Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Fwoosh-!

Facing the powerful attack that was heading towards him, Xuan Hao had no way to dodge and could only fully manifest his domain around himself to block it-

Bang!

Not even a second after Xuan Hao’s domain spread out and enveloped his surroundings, did the attack clash with the edge of his domain before slowly pushing its way through it towards Xuan Hao located at the centre of the domain.

”Hmph!”

Feeling the attack forcefully push its way towards him while cutting into his domain, Xuan Hao could not help narrowing his eyes as he utilized the power of his domain to gather together and crush the power heading towards from all directions-

Boom!

As the full power of Xuan Hao’s domain gathered on the attack before pressing down on it from all sides, Xuan Hao could not help narrowing his eyes as he felt the terrifying power contained inside the attack fighting back against his domain.

BOOOM-!

Even if he managed to forcibly destroy the attack before it reached him, Xuan Hao was not the slightest bit happy with this outcome. After all, there was no way the attack just now had been the strongest attack from the other party… But even then, he had still ended up in such a difficult situation trying to block the attack!

The difference between the Soul Ascension Realm and the Domain Lord Realm is really not easy to cross… Even if I can fight against someone in the Soul Ascension Realm with the help of my domain, I will be put at a clear disadvantage when fighting against someone in the Soul Ascension Realm…

Thinking this to himself as he looked in the direction that the attack had come from, Xuan Hao could not help frowning as he managed to get a better understanding of his current strength after the short clash.

Although his current strength was more than enough for him to fight against someone in the Soul Ascension Realm, Xuan Hao understood that he was still lacking when compared to the Domain Lords he had seen through the ancient book in the Thousand Wind Palace.

Let alone fighting equally with Soul Ascension Realm Experts, a few of those powerful Domain Lords could even fight multiple Soul Ascension Realm Experts at once and come out ahead!

In a sense, his current realm was still lacking a lot when compared to those Ancient Domain Lords…

Whoosh~!

Whoosh~!

Whoosh~!

Momentarily feeling his thoughts wander after having dealt with the powerful attack throw at him, Xuan Hao was brought back to his current situation by the terrifying presence of the experts in the distance all charging towards his current location. This time around, he could even feel a distinct killing intent from one of the people charging over!

Not good!

Whoosh-!

Understanding that it would not be a good idea to stay around and wait for the people chasing after him to catch up, Xuan Hao didn’t waste any time as he rushed towards the direction of the strange light in the distance.

Although he was not certain where the light was coming from, he could at least be certain that it was something important from what he had heard the person with very clear killing intent towards him scream.

…

Rushing towards the light for what felt like an eternity as he constantly had to avoid the attacks of the people chasing after him, Xuan Hao could not help showing an expression of surprise after reaching the origin of the bright light that had pierced through the thick miasma of the Great Poison Swamp.

”A disc… No, a portal!?” Exclaiming in surprise as he saw large disc made of light, Xuan Hao did not take long to realize that the thing in front of him was not a disc of light, but was instead a portal leading to somewhere unknown.

To stay and fight or enter the unknown portal…

Stopping for only a short moment as he contemplated his options of staying to fight an almost certain losing battle or get a chance to leave without entering a life and death battle with a group of unknown Soul Ascension Realm Experts, Xuan Hao did not hesitate to enter the disc shaped portal made up of light-

SWISH-!

However, just as he was about to step through the portal, a spear of dark blue light more than a hundred meters in length exploded forth with all its might only a short distance away from him.

”This-!?”

Seeing the massive dark blue spear erupt with a power that had already surpassed the normal level of a Soul Ascension Realm Expert, Xuan Hao could not help feeling a shiver run down his spine as the dark spear easily managed to pierce through the outer layer of his domain before heading towards him at a speed far surpassing that of the earlier attack.

Even if the speed of the spear condensed from a dark blue light still had to go through his domain to reach him, Xuan Hao understood very well that there was no way for him to prevent it from reaching him. The power of the spear had far exceeded anything he could deal with and couldn’t be compared to the power of the Soul Ascension Realm Experts he had faced so far.

From the strength of the attack, it was obvious that it did not originate from any of the people chasing after him… But instead an artifact that had been able to store the attack of a powerful expert that had surpassed the first level of the Soul Ascension Realm!

Crack~!

Feeling his domain starting to show sign of breaking as the spear continued heading towards, Xuan Hao quickly moved back towards the disc shaped portal of light. Understanding very well that there would be no other way for him to avoid the spear-

Swish~!

Just before the spear reached him, Xuan Hao could not help letting out a sigh of relief inside his head as he managed to step through the disc shaped portal of light before feeling a strange power engulf him and twist the space around him.

At this moment, Xuan Hao realized that the disc shaped portal was not a portal but the disc of light was instead some kind of ancient teleportation artifact. Meaning… It would take some time before he would be able to escape from his current precarious situation!

”DAMNIT! EXPLODE!”

Because of this, just before he was teleported away, a loud roar filled with killing intent echoed out in his ears followed by the massive spear made up of dark blue light still a short distance away from him suddenly condensing into a small ball of extremely concentrated energy.

The short moment that it would take for the ancient teleportation artifact to activate, had obviously ended up giving his opponent a bit more time!

”Not go-”

BOOOOOOOM-!

Not even managing to say anything more, Xuan Hao suddenly saw the small ball dark blue ball of light that contained all the energy of the massive spear explode-

Ptsh!

Even trying to block the powerful energy with his domain, Xuan Hao could barely hold on for a second before his domain was pushed back. Injuring his soul in the process.

Not only that, but the power that was in the process of teleporting him was also affected to some degree as the space around the ancient teleportation artifact was messed up by the explosion. Even the strange power in the miasma that covered the Great Poison Swamp had momentarily been pushed back by the terrifying explosion!

Riiiiip~!

Feeling the space getting torn apart by the strange power inside the ancient teleportation artifact, Xuan Hao could not help praying that the location he appeared would not be too affected by the scrambling of space that had occurred around the disc of light.

Swish~!

However, at the end of the day, Xuan Hao did not have much of a choice, as he let himself get sucked into the tear in space created by the ancient teleportation artifact without any resistance.

Knowing very well that staying behind would be the same as certain death. Especially considering that at least of the Soul Ascension Realm Experts had gone all out to kill him before he could escape through the ancient teleportation artifact…

”NOOOOO-!”

Hearing the now familiar roar filled with killing intent just before he was sucked into the tear in space created by the ancient teleportation artifact, Xuan Hao could not help smiling to himself as he made sure to remember the presence of the owner of the voice. Wanting to make sure that he could repay him for all the care he had shown him just now…

At the same time, Xuan Hao also prepared himself to possible have to fight for his life on the other side of the tear in space that he had been sucked inside of. After all, the space had been messed up quite a lot by the explosion and it was almost certain that he would not end up in the location that the ancient teleportation artifact had intended to send him!
