Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Yellow River Academy:

The Dean was working in his office, as usual. The blue screen, however, appeared unexpectedly. It only happens when someone sends him a report.

The old man lifted his head to look. But when he noticed a familiar name on the screen. He lost his composure.

[Vincent Carey was spotted returning from the Ancient Tribe’s Nation. His next destination would most likely be the Silent Forest.] Continue your adventure at empire

“What is he doing over there?” The old man exclaimed in surprise.

He reads the message again. The information was sent by one of the council elders in charge of intelligence gathering. If he says something, it must be true.

The old man feels a sense of déjà vu. Whenever Vincent Carey becomes the center of attraction. He feels like he is walking over a cliff.

The old man was certain that the message had been received not only by him but also by the other academy.

Most importantly, hostile forces such as the Dark League and another low-key foreign force must have gathered the intel.

Since they know where Vincent Carey is now. They would probably send the killers after him. The Weapon Academy and the Royal Force Hall might also want to get rid of him.

Vincent took first place in the Wizard Heart Competition. They cannot bear his return.

The old man taps his desk before thinking of something. In this situation, he requires the guidance of the elders. Since he obtained information about Vincent Carey. He believes it is the appropriate time to meet the crippled old man.

Swoosh!

He stood up the next second and vanished from the spot.

He then enters the Sub-Taboo Hall’s isolated area. When the old man shows up inside. The crippled old man opened his eyes deep within the isolated space.

Behind him stands a magnificent white building. It is the inheritance palace.

The crippled old man waves his hand to summon the dean. The next moment, the old man Dean appears in front of him.

“You will not appear here without a reason.”

“Was that brat back?” The crippled old man inquired.

The dean replied, “Elder, we received information about Vincent Carey.” After saying that, he displayed the blue screen.

A quick gleam appears in the old man’s eyes. He then simply glanced at the screen. Then he shifted his gaze from the screen to the dean.

He then asked, “Are you certain?”

Dean replied,”The information is authentic. The council elders will not make simple mistakes like this.”

The crippled old man’s heart was moved. He knows the kid is daring. He had accomplished some amazing things. Like making the Adventure Union and the Dark League look foolish.

He had survived several assassination attempts. Including the recent one at the Wizard Heart Competition. After the competition, he expected Brat to avoid Academy and Capital in order to maintain a low profile.

But he did not expect that kid to be spotted in the small nation surrounded by forbidden areas. His presence there indicates that he has crossed the forbidden forest once.

That in itself is an incredible accomplishment. Few council elders had done this when they were younger. His old face was beaming with a smile.

Because powerful wizards, such as Combat Wizards, cannot grow in the greenhouse environment. Even though the academy provides numerous trials for the student’s development. But there is a limit to it.

The risk cannot be compared to the forbidden areas. He was not sure about Vincent Carey’s strength. Because he had repeatedly failed to access Vincent Carey’s strength.

But let us look at the information right now. He believes it is impossible for the level 5 Wizard to survive in the forbidden areas. Forget about dangerous monsters; any random plant monster growing over there can kill level 5 Wizards easily.

He had a sudden realization.

“That kid must have gotten to the next level. This explains everything,” he said in his heart.

When he dropped him off. He hoped Vincent Carey would be safe until the Mage Union’s next notification to the Wizard Heart Competition winner. Instead, the brat seized the opportunity to advance to the next level.

“Elder?” The old man Dean’s voice interrupted his thoughts.

Hearing this, the crippled old man smiled and said, “Looks like that Shadow brat in the Taboo Hall will not be alone.”

The old man dean was dumbfounded. He was quick witted. He quickly understood the meaning behind his words.

“Elder, do you mean Vincent Carey has become a level-6 Wizard?” Dean exclaimed, stunned.

“Harumph,” The crippled old man snorted.

“There is nothing to be surprised about. He added that two other people his age had recently achieved level-6 Wizard,” He added.

Dean sighed and replied, “I know elder. But Vincent’s talent level is low. People are already becoming suspicious. I had concealed the information. However, if other ancestors want to see it, it will be troublesome.”

Hearing that crippled old man, his eyes turned cold. He was aware of this information as well. He, too, had previously expressed doubt. However, he gradually came to believe that Vincent’s talent improvement was due to the Gravity Ancestor’s inheritance.

“I believe it was all due to the ancestor’s inheritance. Vincent is making progress. So if anyone asks you, tell them the same.” The crippled old man spoke.

The Dean nodded his head. He, too, blamed it on the inheritance. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain Vincent’s talent grade.

“Elder, I think I should send someone to accompany him back,” Dean said.

“There is no need.”

“I believe that kid can return safely. I will not leave the academy as long as the Magic Lord does not intervene,” the Crippled old man said.

Sigh!

The Dean sighed. He had come to hear this. If the crippled old man makes a public appearance. It would be difficult to hide the news.

The other two academies will not remain silent then. They had become concerned about the crippled old man’s last appearance.

After some discussion, the dean exited the place.

The crippled old man considered something before murmuring, “That kid can broaden his knowledge as long as he joins the Mage Union. Perhaps he can reach the same level as the neighboring country’s Meteor Wizard.”

Taboo Hall:

Vincent Carey’s appearance has gotten the attention of all the prominent families in the Capital. Mike Curtis was also quick to receive the news.

After hearing the news, he burst out laughing. He believes his boring life is coming to an end. He had wanted a rematch. If Vincent returns to the academy, he will issue a challenge.

At the same time, Alicia Park has received the news as well. She then immediately thought of Mike Curtis. It’s rare for 3 Wizards to advance quicker in the same generation. It’s a very rare event.

Especially the Wizards the True House and Elder House. Each of them has an age gap. But it’s different when it comes to Core House.

Alicia thinks that Mike’s friend has reached level-6 as well. Not only her, even the True House and Council Elders came to the same conclusion.

Vincent Carey accepted Sub-Taboo Hall’s Gravity Inheritance, which is now widely known. So everyone expected the Wizard Heart Competition Winner to reach level 6 in due course.

Even those who questioned Vincent Carey’s magical talent level attributed the reason to the inheritance.

Unknowingly, it had inspired many low-talent wizards to seek out the Ancient relics. Only Ancient Relics or Inheritance have the magical ability to change an inborn talent.

Sub-Taboo Hall:

“Are you kidding me?”

“Why are the rich noble b@stards talking so much about Vincent?” Carolian muttered to herself while sitting on the couch.

She has noticed that rich academy students occasionally look at her since this morning. She is aware that she has done nothing. So she assumed it was related to something else.

She paid attention to others. She realized that everyone was talking about Vincent Carey. She is not sure what is going on.

She came here in desperation to contact Senior Gilbert.

After calling him, she waited for him to arrive.

Not long after,

Gilbert Reese makes an appearance. His expression was also doubtful.

“Senior, did you notice it?” Carolina immediately stood up and asked.

Gilbert smiled politely and stated, “There is a rumor going around. I heard from a noble True House Wizard that Vincent Carey was spotted in a foreign country.”

“So he went to a foreign country to hide. “That is a good thing,” Carolina responded.

Gilbert shook his head before sitting on the sofa.

He said, “You are wrong about this one. The foreign country where he was spotted was not an easy one. That is why everyone believes it is a rumor.”

Carolina understood the meaning behind his words.

She asked, “Senior, do you know anything?”

“Have you heard about the neighboring country surrounded by forbidden zones?” Gilbert asked.

Carolina felt as if a lightning bolt had struck her mind.

She is familiar with some of the countries that surround their homeland. There is only one that matches the description.
