Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

206: Zhang Yuanhang was forced to rest, and the ambitious man surfacedBecause the White Tiger Combat Suit had a previous foundation, Academician Zhang Yuanhang only took a day and a half to complete all the blueprints.

He then personally went to the factory workshop. Of course, Qian Guo also came to the workshop with Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

Academician Zhang Yuanhang also called some researchers from the base.

“Everyone, I have a small task for you.”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang distributed the blueprints to Everyone.

“Please manufacture the parts on these blueprints according to these components.”

Everyone nodded as they took the blueprints, saying, “Yes!”

Then, Everyone began the process of manufacturing the first White Tiger Combat Suit.

Seeing this, Academician Zhang Yuanhang prepared to go back and rest, but before he could turn to leave, Qian Guo stopped him.

“Academician Zhang Yuanhang, aren’t you going to stay here and watch?”

Qian Guo looked puzzled. At a time like this, shouldn’t Academician Zhang Yuanhang be personally supervising? Doesn’t Academician Zhang Yuanhang worry that the parts these people produce might be substandard???

Academician Zhang Yuanhang naturally saw Qian Guo’s concern and then smiled, “Commander Qian, don’t worry. These Comrades have been working with me for so many years.”

“Even if I’m not here, they can still produce the parts according to my requirements.”

It was a joke; if they didn’t have some skill, they wouldn’t be able to work by Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s side for so long.

Everyone working alongside Academician Zhang Yuanhang possessed their own unique skills.

“Oh, oh, then Academician Zhang Yuanhang, you go and rest first. I’ll watch here.”

Although Academician Zhang Yuanhang had said these people were trustworthy, Qian Guo was still uneasy, so he decided to stay there himself.

While Qian Guo couldn’t offer much help by staying, it could alleviate his own internal worries.

Academician Zhang Yuanhang glanced at Qian Guo, naturally knowing what he was worried about. Seeing this, Academician Zhang Yuanhang said nothing, only nodded.

Then he went back to rest, leaving Qian Guo alone, staying there watching these researchers manufacture the parts needed for the White Tiger Combat Suit.

Qian Guo looked at the busy researchers, a hint of worry and a hint of excitement in his eyes.

Before long, the White Tiger Combat Suit, exclusively for the Army, would be ready.

At the same time.

The Top Leader and Elder Wang, who had finished handling government affairs, also learned that Academician Zhang Yuanhang had created a ’small invention’ in the past two days—the White Tiger Combat Suit.

“This Little Zhang, wasn’t he supposed to get some good rest? Why is he busy again?”

The Top Leader’s eyes were filled with worry.

If Little Zhang continued like this, The Top Leader truly feared that Academician Zhang Yuanhang would collapse from illness.

“Chief, let’s go and properly persuade Little Zhang!!!”

Elder Wang also immediately spoke up.

“Alright, let’s go.” The Top Leader nodded. “This time, we’ll use all our might to make Little Zhang come back and get some good rest.”

The two walked towards Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s room.

At this moment, Academician Zhang Yuanhang, who had returned to his room, was carefully examining the cryo-chamber technology that had been given to him earlier.

He wanted to see if he could offer some help to Academician Sheng, who was researching this cryo-chamber.

Academician Zhang Yuanhang also particularly hoped that cryo-chamber technology could be rapidly popularized, as it would be of great help to Huaxia in conquering the vast universe.

“This cryo-chamber technology is quite simple.”

“There’s a lot of room for improvement!”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang said with a smile.

Just then.

The Top Leader and Elder Wang arrived.

Upon entering, they saw Academician Zhang Yuanhang holding documents and researching. The Top Leader and Elder Wang exchanged glances.

They thought: As we expected, Little Zhang isn’t resting even in his own room.

“Chief, Elder Wang, why have you two come?”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang looked surprised at the sudden visit of The Top Leader and Elder Wang.

Could something big have happened?

No way???

“Little Zhang, weren’t you supposed to get some good rest!”

“Why have you been busy lately, first developing the White Tiger Combat Suit, and now researching the cryo-chamber in your room!”

“Little Zhang, you must take care of your health!”

The Top Leader earnestly looked at Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

“That’s right, Little Zhang, please listen to us and get some good rest, lest you overwork yourself.”

Elder Wang looked at Academician Zhang Yuanhang with concern.

“Chief, Elder Wang, please don’t worry. All these things I’m doing are just to pass the time.”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang looked at The Top Leader and Elder Wang, touched.

Regarding Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s words, The Top Leader and Elder Wang chose not to believe a single word. In their view, Academician Zhang Yuanhang had not rested well at all during this period.

Instead, he had been wholeheartedly making immense contributions to Huaxia’s technology.

“Little Zhang, you are not allowed to be busy with anything for the next two days.”

“Get some good rest. Don’t you young people like to play games!”

“Just stay home and play games. If that’s not enough, going out for a walk is fine too. Elder Wang and I will be coming to check on you from time to time!”

The Top Leader decided to force Academician Zhang Yuanhang to rest for a period.

The progress of research could be temporarily halted, but Academician Zhang Yuanhang must rest!!!

Academician Zhang Yuanhang looked at the two, feeling helpless and amused. He was actually being persuaded to rest by two great leaders of the country.

“Alright, alright, I’ll get some good rest during this time.”

Seeing that the two had made up their minds, Academician Zhang Yuanhang could only comply with the two elders.

He would pause the research progress and get some good rest.

“Elder Wang, go and inform the people outside that Little Zhang’s work will be suspended for the next few days.”

The Top Leader said.

However, The Top Leader never imagined that this decision would expose some ambitious individuals within the country.

“Okay!”

Elder Wang nodded, then went outside.

He said to The Top Leader’s secretary, “Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s work will be suspended for the next few days. No one should disturb Academician Zhang Yuanhang for now.”

“Mhm, mhm!”

The secretary nodded, her eyes filled with shock at this moment.

Why was Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s work suddenly suspended???

This was too strange, wasn’t it???

However, the secretary didn’t think much of it and turned to carry out the task.

Facing this news, although the secretary didn’t think much, some ambitious individuals, upon learning of it, began to harbor significant thoughts.

The secretary notified the main research units of this news.

For a time, the top scientific research community in Huaxia experienced an earthquake.

Everyone speculated whether something had happened to Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

Academician Zhao and Academician Sun immediately came outside Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s room. They wanted to go in and see him, but the security personnel did not allow them to meet Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

The security personnel mistakenly thought that Academician Zhao and Academician Sun had some work to discuss with Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

Seeing that the security personnel wouldn’t let them see Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

Academician Zhao and Academician Sun instantly panicked.

“Why are we suddenly not allowed to see Little Zhang?”

“Is there something wrong with Little Zhang’s health?”

Academician Zhao and Academician Sun’s first thought was that Academician Zhang Yuanhang had collapsed.

Meanwhile, in the direction of the Capital.

Academician Sheng, who was researching the cryo-chamber, was quietly pulled aside by his student.

“Teacher, something has happened. My classmate who works at the Shancheng Military Base just sent me a message.”

“He said The Top Leader ordered all of Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s work to be suspended.”

Academician Sheng heard his student’s words and was stunned for a moment.

“Teacher, do you think Academician Zhang Yuanhang might have fallen ill?”

“Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s speed in developing new technologies is so fast, I’m afraid his body might not be able to handle it anymore!”

Academician Sheng somewhat agreed with his student’s words, as many Huaxia scientists had indeed collapsed in laboratories over the years.

Given Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s rapid output, collapsing seemed quite normal.

Academician Sheng’s student seemed to have thought of something, and his eyes gradually lit up with excitement.

“Teacher, if Academician Zhang Yuanhang were to have an accident, you, Teacher, would be the strongest in the scientific research community.”

“Teacher, you developed the cryo-chamber technology. If it weren’t for Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s existence, your international reputation would surely surpass Everyone else’s now.”

The student’s words made Academician Sheng feel a hint of resentment towards Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

Academician Sheng at this moment wished so much that Academician Zhang Yuanhang would fall ill and never recover, so that the great mountain pressing down on the scientific community could disappear.

At this time, there were many other Academicians who were as selfish as Academician Sheng.

They all hoped that Academician Zhang Yuanhang would pass away, so they could use their connections to seize the scientific research legacy Academician Zhang Yuanhang left behind.
