“Master, what’s this…” Looking at the towering tree standing in the distance amidst a lightning Hell, growing more and more radiant, not to mention other Mutant Beasts, even Nine Tails looked away with lingering fear.

The sight was terrifying, too terrifying to behold.

Each lightning bolt was so powerful that it would even leave a Tier-2 Mutant Beast heavily injured. Even Nine Tails, who had already stepped into Tier-3, had little confidence in withstanding just a couple of bolts.

Yet now, their Master chose to cultivate within this lightning Hell, and by the looks of it, it was another secluded cultivation.

[This…]

*Haaa…* Taking a deep breath, suppressing the lingering fear in her, Nine Tails turned around and commanded, “From now on, North Canyon is a forbidden zone in Misty Mountains. No Mutant Beast may approach on their own accord.”

“Yes,” responding in unison, the corners of many Mutant Beasts’ eyes twitched.

[If any Mutant Beast dares to approach on its own accord after witnessing this apocalyptic sight, I’m afraid they have already forfeited their lives.]

However, just at that moment, a cry suddenly rang from the crowd of beasts, “Where’s Tenth?”

Hearing this, a hint of urgency appeared on the face of Bull Demon.

“Uh…” Nine Tails was also stupefied, a stunned look on her face.

“You did not forget to bring it out, did you?” Extremely bewildered, Nine Tails swept her gaze at the crowd of Mutant Beasts.

However, she found each and every Mutant Beast hurriedly avoiding her gaze.

Until, Nine Tails’ gaze landed on Old Third–White Tiger.

“Well, Elder Sister, it seems like we forgot to bring Tenth out.” White Tiger awkwardly raised his paw, also dumbfounded at this moment.

Ever since everyone learned that the Wyvern Egg was recognized as Tenth Beast by Master, many Mutant Beasts affectionately called it Little Tenth.

Usually, whenever they drank water from the Spirit Pond, they would often tease it. At this moment, Mutant Beasts dumbfoundedly realized that their Little Tenth was still a giant egg.

Just now, when Nine Tails ordered a retreat, many Mutant Beasts subconsciously forgot that Little Tenth was still an egg and could not run.

“Uh…” Not to mention White Tiger, the rest of the Mutant Beasts were looking at each other. Even Nine Tails’ expression was a bit strange.

“Nothing is going to happen to it, right?” muttering in a somewhat uneasy voice, Nine Tails cast a deep gaze towards North Canyon, which had turned into a lightning Hell.

After a moment, Nine Tails’ gaze became focused, as if she had resolved to do something.

*Boom…* A sea of deep red flames surged as her terrifying Spiritual Energy started rising. However, just as Nine Tails was about to charge into the depths of North Canyon to bring out Little Tenth, laughter rang out in Nine Tails’ mind.

“No need to come, Little Tenth is alright,” interjecting, Yu Zi Yu, who had not yet fully immersed in cultivation watched the giant purplish-black egg in the center of Spirit Pond, greedily absorbing and releasing lightning, with interest.

Unlike before, the outer shell of the Wyvern Egg was now adorned with countless lightning like patterns. At a glance, it appeared as if it was weaved from lightning.

This was the current Little Tenth, who had finished absorbing half of the Lightning Spirit Grass. Now, not only was it staying calmly in the Spirit Pond, but also occasionally emitted a pull, absorbing the lightning from the sky.

Faintly, Yu Zi Yu could feel that the Wyvern Egg was happy and excited. Apparently, absorbing the lightning was tremendously beneficial for it.

“Refining the bloodline with lightning and attempting to transform into a true Dragon?” Pondering, Yu Zi Yu cast a deep glance at the giant purplish-black egg.

Refining with lightning was a very bold act. At first, Yu Zi Yu only attempted to purify the bloodline of the Wyvern Egg a bit, and that was because he possessed the terrifying strength to do so.

As for deeper lightning refinement, Yu Zi Yu did not attempt it. Not because he could not, but because he was afraid. Such an act, even just a slight negligence, could damage the Wyvern Egg’s foundation.

And as an outsider, even if Yu Zi Yu possessed terrifying strength, he had a hard time controlling the degree of strength he could exert. As such, Yu Zi Yu did not dare to attempt a deeper lightning refinement on Little Tenth.

However, now…

Yu Zi Yu stared blankly at the sight before him, a bit surprised.

He really had not expected for Little Tenth to be so bold.

Although baptizing oneself with lightning would be much simpler, for Little Tenth, who had not been born yet, there were still enormous risks involved.

Not to mention the fact that the lightning drawn by Yu Zi Yu was extremely violent.

*Haaa…* Yu Zi Yu exhaled a long, deep breath, feeling a bit helpless. He was uncertain what to do now.

If Little Tenth succeeded, this might be the biggest opportunity in Little Tenth’s life. If Little Tenth failed, it might cease to exist in the world.

It happened to be a significant decision for Little Tenth, and Yu Zi Yu naturally could not make the decision for it.

However, watching the increasingly excited Little Tenth, Yu Zi Yu finally signed in resignation.

Soon after…

*Snap, snap, snap…*

One branch after another snapped as more than twenty drops of rich Life Essence fell into the Spirit Pond in succession.

“Since this is your choice, I won’t obstruct it. Whether you succeed or fail, it’s up to fate. I hope you take care of yourself.” Saying this, Yu Zi Yu withdrew his consciousness back into his body, and began his true cultivation.

As for Little Tenth, Yu Zi Yu had done everything he could; the rest was beyond his help. Even if so much Life Essence was unable to assist Little Tenth in achieving this great opportunity, then Yu Zi Yu could only express deep regret.

However, what Yu Zi Yu was unaware of was that shortly after his consciousness withdrew into his tree body…

*Rooaar, rooaar…* A series of immature Dragon’s roars echoed from the Spirit Pond. Looking towards the source, one would discover that the black shade of the purplish-black Wyvern Egg was gradually fading, leaving only a unique shade of purple. Even the lightning patterns all over it became clearer and more defined.

“Thank…you…Master,” An immature Dragon’s roar with a very clear thought echoed in the air.
