Dragon Monarch System

”My guess is this Pocket Dimension used to be one of the bases of the Organisation. But it has been a while since anyone last came here.” Because from the notes of an Inner member, it was clear that the Organisation constantly moved its base.

”That’s not true!” Hearing her words, he followed her gaze and also looked down, only to find fresh footsteps on the dirt-covered floor.

”Someone did come here not so long ago.”

”Aditya, it’s very possible that as long as the Organisation learned that you had killed their core and inner members, they immediately took measures.”

”Someone came here and took everything that was left.” Athena nodded.

”This means was an active base up until you killed their members and took their storage ring. At that time, to their leader, it was just a matter of time before you came here.” Athena’s words perfectly made sense.

”So I came here late!!” Aditya felt regretful. If only he had taken their storage rings earlier.

”Not really! Given what we know about the Organisation, it’s safe to assume that through their scouts, they must have received the news of their member’s death almost immediately.”

”I have a feeling that the very moment the organisation learned of its member’s death, the next second, someone came here and began clearing everything. So probably within a few hours, everything must have been cleared.”

”So it’s not that you are late. It’s just that they reacted too fast in this situation, and there was nothing that we could do about it.” After all, how would they know what was inside the storage ring? And back then, after killing the organisation members, they were busy heading to a safe place.

”Since we are here, let’s continue exploring.”

”No! Let’s try to understand what’s on the mural.” Athena began walking towards the murals on the wall.

”I refuse to believe that these murals are just for decoration. It must have been drawn for a purpose.”

The beginning of the Mural, or this story, began with four stones.

”What are these stones?” Athena could not tell.

”They look like Pearls.” The same ones that the Organisation members were after and trying to collect.

”It makes sense as to why the Organisation was after the Pearl.”

”And right now, we know that they have two of the pearls. But as for the other two, I guess they are actively hunting for them.”

”Two Pearls?”

Athena realised her mistake and quickly explained.

”Well, back then, our Empire’s treasury also had one of the pearls. It was the Dark Purple Pearl. It was said that long ago, my ancestors found the Pearl. The Ancestors built a weapon that can harness the energy of the pearl.”

”Without the Pearl, my ancestors wouldn’t have been able to establish the Lumina Centauri Empire.”

”Later, the League of Black Tomb targeted our Empire. Within a single day, the entire Empire was destroyed.” Athena’s expression hardened as she told him what happened in the past.

”In a mix of everything, somehow the Dark Purple Pearl disappeared from the treasury. Now I am sure the League of Black Tomb is in possession of the Pearl.”

”There are two more Pearls left. One was in the treasury of the Celestial Dragon Empire.” Athena turned to Aditya and continued.

”When I came out of the Pocket Dimension to meet your parents about the engagement. I had warned them that some mysterious force might try to take the Pearl from them. And now your cousin is the Emperor. I don’t know if the Pearl is in his possession or if the Organisation did something.”

Hearing this, Aditya couldn’t help but worry. He could not help but ask if his cousin was also a member of the Organisation.

Although the possibility that this was true was very disturbing, it could be the truth.

”Alfred and others were also being targeted by members of the Organisation. Why would the organisation try to capture Alfred, Bree, and Mateo if the organisation isn’t working with your cousin? So I am very sure the 3rd Pearl has also fallen under their control.”

”Just one Pearl possesses an immense source of power.”

”The Pearls are so powerful that no cultivator has the strength to harness the power of the Pearls. This is why a special weapon must be built to use its strength.”

”And when my ancestors did build that special weapon, even then, we could not control the strength of the attack. Once released, the Pearl can wipe out an entire Empire within a few seconds.”

”If the Organisation can harness the power of three Pearls, who knows what they can do.”

Aditya felt that the organisation was much more dangerous than he had realised. ”Even by a safe estimate, three Pearls together should have the power to destroy 1/4th of the Main Continent.” Athena simply nodded her head with a grimace.

This was just the safe estimate.

”Then what about the 4th Pearl?” Aditya felt they had to stop the Organisation from at least getting the fourth Pearl.

”I don’t know! What I do know is each Pearl is connected regardless of distance and dimension.”

”So I estimate, with three Pearls in their hands, it wouldn’t be so hard for them to find the location of the 4th pearl.”

Hearing this, Aditya became silent.

’The whole situation is more serious than I thought.’

For a moment, neither of them spoke. Aditya and Athena both fell into deep thoughts.

’Wait a minute! The Organisation was also after the Crown of Seven Seas.’

”How do we know that there are only 4 pearls? What if there are more?” Suddenly, Aditya could not help but ask.

”I don’t know! But according to my ancestors, only four of the Pearls exist.”

”Why would you ask?” Athena could not help but ask him.

”Because, around a year and a half back, the Organisation was after the Crown of Seven Seas.”

Aditya took out a beautiful but also dull-looking crown from his storage ring.

”Two and a half years back, I got this Crown from a tribe of Majins. They have been protecting this Crown for many generations.”

Athena took the Crown from his hand and began looking at it.

[Crown of Seven Seas]

[Low-Grade 5-Star Artifact]

[Description]: - The Crown of Seven Seas is an artifact that is considered a myth. The Crown was lost with the death of the Previous Crimson Dragon King. The Crown was forged by the world’s best and finest blacksmith and Rune Grandmaster. After losing the 7 stones, the Crown of Seven Seas lost its rank and fell from Peak 8-star to low 5-star. The king who holds this crown in his possession will become the unofficial ruler of the world. During wartime, the male birth rate will increase. The Crown can be restored to its former glory as long as the 7 stones that have been lost are found.

After falling to a low 5-Star rank, the Crown lost its most important functions.

[Function 1]: - The Crown of Seven Seas has the power to bless the land. When the land is blessed, the Kingdom’s agriculture will be improved by 50%. The overall food production will be increased by 50%.

[Function 2]: - For a temporary duration, the King can use this crown to increase the power of the soldiers by [10%]. The 2nd function will only last for 5 hours.

[Function 3]: - When the king wears this crown, the fighting power of that King will be increased by [20%]. The cultivation of the owner must be below the 5th order; otherwise, this function won’t work.

[Function 4]: - The owner of this crown can increase the cultivation speed of his loyal subordinates by 50%. The number of people who can receive this benefit will be limited to [10], The subordinate’s cultivation realm must be below 5th-order or the 4th function of this crown won’t work.

[Function 5]: - The crown can increase the power of the King’s generals by [20%]. The subordinate’s cultivation must be below 5th-order, or the 5th function of this crown won’t work.]

Just by touching it, she can sense that this artefact was really powerful.

”How did some mountain Majin Tribe get such a powerful Artefact when the appearance of such a powerful artefact could start a continental war?”

”I asked. The answer I got was that they have been safeguarding this Crown for generations, waiting for the chosen person to appear. And they said I was the man from their Prophecy.”

”And the Dragon is made by the previous Crimson Dragon King.”

”This Crown had 7 stones and was a Peak 8th-star artefact, but fell from rank after losing all the stones.”

”Crimson Dragon King?” Athena was a reader of history as well, but even she had never heard about the Crimson Dragon King before. This part made her frown. Because the appearance of the Crown was proof that the Crimson Dragon King was real and did in fact exist.

”If there was a man who was powerful enough to forge a Peak 8th-star artefact, then this man at his peak must have ruled the entire Main Continent or even the Entire World. Yet, there is not even a single mention of his name in any of the oldest history books or in any ruins of any old Empire.” The entire history of such a great figure cannot just disappear unless someone deliberately erases everything about that man.

”Aditya, we have too many unanswered questions.”

”Let me use my ability on this Crown.”

Aditya was about to ask her to do that. This was the only way that they can have some answers.
