Chapter 235: Deadly Poison Gem, Deadly Poison Crystal

The skeleton mages had the weakest constitution, and the Earth Dragon God’s Sweep skill could kill several of them at once.

The skeleton mages scattered, expanding their range to prevent the Earth Dragon God from having opportunities for group kills.

Under the curse, the Earth Dragon God’s speed was reduced too much, taking a long time to catch even one.

The skeleton warriors rushed over to climb onto its back, hacking away with their blades.

Though the damage was small, it still caused some harm.

The entire battle turned into a war of attrition, with chasing and fleeing.

Lin Moyu continuously used Soul Flame, each time making the Earth Dragon God scream in agony.

Soul damage was too painful. Whether human, monster or demon, none could endure it.

The poison mist persisted, but faced with the Lich Generals’ healing spells, it might as well not exist.

The Earth Dragon God suddenly turned, raising its body high. Its over 100-meter huge body was like a tall mountain.

It targeted a Lich General, pouncing down with glowing front legs.

Skill: Slice!

With a huge bang, the Lich General was sent flying.

Hit by the skill attack, it was severely injured.

Immediately, healing spells lit up on its body.

The other nine Lich Generals healed it simultaneously.

It was almost instantly cured.

The Earth Dragon God’s skills couldn’t one-shot the Lich Generals.

As long as they weren’t killed instantly, they could be saved.

Lin Moyu replenished a skeleton for each one killed, seeming inexhaustible.

The Earth Dragon God kept using skills, one-shotting skeleton warriors one after another, constantly chasing after the skeleton mages.

It ran east and west, its efficiency getting lower and lower.

Lin Moyu had also gotten used to its attack rhythm.

Later when it was about to catch a skeleton mage, Lin Moyu would have the Lich Generals recall the skeleton mage, making it pounce on empty air.

After several such instances, the Earth Dragon God stopped attacking the skeleton mages and started dealing with the skeleton warriors.

At this point Lin Moyu recalled the skeleton warriors too, leaving only those on the Earth Dragon God’s back.

The Earth Dragon God could run too fast. Though there were many skeleton warriors on the ground, very few could actually attack it.

It was better to recall them, leaving only the truly useful ones.

In fact, once the poison mist lost its proper effect, its death was already certain.

It was just that its constitution was too strong, its defense too high, requiring time to wear down.

Lin Moyu stood in the center of the battlefield, continuously using Soul Flame.

With the skeletons gone, the Earth Dragon God again focused its attention on Lin Moyu.

This guy was too hateful, standing there motionless yet always able to harm it.

The Earth Dragon God had low intelligence. Lin Moyu again became a thorn in its eye.

It launched another fierce attack at Lin Moyu.

But it didn’t notice that the previously recalled skeleton warriors were being released one by one.

These skeleton warriors nimbly leapt onto its back.

The Earth Dragon God was too big. The skeleton warriors were too small in comparison.

After jumping on, it didn’t even feel them.

Finally, its back was again covered with skeleton warriors.

The second round of skill explosions was also ready.

This scene was extremely similar to the one from over ten minutes ago.

The Slow Curse instantly changed to Damage Curse.

Skill: Bone Spikes!

Skill: Berserk Strike!

Lin Moyu and the skeleton warriors’ skills erupted simultaneously.

This time, Lin Moyu’s skills exploded even more fiercely.

At least three Bone Spikes every second.

Under the Damage Curse, the Earth Dragon God’s defense was broken again.

The skeleton warriors’ skills, the skeleton mages’ focused attacks, and Lin Moyu’s Bone Spikes all dealt huge damage to it.

Especially Lin Moyu’s Bone Spikes.

At least 10 waves erupted within 3 seconds.

The Earth Dragon God’s skin split open, blood spraying into the sky.

Green blood fell to the ground, corroding the earth.

It ran around frantically, using Slice, Sweep, spewing more poison mist.

But in Lin Moyu’s eyes, this was already its final struggle.

By now, its strength was much weaker than before.

Its attacks were no longer as powerful.

At one point, even a Slice couldn’t one-shot a skeleton warrior.

Its strength grew weaker and weaker, its cries fainter and fainter.

After a few more minutes, the Earth Dragon God was on the brink of death.

Suddenly, it began frantically digging into the ground.

The earth, corroded by the poison mist, had become soft like tofu over a large area.

In the blink of an eye, its head had burrowed into the ground.

Lin Moyu quickly reacted – this thing was trying to escape!

“Dream on!”

With a thought, the skeleton warriors grabbed it, pulling it back.

The Damage Curse changed back to Slow Curse, buying time.

Over a thousand skeletons grabbed the Earth Dragon God’s insect legs, forcibly dragging it back up from underground.

“Why do high-level BOSSes all like to run away?”

The Soul Devourer Worm King was like this, and now the Earth Dragon God too.

He still preferred dungeon BOSSes, fighting to the death without retreating. It saved him effort and the opponent died cleanly.

If he let it burrow underground, it would be hard to catch again.

From the start of the battle until now, nearly 20 minutes had passed.

Letting it escape now would be too frustrating to even think about.

The Earth Dragon God struggled unwillingly, but its strength was no longer great enough.

Over two thousand skeleton warriors, half grabbing its insect legs, the other half pressing down on its back.

The attacks continued non-stop.

Lin Moyu walked in front of it, pointing his finger at its head.

“Die!”

He said softly, changing the curse.

The final round of attacks erupted.

Bone Spikes, Berserk Strike, mage focused fire.

Though it was hard work, seeing these rewards made it feel worth it.

Not counting the three nearly top-tier platinum equipment pieces, the Deadly Poison Gem alone was priceless.

Permanently reducing poison elemental damage by 50%, combined with his Elemental Resistance passive skill,

The final poison elemental damage received would be reduced by a full 8 times.

If he was lucky and gained a poison elemental skill… that would be a huge windfall.

Holding the Deadly Poison Crystal, a dark green gem seemingly with liquid flowing inside, beautiful enough to make one’s heart tremble.

Lin Moyu hadn’t expected to obtain an elemental crystal here.

Only now did he realize that elemental crystals didn’t necessarily have to be obtained through dungeons.

It was possible to get elemental crystals from world BOSSes.

“Teacher definitely hasn’t killed an Earth Dragon God before, otherwise he would have told me.”

Bai Yiyuan had never mentioned the Earth Dragon God to Lin Moyu, otherwise he would certainly have given some warning.

The Eternal Battlefield was too vast, with numerous world-class BOSSes.

Even after spending many years here, it wasn’t possible to encounter every BOSS.

With the Earth Dragon God’s death, the poison mist gradually dissipated.

Ling Yizhan and the others saw Lin Moyu standing on the ground.

Before Lin Moyu was the Earth Dragon God’s enormous body.

Lin Moyu lowered his head, completely unharmed.

At this moment, Lin Moyu gave Ling Yizhan and the others a completely different feeling.

Lin Moyu seemed like a towering giant, standing on the world BOSS’s corpse, looking down on heaven and earth.

“He really did it.”

“Too strong. Soloing the Earth Dragon God, probably no one else could do it.”

“At least I’ve never seen it before.”

The isolated space that had been cut off gradually disappeared.

They again saw the strange and eerie light of the Eternal Battlefield.

The light in the Eternal Battlefield’s sky was changing.

This time Lin Moyu saw the change, and also saw the succubus Alice hovering in the air.

Alice now looked panicked, her face full of disbelief.

Then she let out a scream, fleeing in terror without daring to look back for even a second.

“So it was her trick!”

Lin Moyu understood why he had come here and encountered the Earth Dragon God.

It was all this creature’s doing.
