Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 207: Chapter 206:Dante vs The king(1)

:-

A technique born from the fusion of the Law of Fire (50%), the Law of Soul (67%), and the Nameless Halberd Arts.

Abilities:-

• Hellish Forge:-

A conceptual fire domain that manifests elemental weapons forged from law-flames.

These weapons can be shaped and commanded at will.

They do not simply deal damage:

-They burn and erase regeneration.

-They disrupt and nullify active abilities.

-They destabilize fragmented or incomplete laws.

-They forcibly ”burn out” anything below their conceptual level.

Anything beneath Supreme-level resistance is progressively shut down until it fails.

• Hellish Soul Scape:-

A soul-based domain formed from the Law of Soul.

It directly targets existence itself:

-Damages the soul structure.

-Breaks identity continuity.

-Disrupts memory and self-stability.

-Prevents meaningful regeneration or reform.

Even if the body persists, the ”self” cannot remain intact.

...

The Purgatory series.

A series of techniques I had created to ensure I inflicted as much pain as possible on my enemies.

The hellish forge, when cast, turned the world into an ungodly domain of fire, a forge of flames that burned with wrathful intensity,.

The world became my forge of torment, and I. I became a blacksmith of pain.

So when I said the words.

”Purgatory Series..”

The world stilled.

Waiting, anticipating, and then.

”Hellish Forge....”

Fwoooooshhhhhhh...

A wave of dark golden flames burst outwards as they engulfed the entirety of the remaining half of the city, turning it into a hellish domain of heat and pure suffering.

TSS.. TSS... Fwoooshhhh!!!!

My hair stood, floating upwards as sparks lit up around it, instantly igniting it in a wave of floating gold flames, flames that traveled from my head towards my outstretched arm, engulfing Elira in their blazing intensity as her blades lit up in scorching hot flames.

The flames didn’t relent as they tracked toward my lower body, burning up every piece of fabric I had on as my top became bare, my lower half vanishing in a raging fire.

By the time the transformation ended, I had become something less... human.

I had become fire itself.

The rage, the intensity, the desire to set everything aflame, it all came crashing down on me with no warning.

The feeling wasn’t unlike my Void-tempest form from earlier, only this time, I wasn’t feeling emotionless, no, it was the opposite.

I looked up, my eyes having become twin pools of liquid magma as they bore through the opponent standing before me, a wild grin on his face..

”MARVELOUS!!! What a spectacular sight!! Come, let us see who shall stand supreme!” The creature laughed, as we both moved...

I had already gotten used to instantaneous movements before this, but the moment I moved, it felt like distance was burnt out of context as my form materialized right where I wanted, arm swinging downward in a devastating arc, yet the creature matched me, its figure materialized right at the same time as it swung its bare fist toward the descending blade...

BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!

A shockwave blasted outwards from the point of collision as my weapon collided with.. fractured reality.

Yes! The creature’s attack had fractured reality to intercept my blow..

”Hahahahahahaha... before me, all shall eventually COLLAPSE!” The crack in reality churned inward as it devoured the raging flames burning across Elira’s blade, ”now, what will yo..”

”EXPLODE..”

BOOMMMMM!!!!!!

The closing fracture immediately blew up, flames spewing out from the cracks as they sent the figure of the creature flying backwards.

I had no time for monologues, all I wanted was to inflict pain...

”HAHAHAHHAHA!!! Yes!! Yes!! More!!!!” My figure manifested before the laughing creature, another devastating swing cleaving downward.

”QUAKE FIST!” A punch was what greeted the attack mid air, the collision shaking the entire hellish landscape, another crack in reality forming to intercept my attack.

But before the creature could begin another monologue..

BOOOM!!!!

I’d commanded the flames to explode once again, giving chase as the figure of the King was sent flying.

The moment I got in range, I thrusted Elira toward, her shaft elongated as her form pierced clean through the creature, taking its arm clean off...

ARRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

A scream of pain finally tore out the creature’s throat as hellish immolation flames licked up the wound, preventing any form of healing...

”IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Why!? Why am I not recovering???” The creature roared in rage as it stood up shakily.

Bang!!

Crack!!

Only for my foot to connect solidly with its head, successfully caving in its skull as its figure was launched flying once more, but this time, I didn’t give chase.

I stood, watching, flames licking up my hair, as my ”eyes” remained locked on the figure struggling to get up..

”Ho..how??” For the first time since encountering this thing, it was no longer acting indifferent or happy, no! There was now genuine caution on its face.

”Good.”

”You... YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT!”

Riiiiiiiipppppp!!!!!

Giving out a threat, the creature ripped out half its body that had been infected with flames, organs and muscles twitching grotesquely as the torn part regenerated itself..

”You. Will. Pay.”

”We shall see.”

Once again, both of us moved as I swung the halberd once more, this time, encountering zero resistance, no air splitting, no nothing.

It wasn’t that my attacks were that fast they’d ignored the wind, no, it was that the atmosphere had nullified resistance to my attack, so now, my strike landed with not an ounce of resistance...

Schlickkk!!!!

The sound of flesh ripping resounded through the hellish landscape as the creature let out another loud bellow of pain...

”BARRAGE!”

I pointed the butt end of Elira at the creature as I gave the command.

An assortment of flaming weapons, swords, axes, maces, bow and arrows, knives, many many, weapons were immediately conjured by the surrounding flames as they launched towards the screaming creature in flaming fury..

Boom!!!

Boom!!!

Boom!!!

Each hit landed like a missile, and with subtly manipulating things, each strike landed like an already forgone conclusion, not one missed...

RAWWWWRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

The agonized screams of the creature resounded nonstop as it suffered a pain unlike any other.

Each strike of a flaming weapondidn’t just damage the physical, it chipped away at pieces of your soul as well, your being, your everything.

So what the creature was currently feeling, it surpassed mere physical torture, hence when I commanded the barrage to seize, I was not at all surprised by the sight before me..

There, within a crater, lay the panting disfigured form of the creature, its entire form having been destroyed by the unforgiving barrage from earlier, its breath cam slow, ragged, almost as if it could perish at any moment, but I knew better.

This thing was supposed to be the best of them all, so it shouldn’t die so easily, and truthful enough...

ROOOOOOOOARRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

The creature roared as an abysmal aura radiated off of its figure, the atmosphere around it shattered instantly, collapsing in on itself as its structural integrity was instantly compromised.

A scream of pain tearing through me as I felt the damage the atmosphere had suffered from that single act..

”WONDERFUL.. truly Magnificent! To have forced me to this state.” The creature stood, its form twisting, changing, growing, until it stood as an 8 foot tall goat headed creature, his presence causing utter ruin to everything around him, as the atmosphere increasingly destabilized from his sheer presence..

”To have pushed me to this state, I shall grant you the honor of witnessing my true greatness!” Spreading its arms wide, the twisted creature declared proudly..

Silence.

I merely watched the creature posture, not a word coming out of me.

My mind trying to pacify the whining atmosphere, until finally,

”We shall see.”

The battle was about to escalate into another stage, but the plan hadn’t changed.

Beat this thing down.

Break its spirit.

Devour it as appeasement.

That’s all it is..

”Now. Come.”
