Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Making his way deeper inside the noble district following after the young master of the Hollow Thunder Family, Xuan Hao soon came to a stop after the carriage with the young master inside of it entered a large estate.

Narrowing both of his eyes looking towards the estate that the young master had disappeared inside of, Xuan Hao could not help silently cursing to himself after discovering that the formations guarding the estate were more than powerful enough to discover him.

Even if he could still easily break them and forcefully make his way inside the estate, doing so would definitely end up alerting the people inside... And more importantly, the experts of the Hollow Thunder Family!

”Hm?”

Observing the large estate that the young master of the hollow Thunder Family had entered, Xuan Hao’s eyes shone for a short moment as he saw a group of servants entering the estate through a backdoor not too far away from the main entrance that the young master had entered through.

The important thing about these servants was not the fact that they were entering through a backdoor... But instead, the fact that all of them carried a small token with them that allowed them to pass through the formation guarding the estate without triggering its defensive mechanisms.

Whoosh~!

Seeing this, Xuan Hao didn’t waste a single second, as he dashed over and secretly took away one of the servants tokens before entering the large estate through the backdoor.

Although there was indeed someone guarding the back entrance and checking all of the servants, this person was only someone in the Nascent Soul Realm and had no way to discover Xuan Hao after he had used his domain to hide himself.

Bang!

”Ouch-!”

A short time after Xuan Hao had entered the large estate with the stolen token in hand, the little servant girl that he had stolen the token from crashed headfirst into a barrier formed by the formation.

”Huh!? Why did the formation activate- Ah!? Where is my token!?”

Filled with confusion over what happened, the little servant girl quickly realized that her token was missing.

Rustle~

Beginning to look around for the token thinking that she had dropped it on the ground with a panicked expression on her face, the little servant girl suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder.

”Little Yue... Did you forget your token again...?”

Hearing the voice of the guard from behind, the little servant girl called Yue could not help blushing in embarrassment as she turned towards the guard not knowing what to say.

Okay, she might have forgotten her token the past few times, but she could have sworn she had brought it with her today!

”Little Yue... Hah... Don’t worry about it, take this token for now and don’t throw it away!”

”Thank you, uncle guard!”

Feeling even more embarrassment washing over her as the guard gave her a new token thinking that she might have thrown the other one away, the little servant girl could only bow her head and thank the guard before rushing inside the large estate. Not wanting to embarrass herself any further.

”Hah... These new servants still have quite a bit to learn before they can be sent to the main estate...”

Not too bothered about the missing token, the guard just said this to himself before he returned to watching over the back entrance of the estate.

All things considered, the estate he was guarding was not an important place to the Hollow Thunder Family and had no important people staying inside of it outside a few of the family’s young master and ladies from time to time.

With this in mind, the guard was not the slightest bit worried about the missing token of the little servant girl.

...

Unaware of the fact that he had ended up embarrassing a young servant girl after stealing away her token, Xuan Hao began searching through the large estate for the young master of the Hollow Thunder Family without using his divine sense.

All things considered, even if he got his hand on a token that would allow him to move around the large estate without triggering the defensive mechanism of the formations guarding the place, he still did not dare carelessly release his divine sense. After all, he had no idea if there were any Domain Lord Realm Expert present inside the large estate.

If there really was a Domain Lord Realm Expert present, he or she was likely to discover him the moment he used his divine sense. For this reason, Xuan Hao could only search through the large estate room by room until he found the young master of the Hollow Thunder Family that he was searching for-

”Are you sure it’s the seventh young master? As far as I know, the seventh young master should be out adventuring at the moment...”

”Yes, I’m certain! I saw him enter inner garden just a few minutes ago together with the Nascent Soul Realm elder in charge of this estate!”

”Awesome! This should be a good opportunity to enter the main estate! Hehe, I really didn’t expect one of the young masters to show up only a few weeks after we began working for the Hollow Thunder Family...”

”Indeed, this should be a great chance for us to infiltrate the core of the Hollow Thunder Family. Let’s get going and see if we can catch the young master before he leaves!”

Before Xuan Hao even had a chance to start searching through the estate on his own, two servant girls happily talked with each other about their plans to infiltrate the main estate of the Hollow Thunder Family by using the seventh young master without a care in the world.

”...”

Not knowing what to say when he saw these too careless servant girls who were obviously spies from another noble family, Xuan Hao decided not to say anything as he slowly followed them as they made their way through the many corridors of the large estate.

Observing these two servant girls as they walked in front of him, Xuan Hao discovered that both of them had a cultivation base in the later stages of the Nascent Soul Realm that had been hidden by some kind of artifact.

If not for the fact that he had been paying close attention to the two servant girls, it would have been close to impossible for even someone like himself to discover the cultivation base of the two servant girls!

For them to have an artifact that even he had a hard time seeing through... Xuan Hao could not help feeling curious as to where these two spies had come from.

Unfortunately for Xuan Hao, although they did talk a lot about the Hollow Thunder Family and even mentioned that the strength of the elder in charge of the large estate was only someone in the Eighth Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm, they never talked about the power that had sent them to spy on the Hollow Thunder Family.

From the looks of it, even if they were rather careless when walking around by themselves, they still didn’t mention anything that would give away where they were from...

”Shh... Be quiet, we are reaching the inner garden. Even if that elder in charge of this place is only in the Nascent Soul Realm, his senses are far above that of a Nascent Soul Realm Expert. If we are not cautious, he might find out about us!”

As one of the two servant girls said this before coming to a stop, the other quickly stopped talking as she looked towards the glass door not too far away from them the led into a large garden complex.

”Let’s act normally and just say that we were assigned by the old head servant to take care of the young master during his stay here. From what I know, the old head servant won’t be back to work again for another week. During this time, we should be able to win over the young master and have him take us with him into the main estate!”

”Good idea! That little boy stands no chance against us two! Hehe, let’s go!”

Creak~

As the two servant girls confidently made their way into the inner garden putting on the act of perfect servants, Xuan Hao could not help smiling wryly after witnessing the complete change in the two servant girls’ behaviour after they stepped inside the inner garden.

Ignoring the two servant girls as they made their way towards the centre of the garden, Xuan Hao turned his attention towards the two people talking with each other at the centre of the garden.

One of them was the Eighth Stage Nascent Soul Realm Elder that the two servant girls had talked about, while the other was the young master he had been searching for!

”Hm?”

However, after seeing the young master he was looking for, Xuan Hao could not help showing a surprised expression on his face after discovering that the cultivation base of the young master had changed from the earlier stages of the Foundation Establishment Realm to the Core Formation Realm!
