Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

From MC’s Perspective:

After stepping into the grand hall, I sank into the plush sofa, the weight of the day’s events pressing down on me. I pulled out my phone and began browsing the latest news. As the headlines flashed across the screen, a chill ran down my spine, and my pupils narrowed involuntarily.

[Royal Force Hall Academy’s Backstabbing Revealed?]

[Weapon Palace Academy: Another Mole Uncovered]

[White Faction vs. Black Faction: The Tensions Escalate]

[Whereabouts of the Dark League Leaked?]

Each headline hit me like a blow. I stared at the screen, my heart pounding in disbelief. I had always known that there was something sinister brewing within those two academies, but seeing it exposed so publicly was something else entirely.

This wasn’t just a scandal; it was a national crisis in the making. The revelation of such treachery had the potential to destabilize our country.

A wave of unease washed over me. Why was I feeling this way? I shook my head, trying to dispel the growing sense of dread. I had already made up my mind to leave the academy soon. Yet, despite my resolve, I couldn’t shake the fear that these revelations would have far-reaching consequences.

If the Magic Lords couldn’t contain this situation, the very foundation of the three great academies could be under threat. And I knew all too well that Meteor Country, our ever-watchful adversary, would be poised to exploit this chaos to their advantage.

With a heavy heart, I continued to scroll through the news, reading more articles that only deepened my concern.

Then, a new notification caught my eye—this time from the academy’s official social media account. Curiosity piqued, I tapped on it, and what I saw made my blood run cold. The academy had just released a slew of high-priority missions, each with exorbitant rewards.

Gasp!

A sharp intake of breath escaped me as I pieced it together. The academy was mobilizing its forces to secure the borders. They were preparing for the worst—the turmoil within our own country might be the perfect cover for foreign infiltration.

And if our academy was taking such drastic measures, it was only a matter of time before the other two would follow suit, dispatching their wizard students to fortify their own borders.

Time slipped away as I mulled over the situation. The hours passed in a blur until I finally decided to leave the hall and head to the library.

As I approached, I noticed that the atmosphere had changed—tighter security, stricter rules. The library, once a sanctuary of knowledge, had become a fortress.

When I entered, my eyes were drawn to the familiar figure of the old man who had caught me after that incident. He was the guardian of the library, and his presence was impossible to ignore.

My arrival hadn’t gone unnoticed either. I could feel the eyes of other students on me as I cast a glance around the study space before logging in. The room buzzed with whispered conversations, students stealing nervous glances at the guardian, fearful of incurring his wrath.

I made my way to the back, picking out a section filled with travel notes written by alumni. Many of these wizards had journeyed to the far corners of the world, documenting their experiences in lands I’d only ever read about.

I selected a few volumes and settled into a chair, eager to immerse myself in their tales of the Super Large Nations. I knew about the Ancient Redwood Country, one of the most powerful of these nations, but I was hungry for more knowledge about the others.

Meanwhile, the whispers among the students grew louder. The tension in the air was palpable. I overheard fragments of conversations—news had spread that the Weapon Palace Academy and the Royal Force Hall Academy had begun deploying their students on urgent missions to the borders.

The leaked information had rocked them to their core. No one had expected the Meteor Supreme to expose their dark dealings, least of all with credible evidence.

If it had been mere rumors, the academies might have weathered the storm, but with proof in hand, the truth was undeniable.

The leadership of these academies was desperate, hoping to contain the fallout and prevent outside organizations from meddling further. Their plans to eliminate Vincent Carey had backfired spectacularly, dragging them into a disaster of their own making.

…

Dean Tower:

Within the imposing walls of Dean Tower, the old man who had guided the academy through countless crises now faced one of his most daunting challenges yet. The leaked news had set off a chain reaction, and the situation at the borders was spiraling out of control.

The government was on high alert, desperate to prevent any outsiders from slipping into the country amidst the chaos. Their greatest fear was that in the midst of this turmoil, evil wizards might find a way to infiltrate the borders, using the confusion as a cover for their nefarious plans.

The dean understood the gravity of the situation all too well. Even a small group of these malevolent wizards could wreak havoc if left unchecked. In just a few years, they could establish a terrifying dark organization, one that could challenge the very stability of the nation.

The country already struggled under the shadow of the Dark League, a plague that had festered for too long. The last thing anyone wanted was the emergence of another Evil Faction within the nation’s borders.

The dean knew that cooperation with the government was not just necessary—it was imperative. He would have to mobilize the academy’s resources, working in tandem with the government to strengthen the defenses at the borders and root out any potential threats.

Meanwhile, in the shadows, the Magic Lords of the Dark League were making their move. Sensing an opportunity in the midst of the upheaval, they began quietly slipping out of the country, intent on escaping before the full force of the academy and government could turn their attention toward them.

Their goal was simple: to use the current turmoil as a smokescreen, masking their departure so that no other organizations would be alerted to their plans.

As the dean stood by the large windows of his office, gazing out at the stormy horizon, he could feel the weight of the decisions he would have to make in the coming days.

The fate of the academy—and possibly the entire country—hung in the balance. If he failed to act swiftly and decisively, the consequences could be catastrophic. The dean clenched his fists, resolving to do whatever was necessary to protect his academy and his country from the growing darkness.

Your journey continues on empire

Once the Dark Magic Lords made their departure, the remaining elders of the Dark League knew their window of escape had widened.

With their most powerful members paving the way, it would not be difficult for the rest to slip away, one by one, before the net could tighten around them. They moved swiftly and silently, leaving behind a trail that would grow cold before the authorities could catch up.

Meanwhile, the eyes of neighboring nations were fixed intently on the unfolding drama within Sand Rock Country. Tolu Country and Meteor Country, in particular, watched with bated breath.

The turmoil presented a rare opportunity, and both nations had already dispatched their elite operatives to probe the borders of Sand Rock Country, testing for weaknesses. Like predators circling a wounded prey, they were eager to exploit any vulnerabilities.

Expansion of territory was always on their minds, and if Sand Rock Country showed the slightest sign of faltering, these nations would be ready to pounce.

As time ticked by, the tension at the borders reached a fever pitch. Infiltrators from Tolu and Meteor Countries, emboldened by the chaos, made their move.

Under the cover of night, they attempted to breach the borders, hoping to slip through unnoticed. But what awaited them was far from the easy entry they had anticipated.

The Sand Rock Government had been preparing for this very scenario. Anticipating the aggressive maneuvers of their neighbors, they had taken swift and decisive action.

The Academy’s wizard students had been dispatched to the frontlines without delay, bolstering the border defenses with their formidable magical prowess.

When the infiltrators made their move, they were met with fierce resistance. From every direction, the borders were lit up with the blazing light of magical attacks, cutting down the invaders with ruthless efficiency.

The government had been one step ahead, their forces lying in wait. The students, though young, fought with the resolve of seasoned warriors, turning back the intruders and thwarting their attempts to destabilize the nation.

In the span of just a few hours, the tide had turned. What had seemed like an impending disaster had become a testament to the strength and unity of Sand Rock Country.

The quick response of the academy and the unyielding defense of the borders had sent a clear message to the neighboring countries: Sand Rock would not be so easily undermined. The infiltrators had failed, and with them, the hopes of Tolu and Meteor to capitalize on Sand Rock’s internal strife.
