Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

From MC’s Perspective:

After noticing the constant noise coming from the outside. I don’t think it’s a good idea to go outside right now. Since my meeting with Carolina and others was scheduled for evening.

In my view, it’s better to read books here until the time of the meeting. I stumbled upon a geography book and began to read it.

Time passed,

The area outside the library was jam-packed. The free study spaces are also occupied by wizard students in the library.

There are only a few private study spaces where they cannot enter randomly.

After an hour has passed, the students are becoming impatient. Some people felt that Vincent Carey would spend the night inside the library.

Those who were impatient left the library with frustration on their faces. There are those who choose to wait and observe. Gradually, the students began to leave as time progressed.

The area became less crowded.

At 5 p.m,

A lot of books are on the table. I have read a few of them. After checking the time, I decided to leave.

I stood up and returned the travel notes and other books to the book rack before exiting the section.

Gasp!

A shrill cry was heard in front of me.

There are still wizard students outside, waiting to see me. I suppose the crowd has decreased since the morning.

I noticed a number of students looking at me. Each of them holds a book in their hands. They seemed surprised and excited for some reason. I feel like a celebrity.

I quickly managed to control my facial expression. Then I started walking back towards the exit. A few wizard students attempted to block the path. However, I am not sure when an old teacher appeared to keep order.

After seeing him, the students became quieter. They understand that causing a disturbance inside the library is punishable. So those who were blocking the path immediately gave way.

I looked at the old teacher and nodded. Then I approached the monitor screen and scanned my ID to log out.

After that, I left without looking at anyone.

The next second, the students begin to leave one by one.

Around a few minutes later,

I arrived at the Sub-Taboo Hall. However, there was a large crowd in front of the Sub-Taboo Hall.

“Hey, he is here!”

“Vincent Carey is back.”

“It is a good thing we waited here instead of the library.”

“Shall we speak with him?”

“Bloodline Hall has a bad relationship with him.”

“No way, I guess someone from other halls will challenge him.”

The wizard students communicated with one another. Some have gathered here to see Vincent Carey. Others are here solely for fun.

They wanted to see the drama. They are aware that Vincent Carey is a controversial figure. The Wizard Students were always at odds with him.

On the other hand, a glint of displeasure appears in my eyes. The front door was blocked. So I could not scan my ID to gain entry.

Then I turned around to see that the path behind me was also blocked by other students. There is a way to handle it. Which is meant to scare them.

I believe it is time to use some coercion to scatter them away.

Boom!

A small amount of mana coercion emanated from my body. The coercion spreads instantly before it reaches the students who are blocking the path.

Argh!

The level-5 Wizards from various Wizard Halls let out a small muffled grunt before collapsing to the floor.

The impact knocked those standing in front to the ground.

Everyone on the ground fell like a deck of cards in an instant. However, one of the wizard students appears to be standing motionless.

My eyes narrowed when I saw this. I noticed a female student looking at me. Her eyes and hair are both purple. Her clothing also matches her hair color.

But I got a bad feeling right away. Although the coercion is minimal. It is still a level 6 coercion.

Only level-6 Wizards and higher can withstand this. It is impossible for a level-5 Wizard to remain indifferent and not to show even the slightest discomfort.

In contrast, the female wizard is none other than Alicia Park, the level-7 Mind Wizard. She had earlier visited the library. Seeing how crowded it was. She came to this place.

She did not expect Vincent Carey to appear so soon after that. She is now watching Vincent Carey from top to bottom.

She discovered that coercion was too strong for level 5 Wizards to handle. She was therefore surprised in her heart. She wonders if Vincent is a level 6 Wizard.

At the same time, the failed wizard students are whining in agony. Some people are harmed by the coercion. They are not among the top three wizard halls.

As a result, their physique is slightly less muscular.

Meanwhile,

I checked her status through the system. Then I discovered that the person in front of me is from the Elder House. She is a Level 7 Wizard.

“Who is she?” I asked in my heart.

I could not guess her wizard hall. Her awakened magic is unique. I rarely heard about mind magic. But I can guess the strength of the mind magic.

Some of her spells can be cast silently, with no incantation. Her opponent would have no idea whether he was under the spell or not.

Gasp!

“What a scary woman?” I swallowed some saliva.

My back grew cold as I thought about it.

“Will she use it on me?” I asked myself.

However, the system did not detect any malicious intentions. I do not get any positive vibes from her. I guess I will have to check my status panel later to see if there are any magic spell effects.

Alicia Park’s eyes shone once more. She attempted to see through Vincent Carey’s strength. But she can not tell if Vincent Carey is a level-6 Wizard or not.

“Interesting,” she said to herself.

She then steps forward and begins to walk up to him.

On the other hand, a cold sweat forms on my forehead. I gazed into her purple eyes. I have to say that the mind magic power complements her appearance.

She approached and stood in front of me.

“Hello, my name is Alicia Park.”

“Mike told me about you. And he is correct. You are strong. Now that I have seen myself, I see why you won the Wizard Heart Competition.”

“But it is unfortunate you are not from our Taboo Hall,” Alicia said casually.

On the other hand, I am completely shocked. I was not expecting anything from the Taboo wizard hall. She was an actual Taboo Hall member.

The Taboo Hall does not recruit anyone; they only accept rare and talented wizards. Which means the lady in front of me is more powerful than I had anticipated.

Her mind magic must be amazing. I remained silent and stood in the same spot, doing nothing. While some on the ground had already fled.

A few others are looking at us from a distance. When their gaze is drawn to this woman, their eyes become more fearful and curious.

I can understand their feelings.

Alicia Park wrinkled her brow. She discovered that Vincent Carey was not talkative.

She immediately asked, “Are you a level 5 Wizard?”

Hearing that makes my heart skip a beat. I immediately assumed that previous coercion must have given her a hint.

“No,” I responded.

Alicia lowers her brow, but her curiosity remains hidden in her eyes.

“Well, you have piqued my curiosity. I will see you later.” After saying this, Alicia walked past him. She did not consider others.

On the other hand, I felt a massive weight lifted off of my shoulders. I immediately felt relaxed. The other students continue to look at me.

I ignored them and brought up the status panel.

The status panel appeared before me. My gaze fell on the statistics. Then I found the drop in mental and soul power. My heart was chilled. I am sure she did not use any magic spells.

Because the system did not warn me. So why? There are many questions that come to mind. After calming my heart, I decided to go into the Sub-Taboo Hall.
