Headquarters turned into a golden world.

A massive amount of Chakra erupted from Nagasawa’s body. His breathing rhythm suddenly changed, and he instantly entered Sun Breathing Sage Mode.

Before developing his own Breathing Style, Sun Breathing’s Blazing Sun Mode and Sage Mode had actually been two different techniques. Blazing Sun Mode was an explosive mode that could only be entered after developing the Sun Breathing of the shinobi world to an extremely high level, while Sage Mode was the Sage Mode of the sacred lands such as Mount Myoboku and Shikkotsu Forest.

Because Blazing Sun Mode required extremely high physical strength and powerful Chakra, Nagasawa had previously used a stacked approach, first activating Sage Mode and then using the powerful state of Sage Mode to activate Blazing Sun Mode and further increase his power.

The symbol of Blazing Sun Mode was that his entire body radiated dazzling golden light, as if he were wearing golden armor covered in burning golden flames.

However, when he later developed his Breathing Style, Nagasawa directly fused the two together. Therefore, activating Sun Breathing Sage Mode now meant activating Blazing Sun Mode, without needing to stack them anymore.

Nagasawa, whose body was burning with blazing golden flames, was now the most dazzling existence in Marine Headquarters. Even the dazzling white light erupting in the sky was suppressed by the even more dazzling golden light.

When Kizaru saw Nagasawa in this state and felt that supreme aura rushing toward him, his pupils suddenly contracted, and even his trademark lecherous smile disappeared from his face in shock.

’Fortunately, I didn’t stubbornly insist on fighting him like Akainu. He wasn’t even using his full power before. What an absolute monster.’ Kizaru said inwardly with relief.

At this moment, he was glad that he had made the correct choice. If Kizaru had previously felt that there was still a slight possibility of escaping from Nagasawa’s hands, now he felt that facing Nagasawa meant certain death. There was simply no way to escape.

The feeling Nagasawa gave him now was simply too terrifying, as if he wasn’t even human.

Although Kizaru had always been regarded as possessing monstrous talent and strength, he felt that Nagasawa was the true monster.

Facing Nagasawa at this moment gave him the feeling of flying into the sky and directly facing the blazing sun.

Aokiji, meanwhile, once again felt Nagasawa’s suppression over him. If Nagasawa using Bankai alone before had merely made him somewhat uncomfortable when using his abilities, now it was extremely difficult. Being able to display half his strength would already be considered good.

”As expected of you.” Seeing Nagasawa once again display strength that he could not comprehend, Dragon smiled.

Perhaps the revolution would eventually succeed even without Nagasawa, but Nagasawa’s existence had undoubtedly brought the success of the revolution forward by a great deal and also greatly reduced the sacrifices.

Dragon felt that aside from creating the Revolutionary Army, the most meaningful thing he might have done was personally meeting Nagasawa and turning him into a member of the Revolutionary Army.

Although Nagasawa had not been a member of the Revolutionary Army for very long, let alone compared with veterans such as the five army commanders, even compared with the middle-level officers, he was far behind. He was practically a newcomer.

Yet it was precisely this newcomer, Nagasawa, who had made enormous contributions in a short period of time. He had brought systematic theories, allowing the Revolutionary Army to grasp the weapon of ideology, while also bringing power that could clear the way for the Revolutionary Army.

If he were not still in his prime, Dragon would even want to step down and hand over his position to a more capable person. Nagasawa was simply too outstanding.

Fujitora’s eyes were already blind, so he could not see how dazzling Nagasawa was at this moment, like the midday sun.

But Fujitora possessed excellent Observation Haki. Although he could not analyze the details, sensing whether someone was present was still very easy.

And after Nagasawa activated Sage Mode, Nagasawa changed in Fujitora’s perception. He became the ”sun.”

”I imagine it must be a breathtaking sight. It is a pity that I cannot appreciate it.” Fujitora smiled and sighed.

Actually, Fujitora had not been born blind, nor had someone blinded him. It had been his own choice.

”To see nothing with my eyes is also a blessing. There are simply too many filthy and despicable people in this world that I cannot bear to see.” This had been Fujitora’s thinking at the time.

But recently, Fujitora had slightly regretted his decision twice, and both times were because of Nagasawa. The first time was because of what he had witnessed while going to Dressrosa to suppress the Revolutionary Army. He had consequently become very interested in Nagasawa and wanted to know what Nagasawa looked like.

The second time was now. Needless to say, this was the first time Fujitora had ever sensed such a peculiar sight.

Nagasawa gripped Ryujin Jakka and charged directly into the sky.

All the Revolutionary Army members at Marine Headquarters could see a golden fireball rising into the sky, like the blazing sun rising in the morning.

”That is Advisor Nagasawa!” A sharp-eyed member of the Revolutionary Army discovered that Nagasawa was the one who had caused this series of changes.

The Revolutionary Army members who had originally been somewhat panicked instantly calmed down. That’s right, they still had Nagasawa.

Even the mighty Four Emperors of the New World could not escape death at Nagasawa’s hands. Could the World Government’s secret weapon really be that powerful?

Everyone stared intently at the blazing sun rapidly rising into the sky, wanting to know whether that blazing sun could disperse the dark clouds covering Marine Headquarters.

Nagasawa was extremely fast. He almost instantly reached midair and then rapidly swung out a massive Blazing Sun slash that was more than a hundred meters long.

The slash carrying golden flames looked like a golden crescent moon burning with flames from a distance, beautiful yet carrying a terrifying aura capable of destroying everything.

Everything happened in an extremely short period of time. Some people lacking sufficient strength only saw a golden figure appear, then instantly appear in midair and unleash a huge flaming slash.

Rumble!!!

A massive explosion rang out. The instant the sixteen blue beams collided with the golden flames, an extremely terrifying explosion erupted. Although the collision occurred high in the sky, the shockwaves still caused Marine Headquarters below to suffer destruction as if it had been subjected to a terrifying bombardment. Many buildings were damaged, and numerous craters were left in the ground.

Dragon was somewhat surprised that the shockwaves from the attack could cause such enormous destruction even after reaching the ground.

This was still because Nagasawa had deliberately chosen to fight in the air. Otherwise, the destruction would only have been greater and more terrifying. Dragon could only say that there was a reason the World Government had existed for so long. This secret weapon was truly terrifying.

Yet Nagasawa’s enormous flaming slash continued flying rapidly toward the dark clouds even after the collision.

The black shadow within the dark clouds apparently had not expected anyone to be able to withstand an attack powerful enough to erase an entire island. It hurriedly manipulated countless bolts of lightning to try to stop the flaming slash.

But facing the golden flaming slash unleashed by Nagasawa, even the endless web of lightning could not stop its advance.

The dark clouds dissipated one after another upon coming into contact with the golden flames, and the dark clouds covering Marine Headquarters rapidly disappeared.

And the enormous black shadow hiding within the thick dark clouds also revealed its true form after the clouds disappeared—a gigantic dragon.

This dragon had a body as enormous as a mountain, and its claws looked somewhat like the Celestial Dragon hoof insignia, the Hoof of the Soaring Dragon.

After being struck by the flaming slash, the dragon let out an angry roar. Its pupils, many times larger than a human being, stared fixedly at Nagasawa, as if it would rush forward and tear Nagasawa apart in the next moment.

”Hmm?” Im, who was far away in the Holy Land of Mariejois, sensed that something was wrong.

He was connected to the dragon, and he could sense the dragon’s anger, which was like a volcano about to erupt, as well as inexplicable fear...

Im was very puzzled. Why was the dragon so angry that it had even developed the emotion of fear?

This was abnormal. Normally, when the dragon carried out cleansing missions, it would not experience such great emotional fluctuations.

The dragon was the national treasure of the Celestial Dragons and had existed alongside Im for eight hundred long years. The emotion of fear should not have appeared in the dragon.

”Did something unexpected happen? I’d better go see it personally.” Im decided to go to the scene himself.

With that, Im directly disappeared from the Holy Land of Mariejois and appeared on the dragon’s back.

As soon as Im arrived, he sensed the abnormal high temperature. Then he saw the large areas of burn marks on the dragon’s body.

Im’s brows furrowed tightly. Back then, when they conquered the world, the dragon had made an enormous contribution, and only afterward did the Celestial Dragons come into existence. Naturally, Im was extremely displeased upon seeing his people’s national treasure injured.

At this moment, everyone was staring intently above them. A person wearing a black cloak and a crown suddenly appearing on the dragon’s back was immediately noticed by them.

”Who is that?” Dragon frowned, discovering that he had no impression of the person who had appeared on the dragon’s back.

The Marine Admirals also shook their heads. Even Zephyr, a veteran Marine, said that he did not recognize this person.

”Is he a hidden powerhouse of the World Government?” Dragon guessed.

It was no wonder that even Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, did not know of Im’s existence. Im’s identity was indeed classified information. Even the kings of the World Government’s affiliated countries did not know that there was another person above them.

They still believed that the Empty Throne symbolized that the position would forever remain without an occupant and that there would never be a dictator. Little did they know that the throne actually had an owner.

Im had given them the illusion of false equality and peace. In reality, the World Government belonged solely to Im.

Dragon and the others did not know, but Nagasawa recognized Im, the mastermind behind the world of One Piece. However, he only knew that Im’s position was higher than that of the Five Elders and that Im was the true ruler of the World Government. He did not know any other information.

After all, One Piece had not yet finished when he transmigrated, and there were still far too many things that had not been revealed.

Nagasawa had originally planned to expose Im and give him a huge scare when they launched their attack against the World Government. He had not expected Im to come to them himself before they even went to attack.

Nagasawa welcomed this. If he directly captured the mastermind behind the World Government, that should more or less count as having conquered the world of One Piece.

At this point, Im understood the reason for the dragon’s strange emotions. The dragon had not only failed to successfully erase Marine Headquarters, but had also been injured by someone.

As for the person who had injured it, there was no doubt that it was the person whose entire body was burning with golden flames.

Im recognized Nagasawa and knew that he had once been a Marine Admiral and was now a member of the Revolutionary Army, because the disturbances Nagasawa had caused recently had indeed been quite considerable.

”You are very strong to be able to injure it. If you are willing to return to the Marines, I can make you the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.” Im spoke indifferently.

Although the current Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Kong, had not only made no mistakes but had also rendered outstanding service to the World Government, to Im, replacing the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces was merely a matter of saying a single sentence.

Because even the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, put bluntly, was merely his employee, albeit a slightly more senior one.

”Returning to the Marines would make me the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.” Nagasawa smiled. ”Since you’re so powerful, if I kill you, wouldn’t everything become mine? Why would I need you to give it to me?”

”Don’t assume that what you just saw was its full power. It was only conserving its strength.” Im said calmly.

Not to mention that he was here, Im had eaten the Space Fruit and had also undergone the Perennial Youth Operation, granting him eternal life.

Although he himself had eternal life, the dragon was different because it had suffered an extremely serious injury during its conquest of the world, especially during that battle against Joy Boy. It had been incredibly dangerous.

Afterward, Im used a special method to allow the dragon to enjoy his own eternal vitality.

However, there was still a difference between a human and a dragon. Once the dragon moved, having a large amount of vitality extracted afterward would also make Im extremely uncomfortable and weak, so he would only deploy the dragon when the rule of the World Government was threatened.

Im verbally tried to persuade Nagasawa to surrender, but the hand hidden beneath his cloak had already begun using the power of space. At the same time, he used his emotions to prepare the dragon to attack simultaneously.

A position as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces was irrelevant, but anyone who had seen Im himself was not allowed to live.

Gamble, gamble! I originally wanted to bet on Uranus, but after carefully looking through the information, I feel that it probably isn’t.

Besides, with the name Celestial Dragons and their insignia, I’ll bet that the Celestial Dragons’ national treasure is the dragon. As for Im himself, there really isn’t enough information, so I just stuffed him with a fruit that looks powerful enough.

I’ve already prepared myself to get stabbed in the back.
