I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

The people from Shinobi Organization looked at each other.

Finally, one person broke the silence.

”Who do you think sent them? Aren’t they afraid of us at all?”

Someone picked up the remaining Kunai on the ground, looked at him, and said, ”It’s a very common Kunai. I can’t tell where it came from. They are very cautious.”

Just as everyone was continuously analyzing which faction Shinobi was from, Yokiji said seriously, ”Could it be the Shinobi that Daimyo sent? After all, they don’t get along well with Kawakawa Clan. There weren’t that many Shinobi ambushing us either. It is obvious that their purpose is not to kill us, but to warn us as we partnered with the Kawakawa Clan.

”However, didn’t Daimyo show up during the ceremony? If they wanted to cause trouble, wouldn’t it be better to make a move at the ceremony? It would be even more humiliating for Kawakawa Clan.” Someone questioned.

Yokiji smiled and said, ”Of course, that’s because if they make a move at the ceremony, it would be the same as declaring war on Kawakawa Clan. They shouldn’t be prepared for that yet.”

Many people from Shinobi Organization thought about it and felt what Yokiji said really made sense.

”Could it be that Kawakawa Clan did this himself as they want us to be completely loyal to them?” Someone threw a bold idea.

Nagasawa gave the man a look of approval. That young man was quite sharp as he almost guessed the truth.

Yokiji smiled and said, ”It is not impossible, but I think Kawakawa Clan should not be stupid enough to do such a thing. We have partnered with them and even if we do not help them, at least we will not help Daimyo. But if they’re really the one behind this so that we mistook it for Daimyo’s men, then they certainly wouldn’t like the consequences later.

When Yokiji said this, everyone also felt that Kawakawa Clan would not resort to this kind of trick. The profit and loss were not proportional to each other.

”Even so, it was because of Kawakawa Clan that we suffered this ambush. We have to ask for compensation from them.” Yokiji smiled.

”Yes, yes, yes. My clothes were cut by Kunai. It was custom-made. I wore it because it was a ceremony.”

The eyes of many people from Shinobi Organization lit up.

Although they did not have the courage to fight Kawakawa Clan and Daimyo, they had the courage to use this excuse to extort a sum of money from the Kawakawa Clan.

They were all allies. If your allies were injured because of you, wouldn’t you have to compensate them?

Seeing Yokiji framed Kawakawa Clan, Nagasawa was somewhat confused.

After sensing the presence of Golden Organization’s members among the ambush force, Nagasawa initially thought that this was a joint operation by Kawakawa Clan and the Golden Organization. After ambushing the Shinobi organization that had come to attend the ceremony, he threw the blame on Land of Rivers’ Daimyo.

However, when he saw Yokiji put the blame on Kawakawa Clan, Nagasawa now doubted his line of thought.

Could it be that the Golden Organization is acting alone this time? What good will it do them? Nagasawa was thinking about Golden organization’s motive.

He felt that the Gold organization probably had a lot of plans, but he didn’t think that they did this just to extort money from Kawakawa Clan.

Although he did not know what the Golden Organization was up to, Nagasawa now knew that Kawakawa Clan and the Gold organization were probably superficial allies.

Otherwise, Yokiji would not do something like pinning the blame on Kawakawa Clan.

At night, the chilly wind of the late autumn wind was even colder. There were not many people on the street.

But unlike normal people, Shinobi wasn’t really affected by the cold. The autumn wind blew Yokiji’s coat, revealing her slender waist.

”Whitebeard-sama, your punch just now is so strong. I’m starting to believe that you really are the strongest man in the world.” Yokiji suddenly said.

”Gu ra ra ra ra.”

”Are you scared? I didn’t even use one percent of my strength in that punch just now.” Nagasawa laughed.

”Not even one percent? You must be lying. Then why don’t you use your full strength?” Yokiji looked at Nagasawa in disbelief.

She might believe that Nagasawa said that he didn’t use one-tenth of his strength. After all, that punch looked very casual, and he didn’t even use chakra.

But if Nagasawa said he didn’t even use one percent of his strength, she wouldn’t believe it.

He didn’t even use one percent of his strength, but his punch was like a Wind-Release?

If he used all of his strength, what would happen? Would he be able to tear apart a mountain with a single punch? That wasn’t even a Shinobi anymore.

”If I used all my strength, I’m afraid that the forest would be gone. It’s not worth my time to use it on some small fry.” Nagasawa said boldly, his words not putting the few ambushing Shinobi in his eyes at all.

”Well, that certainly is terrifying,” Yokiji just went along with Nagasawa’s words, but she didn’t believe it.

’Whitebeard is good at everything. He is rich and generous. He is also strong. He just likes to brag too much.’ Yokiji thought in her heart.

He even said that he could destroy a forest with a single punch. He might as well say that he could shatter a mountain with a single punch.

Spewing a fireball and breaking the ground for a few meters was normal for Shinobi, but destroying the forest certainly wasn’t what a Shinobi could do.

Nagasawa noticed that Yokiji didn’t believe him and didn’t say anything. He couldn’t possibly destroy Ohira just to prove it.

Whether Yokiji believed it or not was none of his business anyway.

Moreover, he was here to find information, not to prove himself.

However, his undercover life was really a bit luxurious. He had a mansion provided by the Golden Organization and attended the banquet, which was better than his life in Konoha.

He just didn’t know how Kakashi and the others are doing, and whether they got anything on their investigation.

On the third day in Ohira, Kakashi finally spotted the deliveryman.

The deliveryman dressed in gray took a few large boxes from the carriage and handed them to the store owner.

The store owner paid with a smile without even opening the box.

After doing business with the Golden Organization for many years, the owner had already trusted them.

After receiving the money, the deliveryman did not waste any time. After confirming that there was no mistake, he returned to the carriage and set off to his next delivery.

Of course, the Golden Organization would not send their deliveryman for just a single order. They would make multiple delivery in one go.

Looking at the moving carriage, Kakashi did not hesitate and immediately followed.
