I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1900: 24.161 Sixth Violet Star - Munching

The God of Destruction waited until Long Juedi and Nangong Rui finished treating the two fools whose bottom was whipped by him as punishment. After helping their two first with ointment, Long Juedi and Nangong Rui washed their hands multiple times and had to be dragged to stage as it was their turn to spar.

The two unlucky guys were finally on the stage which was cleaned by Hei Anjing while waiting for them. The ice towers were replaced. But before they started, the God of Destruction explained the mechanics of the round of sparring again. Well, it’s the fault of those two fools whose butts are now pointing to the heavens.

”Just in case more butts face the heavens, I will explain the rules again,” said Hei Anjing.

Pfft!

The moment these words were spoken, almost everyone except Nan Jiang and Cao Wanji let out a stifled laughter. Haerin and Xue Laira who stopped pretending to sleep covered their mouths with their bodies visibly shaking. Clearly, they are doing their best to hold back their laughter.

”I’m explaining the rules again as these rules will be used in the group battle after this individual match. First, no killing or inflicting fatal wounds. Second, you can fight in close combat but no flesh to flesh confrontation. Using weapons is allowed.”

”You cannot kick, punch or use any parts of your body to destroy the ice tower. Only beast, spirits, spells and weapons can be used on it. Lastly, you must stop once I hit this gong. I’m not going to shout for you to stop this time. Once I’ve hit the gong thrice, you must stop fighting or else, you can join those two fools.”

”Do you understand?” The God of Destruction said.

Everyone from the F-Class responded as they felt the pressure from Hei Anjing’s voice. He was definitely pissed with what Nan Jiang and Cao Wanji had caused and everyone was affected by what happened.

Hei Anjing said, ”Alright! You get ready! Student Nangong Rui summoned your elemental. However for the sake of future competition you must learn how to summon your elementals faster. Ask Student Xue Laira for guidance after this sparring lesson.”

”Yes, Senior Hei!” Nangong Rui replied.

The God of Destruction said, ”You may begin!”

Long Juedi waited for Nangong Rui to summon his elemental king that controls both the water and ice. The little one still looks adorable as ever with its petite size and slightly chubby figure. Unlike when it was first summoned by Nangong Rui to spar with Xue Laira from before, the elemental cub. It was now obedient in the presence of the God of Destruction. The elemental king cub can actually smell the scent of snow coming from this person and it was because of this scent that the little Elemental King almost couldn’t control itself to fly towards him.

Nangong Rui noticed his elemental king staring at the direction where the rest were and thought that the little one must have wanted to play with others just like yesterday.

”You can only play once we win this match. If we lose we must train,” Nangong Rui said. This time after hearing some words from Xue Laira, and Senior Hei, he decided not to spoil the little one.

The little elemental king didn’t get angry and as Xue Laira said, the elemental were usually servile towards those who summoned and signed the contract with them. After hearing her master’s words, the little Elemental King nods her little head as a sign of agreement to Nangong Rui’s words.

Nangong Rui was only trying to learn from Xue Laira’s example but in reality he is afraid that the little one will get angry. He had been an ordinary person for a long time and this little one was his only hope to reach his goal. That’s why he tries not to offend or make the little one cry. This time his bet had been won.

He commanded the little Elemental King of Water and Ice elements.

”Xiao Lan, do you see these twelve towers in front of us?” Nangong Rui asked.

The little one surveyed the ice towers and suddenly its eyes had widened and immediately flew to hug the ice towers. What made it worse is that this little Elemental King started biting the tower and even eating it. Nangong Rui was rendered speechless. It wasn’t only him but everyone else did as well. They can only watch as the little elemental king ate one whole ice tower gnawing on it like some kind of a happy meal.

”This... Have you forgotten to feed this little one?”

Long Juedi couldn’t help but ask while watching such a small being causing its master to lose the match. It was only when it ate one row of ice towers that Nangong Rui woke up from his shock and chased after the little one who wanted to eat another row of ice towers. He immediately grabbed the Elemental King who was about to fly away.

”AH!? Xiao Lan! Stop. Stop! Don’t eat anymore! We are losing!!” Nangong Rui said.

Xue Laira, who knew lots of things about elementals, couldn’t help but comment, ”This is weird. Even though an elemental controls ice and water, it doesn’t mean it would love to drink water and gnaw on ice. How come this little one is happily gnawing on these ice towers.”

”Hm~ what a pure and powerful qi of ice. No wonder it wanted it. It can help her grow stronger.”

She observed the ice towers and realized why the little Elemental King was acting like this. This Ice tower has pure ice elemental qi in it. The purest kind which is extremely helpful to the growth of the recently hatched elemental king like the one in Nangong Rui’s possession.

”Oh~ my little ancestor stopped eating! Please stop eating! Oh my god! You’re also going to eat the ice towers on the Class Leader’s side!”

Sigh~

”Catch her! This round will be considered Nangong Rui’s loss,” said the God of Destruction.

Everyone helped to catch the naughty little one but as if the elemental king was given some drugs, her speed and flying had increased so much that even Xue Laira had a hard time catching her. In the end, Hei Anjing had to catch the little bastard who ate all the ice towers and had a round tummy at this moment. Everyone even saw it burping completely satisfied with what it ate.

Hei Anjing said, ”Caught it. What a playful little one~”

Burps~

Chuckles

The God of Destruction caught it by its wings and gave it to Nangong Rui who hurriedly came over to save his little one.

Nangong Rui said, ”Thank you for catching Xiao Lan, Senior Hei!”

”No worries. However, you must buy some ice related things from the Eleven Region to raise your elemental king. It would be expensive but it’s what she needs the most right now. Here keep her full with this for a few days,” said Hei Anjing as he gave the student an ice block made from a bit of eternal ice to Nangong Rui.

As soon as the Elemental King Xiao Lan saw it, she immediately hugged the fist sized ice block from the God of Destruction. It was hugging the ice like a small octopus who is not willing to let go of it. Nangong Rui was shocked looking at his little one and felt someone lightly pinch his back and saw it was Xue Laira.

”What are you doing? Say thank you to Senior Hei!” Xue Laira said.

Nangong Rui immediately bowed his head towards the God of Destruction and said, ”Thank you, Senior Hei!”

”Hm. It’s nothing much. You guys can take a break for an hour. We will begin the group sparring afterwards. You Senior Ye and I will be out to eat as well. You just feel free to do anything you wish in this free time,” said Hei Anjing.

After saying these words, the students of F-Class saw how Senior Ye reached out his hand to hold Senior Hei’s hand and they left the training hall in hand. Only after the two seniors had left did Nangong Rui ask Xue Laira what this fist-sized ice block was.

”Classmate Xue, this block of ice? It is not ordinary ice, is it?” Nangong Rui asked.

Xue Laira stared at the ice hugged by the Elemental King Xiao Lan and said, ”If you sell that to the Elves you might become a good friend of theirs. That’s an Ice Essence which is extremely useful for the growth of Elemental Kings. It possessed a hint of divinity which cleansed the body of an elemental allowing them to break through in a higher level once it ate a lot of it. A finger size one is enough to let your elemental grow in size. With this fist size one, it had the possibility to become an Elemental Emperor in the future.”

”What?! Elemental Emperor!!?” Nangong Rui as he stares at the little ancestor hugging the ice essence so tightly in her sleep.

Xue Laira said, ”Until she digests the ice essence, don’t let her return to the Spirit Realm. That ice essence will get stolen by those elements much more powerful than Xiao Lan. Also you cannot tell the elves or others that it was given to you by Senior Hei, they would bug him endlessly for it. You are lucky that he likes ice elementals that he gave you something that precious.”

”T-Then... Isn’t this block of ice something expensive then?” Nangong Rui asked.

Xue Laira answered, ”It’s priceless.”
