Death… And Me

Chapter 3682: Where Is That?

”As you know, we are not from the Werdlem Empire,” Rean spoke from there. ”To be honest, we ended up here kind of by accident. We truly had no intention of coming at all. That said, do you know if there is a way out for us?”

They had spoken with the Charybdis before and had kind of a plan to get out, although they weren’t entirely sure of the process since the Charybdis told them to come back later. However, this kid seems to be even above those in the Celestial Realm! Could he be the so-called God Realm? The twins didn’t know. It also didn’t matter. What mattered was whether he could bring them out or not. If he could, then forget all the quests and whatever, the twins’ group would definitely leave.

”I can’t,” Victor shook his head with conviction. ”You have to understand that the Werdlem Empire’s bubble is completely different. It is truly separated from the outside. Entering the Werdlem Empire’s Bubble is one thing. It is definitely hard, but not impossible. Your presence here is proof, and we have had other outsiders before. Leaving this place, on the other hand, is much more complicated. You will have to find a way by yourselves, or...”

”Or?” The twins’ group paid attention.

”Triaglia is leaving the Universe, passing the position to Rifindio. If you manage to go to the same place as her in the future, then things will be a lot easier. I won’t comment more about it, though. You will have to figure it out by yourselves.” That was all Victor said.

”Sigh...” Kentucky was helpless. ”Why are all top experts always like that with information. I can’t say this, I can tell you that, find it yourself, bla, bla, bla... Can’t you guys just open your mouths? It’s not like you are going to die if you do so.”

Victor smiled in response. ”That’s the point, I will.”

”Eh?!” Kentucky felt like he had misheard it. ”Did you say you will? How?”

Victor didn’t answer. ”As I said, I can’t comment on it. Alright, let’s forget this. It’s time for your rewards.”

Royer and Elsie got closer. They would also be allowed to hear it.

Victor continued. ”For you to become a Celestial Realm Expert, there is one thing above all: you must have absorbed Celestial Laws. It doesn’t matter when it happened, as long as you got it. However, if you don’t, then the Celestial Realm will forever remain a dream. At most, you can become what we call a Semi-Celestial, but that is a dead end.”

Royer’s expression turned terrible. ”But such a thing...”

Victor nodded, knowing what he was thinking. ”Yes, it is even harder than becoming a Celestial Realm Expert by absorbing the Universe Root Egg. Rifindio’s case, where he got the Celestial Laws of Blood, was truly a rare occasion that even I didn’t expect. My little Demon Plant died because of it. But since he is going to become a Universe Owner, it doesn’t change much.”

”Anyway, anyone wishing to become a Celestial Realm Expert usually goes for the Universe Root Egg. You might not know this, but many Universes were destroyed because of the Root Eggs, not just their Chaos Sources. But, as you can imagine, it has its disadvantages. For example, you won’t be able to cultivate anymore, at least not until you get rid of the Root Egg.”

Rean and Roan looked at each other, their minds entering the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm. ’So we will be stuck at the Celestial Realm, Sister Orb?’

[That I don’t know,] Sister Orb didn’t have an answer. [I mean, I still have my memories blocked, after all. But, to be honest, I don’t think you will have this problem. Your Universe Root Egg, or Control Orb, is different. It is a system in itself, and the way it helps you guys is definitely completely different from how Rifindio’s Root Egg will help him. Last but not least, you already got your Celestial Laws, so you don’t really need the Control Orb for it.]

The twins nodded and turned their attention back to Victor.

”Now, if you don’t have a Universe Root Egg, you can only take the normal path. For that, as I mentioned, Celestial Laws are an absolute necessity. There is no other way around. After you manage to acquire them, you will fuse those Celestial Laws with your Major Laws.”

The twins’ group had already been aware of it up to this point. Once you reach the Peak Stage Divinity Realm and merge your Sublaws into their Specific Major Law, you can fuse the Celestial Laws with them to comprehend the Celestial Laws themselves. That was the first step, and the twins never had a chance to do it as they ’died’ before it. Now, they are approaching that cultivation realm again. What they wanted to know was what they had to do next.𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖

Sure enough, Victor explained the same thing about the necessary cultivation and the fusion of the Celestial Laws with the Major Laws. He even gave examples regarding the Semi-Celestials’ problems, although the twins knew about them already. ”That’s the first part, fusing the Celestial Laws with the Major Laws. The most important one is the next. And I won’t lie, this next part might be both the easiest and the hardest one to achieve.”

”Do you know why it is so hard to use Celestial Laws? So much so that Semi-Celestials even lose their comprehension when they forcefully try to manipulate them? That’s because Celestial Laws aren’t something from this plane.”

”Hum?” Everyone got confused. ”Do you mean, they come from some kind of Dimensional Realm?”

”Well, not far off,” Victor liked that example. ”I would very much like to give you a detailed explanation, but it would go against the rules. What you need to know is that you need to create a connection with this ’other dimension’ where the Celestial Laws originate. There are a few ways of doing it. The Universe Root Egg helps with this part, too. In some rare cases, a Tribulation can also be used.”

Rean, Roan, Kentucky, and Celis bitterly smiled. They experienced a tribulation before. It was during that tribulation that they got their Celestial Laws of Light, Dark, Wood, and Absorption.

However, at that time, they didn’t know they had to use that moment to create a connection with the other plane. No, even if they knew about it, it would have been useless. They didn’t have the necessary cultivation to attempt a breakthrough into the Celestial Realm anyway.

Of course, Victor didn’t stop there. ”You obviously don’t have a Universe Root Egg, nor can you rely on a Tribulation either. For the breakthrough, you will utilize the Celestial Laws that you have absorbed to open and establish that connection. You just have to use it in a place with a fragile barrier between our plane and the Celestial Laws plane.”

”And where is that?” Everyone asked at the same time.

Victor faintly smiled. ”A Great Void Black Hole.”
