[Serves you right, you’re going to get what you deserve.] Chuckling in his heart, Yu Zi Yu had already made up his mind: He planned to take a trip to the Dark Expanse.

However, he was not planning on an immediate departure.

A few days’ delay would not matter.

After all, the Netherborns relied on the Perfect Natural Formation of the Dark Expanse for protection.

They likely had not even considered fleeing.

It should be noted that currently, Yu Zi Yu was virtually unrivaled across the universe.

Not to mention a single faction; even a united front of multiple Forces would be meaningless.

For these Forces, resistance had become futile.

Their only real option was to go into hiding.

Unlike the Elemental Clan, who had nowhere to hide, the other Forces were difficult to locate. Even Yu Zi Yu could do nothing but wait and watch.

In other words, he was about to play a long game of cat and mouse with these Forces.

He was the cat, and they were the mice.

Thinking this, a slight smile tugged at the corner of Yu Zi Yu’s lips.

To be honest, he rather enjoyed it.

Originally, even though he had reached the Seventh Order, he still had no legitimate reason to go around crushing top-tier Forces.

After all, relying solely on strength to plunder the heritage of other races was… Unjustifiable.

At least doing it openly, it was.

However, these forces had conveniently given him the perfect excuse to act: ‘Obstructing the Path of his Ascension.’

Six words, however, they were more than enough to doom these Forces to eternal ruin.

And for Yu Zi Yu, they gave him the perfect justification to plunder them without restraint.

The Elemental Clan was only the beginning.

The Netherborns would inevitably suffer the same fate.

At this point, revenge was secondary.

What truly piqued Yu Zi Yu’s interest was the heritage of each race.

[Like the Elemental Clan had the Well of Elements, surely, as equally powerful forces, the heritage of other Forces won’t be lacking either! But, now is not the time to dwell on these things.]

Raising his gaze, Yu Zi Yu noticed figures approaching in the distance, one after another.

Yu Zi Yu’s eyes narrowed slightly.

“I guess, it’s time to leave.”

Saying so, he took a step forward, and disappeared into the depths of the starry expanse.

…

Shortly after Yu Zi Yu’s departure, the entire starry expanse was thrown into an uproar.

The sheer power of Yu Zi Yu, the casual annihilation of the Elemental Clan’s core lineage with a wave of his hand, was utterly terrifying beyond belief.

This was not just unbelievable to outsiders; even the Demon Court’s experts could not fathom it, especially considering that in that very place, there had once been a planet floating calmly in space.

However, now, that planet was nowhere to be seen, with only lingering shockwaves rippling across the cosmos as proof of its existence.

…

At the same time, deep within the Angel Clan…

“The Elemental Clan’s acting Patriarch, Ander, has met his end in battle… The entire Fire Element Lineage poured out their every last reserve of strength, yet they still could not even withstand a single strike from the Supreme Lord of the Demon Court…”

As the report echoed, the Angels standing with their wings folded behind him, could not help but gasp in shock.

[The Elemental Clan was not weak. Not much weaker than the Angel Clan, at least. And yet… in just a few breaths, and their core lineage was completely crushed. This…]

The Angels turned pale. Even Seraphim and Archangel Michael, despite being allies, found it difficult to accept this reality.

Then, as if realizing something, Seraphim reminded, “In the distribution of benefits, our Angel Clan should yield 20% more…”

“Yes, Sir.” came the unified response from all Angels.

At this moment, the Demon Court was overwhelmingly powerful.

They absolutely could not afford to provoke them.

Otherwise, the fate of the Elemental Clan today could very well be the fate of the Angel Clan tomorrow.

At this moment, it was not just the Angel Clan, even the Titan Clan felt immensely relieved.

However, compared to these allies, the Demon Court’s enemies, the Netherborns, First Tower of the World, and the Heavenly Court, were far less composed.

Take the Netherborns, for example. They had already convened three consecutive Clan meetings.

“Are you absolutely certain that the Perfect Natural Formation of the Dark Expanse can stop the Supreme Lord of the Demon Court?” Again and again, they asked.

The Elders of the Netherborns, too, repeatedly confirmed, “Absolutely certain.”

Nodding slightly, a Netherborns Elder proficient in Formations spoke with confidence, “This is a Perfect Natural Formation, impervious to any Mortal expert. Even we, with our understanding, spent a full century painstakingly navigating our exit from within. The Supreme Lord of the Demon Court’s power is undeniable, but he lacks the insight of a Formation Master. To breach this from the outside, even for a prodigy, would require centuries, if not more.”

Hearing this, the Netherborns’ experts all breathed sighs of relief.

With this Perfect Natural Formation, they felt much more secure.

At the very least, they would not crumble as easily as the Elemental Clan had.

…

However, what they did not know was that Yu Zi Yu possessed the Holy Sixteen Wings.

Had they known this, they would have been the ones panicking the most.

*Hoooo…* Taking a deep breath in the silent, starry void, Yu Zi Yu summoned the Holy Sixteen Wings.

*Booooom…* The unfurling wings unleashed storms all around, and then, in a flash, Yu Zi Yu vanished, streaking across the Starry Sky.

His speed was exceptionally fast, so fast that even Tier-6s would find it impossible to track his movements.

As for Ling Er, whom he had brought along, she had already been sent to the Nine Realms.

With her there, the Elemental Clan’s homeworld, now housed within Realm of Void, could be properly managed.

After ruling the Demon Court for decades, Ling Er had long become a natural at governance. She could manage an entire great Force effortlessly.

Thus, when it came to organizing the spoils of war, Ling Er was undoubtedly the best choice.

Moreover, now that Yu Zi Yu had emerged from seclusion, it was time for him to step into the spotlight.

As for Empress Ling Er, she would return to the shadows, retreating deep into the Nine Realms to rest and cultivate.

Like light and shadow themselves, the seamless operation of the Demon Court relied on this duality: when one stepped into the light, the other had to remain in the shadows.

And what Yu Zi Yu had not told Ling Er was, he wanted her to have more time to cultivate.

In these past decades, Nine Tails, Golden Monkey, and Lightning Dragon had all become Half-Step Overlord. Whereas Ling Er was still stuck in Late-Stage Tier-5.

This was 99% due to her unwavering dedication, pouring all her heart and Soul into managing the Demon Court.

This in turn had made her neglect her own cultivation.

Everything had pros and cons.

The Demon Court’s current strength and stability would not have been possible without Ling Er. However, in return, she had far less time to cultivate than others…
