Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

True Elements Society:

The fight is ongoing. The 12 Half-Step Magic Lord Level Puppets have yet to run out of energy.

Old man Caleb, Callen, and the Magic Lord Mont have decided to tire out the puppets so that they can exhaust their energy faster.

In that way, they can also save their mana from consumption.

Meanwhile,

The news of the True Elements Society is known to every major Wizard Organization in the Ancient Redwood Country, including those old Wizard Families, Clans, and other Academies.

They have yet to write off the True Elements Society; they have centuries-old heritage.

They have grown up learning about the True Elements Society’s past, so they don’t dare to attack the True Elements Society at its weakest moment.

But not everyone is like them. The recently formed Wizard Organizations in the Ancient Redwood Country are looking for an opponent to expand and grow.

If the True Elements Society disappears, then they will gain resources as well. However, these forces have yet to make any decisions.

They came to know that the True Elements Society’s current situation is due to internal conflict.

Even if they have the intention of destroying the True Elements Society, they do not know if the current enemy of the True Elements Society would agree to that.

They don’t know that Callen Perry wanted the Perry Family and other Aristocratic Families to take control of the True Elements Society. That was their plan all along.

If these forces went there unknowingly, they would surely be destroyed.

However, there are forces in the Ancient Redwood Country that see an opportunity. These forces are not part of the White Faction; they are a neutral faction involved in illegal business.

Compared to Wizard Organizations that conduct legal business, they are not financially strong. But this time, the illegal wizard groups found an opportunity.

They knew about the True Elements Society’s internal situation as well, particularly that they had been collecting information from everywhere.

They knew good information about all the forces in the Ancient Redwood Country, so the True Elements Society’s internal frictions were quite clear to them.

They knew about the Aristocratic Faction and their ambitions.

Upon seeing that the Perry Family’s former head had 2 Magic Lord Level Helpers, they felt that the destruction of the True Elements Society was evident.

These illegal groups wanted to benefit as well. However, unfortunately, not all of their bosses are powerful wizards.

Some of the small illegal groups have level-9 Wizards as their bosses. Only the medium and large illegal groups have Supreme Wizards and Magic Lord Wizards as their bosses.

Right now, there is one such illegal group whose formal name is Grey Ring.

They are located near the border city. Their hideout is hidden from all sides. It’s a trafficking organization. The boss of this organization is a recently promoted Magic Lord.

He is a skinny old man. Even after his promotion to Magic Lord, he has maintained his old appearance.

The old man’s name is Wizard Marcel. The old man is hearing reports from his subordinates. He is especially keen to know about the True Elements Society’s current situation.

He has dealings with the major families in this country, including some of the families under the True Elements Society. He knows about their internal situation as well.

Upon hearing that the Perry Family is gaining the upper hand, he couldn’t help but smile. He knows that the Perry Family is the spokesperson of the Aristocratic Faction.

Now that he has been promoted to Magic Lord, his Grey Ring Organization’s treasury is empty. It would take a long time for him to get resources through accumulation.

Seeing that the True Elements Society is in such peril, his eyes flash with greed.

“I wonder if they would appreciate my help,” Marcel said with a laugh.

It doesn’t matter whether they want his help or not; he is going to help them. Only by doing this can he demand resources from the Aristocratic Families, especially those who have dealings with his organization.

Swoosh!

The skinny old man then donned his grey magic robe before leaving the place. He then appeared in the sky and started moving toward the True Elements Society with a smile on his face.

While walking, he couldn’t help but speak to himself.

“True Elements Society, wait for your executioner to come!”

“I’m going to take away all of your resources and make my Grey Organization the number one illegal organization in the surrounding countries.”

“He… He… He…” Old Man Marcel is speaking to himself.

Caw!

The next moment, a loud bird cry sounded above his head.

Old man Marcel was startled. He stopped moving and raised his head to look above.

A gigantic bird with enormous wings came into view. A petite young lady was sitting on the back of the bird. Right now, she opened her eyes. She just heard someone mumbling about the True Elements Society.

But his intentions were bad.

Her gaze immediately fell on the old man Marcel. Old man Marcel is a Magic Lord, but right now he is experiencing a sense of terror.

“Impossible!”

“I’m a Magic Lord right now. How can someone pose a threat to me?” Old man Marcel screamed in his heart.

But he didn’t dare to voice it out because that gaze is terrifying him.

Swoosh!

Before he could do anything, he found himself in front of a young lady. The next second, blood drained from his face. His face was etched with horror.

He is looking at the young lady’s gaze, the same terrifying gaze from a second ago. A sense of alarm rose in his heart. Even after being promoted to Magic Lord, he didn’t feel safe.

“Who are you?”

“What do you want?” After great difficulty, the old man Marcel asked.

“Tell me about the True Elements Society. What do you know about it?”

“Especially the current situation,” the young lady asked in a beautiful voice.

But the old man felt terror once again. He was not fooled by her appearance. He started to tell everything about the True Elements Society. He didn’t dare to lie or hide anything.
