Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

In a world of intricate alliances and ancient power, the Super Mega City stands as a beacon of influence, strategically positioned at pivotal locations across the globe.

Governed by the esteemed Mage Union, this sprawling metropolis is a hub of magical activity and political intrigue. Currently, Diana Walter, a high-ranking member of the Mage Union, is engaged in a critical task.

Diana’s role today involves notifying the genius students selected for the Mage Union’s highly coveted special program. This program is not merely an academic opportunity; it is a gateway to power, knowledge, and prestige within the magical world. As Diana meticulously handles her work, a sudden alert captures her attention.

An encrypted device, resting silently on her desk, flashes with a new notification. Intrigued, Diana reaches out and touches the device, causing a glowing blue screen to materialize.

The screen reveals the name of the messenger, but Diana does not rush. Instead, she carefully completes the necessary verification process, ensuring the security of the communication.

With the formalities out of the way, Diana begins to read the intel. The report is concise yet comprehensive, summarizing the status of the selected candidates.

However, as her eyes skim over the details, they halt on one name—Vincent Carey. Her gaze sharpens as she processes the information. According to the report, the situation in the Sand Rock Country, Vincent’s homeland, has undergone a drastic shift since her recent visit.

Diana’s brow furrows in contemplation. Although she had anticipated some changes, the speed and magnitude of this development are unusual.

She knows that individuals chosen by the Mage Union often become central figures in their regions, bringing about significant advancements for their organizations or families. However, this rapid transformation could pose a serious threat, particularly to rival factions within the Sand Rock Country.

The implications are clear. Diana surmises that the sudden surge in power and influence within the Sand Rock Country is likely tied to Vincent’s selection. What astonishes her is the brevity in which these changes have occurred—a mere few days. The gravity of the situation prompts Diana to act swiftly.

She decides to send an immediate notification to the Yellow River Academy, advising that Vincent Carey be transferred to another academy before tensions in the Sand Rock Country escalate further.

Her eyes spark with determination as she scans through additional reports, seeking out details on the institution to which Vincent will be relocated.

With a deft touch, Diana brings up the information on the blue screen, revealing the details of the academy:

[The True Elements Society]

[Level: The Forbidden Wizard Level]

[Country: Ancient Redwood Country]

[Status: Super Large Nation]

Diana delves into the academy’s history, uncovering its illustrious reputation. The True Elements Society is a formidable institution within the Ancient Redwood Country, renowned for its specialization in elemental magic.

Here, wizards study not just the common elements but also the Sub-Taboo and Taboo Elements, pushing the boundaries of magical understanding.

The Mage Union’s recommendation of Vincent Carey to this academy is no coincidence. It is a calculated test—a preparatory challenge before Vincent embarks on the Mage Union’s special program.

The Union doubts that a place as modest as the Sand Rock Country could offer the depth of magical knowledge that Vincent requires. In contrast, the True Elements Society not only educates but also conducts pioneering research on rare and dangerous elements such as darkness, poison, and light.

Moreover, the higher echelons of the True Elements Society are deeply intertwined with the Mage Union itself, their agendas aligned. It can be said that the Mage Union is the force behind the True Elements Society’s influence and success.

As Diana finishes reading the report, she feels reassured. If Vincent Carey can successfully navigate the rigorous training and research opportunities at the True Elements Society, he will be well-prepared for the challenges of the Mage Union’s special program. The academy will refine his elemental mastery, ensuring that when he graduates, he will be a force to be reckoned with in the magical world.

Dean Tower:

The Following Day,

Within the towering spire of the Dean’s Tower, an imposing structure nestled at the heart of the academy, the old dean sat behind a massive, ornate desk.

The chamber was filled with the scent of ancient parchment and burning incense, symbols of the long history and deep wisdom contained within these walls.

Outside, the sky was tinged with the first light of dawn, but the dean had been awake for hours, his mind preoccupied with the growing unrest.

The dean, an elderly man with a long, silver beard and eyes that had seen centuries of magical evolution, was engrossed in reading the latest reports concerning the Capital Mission.

Just the day before, he had dispatched several of the academy’s Elder House Wizards—a group of seasoned and highly skilled practitioners—to deal with a sudden and unexpected threat.

Unknown assailants had begun attacking one of the academy’s most vital resource points, a site critical for the supply of rare magical materials that sustained the academy’s operations.

As he poured over the detailed accounts, the dean felt a measure of relief. The students, under the guidance of their professors, had managed to successfully repel the attackers. Not a single request for reinforcement had been made, a testament to their growing competence and resilience. Yet, the dean’s relief was tempered with caution.

Though the immediate threat seemed contained, the dean could not dismiss the nagging concern that this might be only the beginning. The motives behind the attack remained unclear. Was it the work of rival academies, seeking to weaken their position in this time of tension? Or perhaps it was the hand of foreign powers, aiming to destabilize the region?

The situation was further complicated by the tense atmosphere at the borders. Across the land, everyone’s attention was fixated on halting the infiltrators—shadowy figures who sought to breach the nation”s defenses under the cover of night. This border crisis had spread resources thin, and the dean knew that his options were limited.

His thoughts returned to the challenge of how to respond. Sending more powerful wizards—those of Level 9 and above—was out of the question. The dean understood the delicate balance of their magic.
