Chapter 1268: Chapter 544: Reinforcements Beyond Imagination

”You sought support from the Wood Elves?” Mogiana gasped for breath, the Lake God Witch looked somewhat displeased, her beautiful golden hair already drenched in sweat, with two streams of blood flowing from her nostrils due to the mind shock from the Great Demon of Tzeentch, but she had no time to wipe them off.

”This is the only possible support we can seek in a short time!” Laine’s expression was serious, ”You understand, Mogiana.”

The Lake God Witch’s face looked unpleasant, yet she nodded, not opposing, despite Mogiana’s strong dislike for the Wood Elves, there was no other choice at the moment, though she had a bad temper, she knew the importance of focusing on the bigger picture at crucial times.

”Ah ah ah!” After speaking, Laine angrily hammered the ground with his fist, bearing the pain as he stood up.

Massive droplets of blood fell onto the swamp, rippling outward, Laine wiped his face with his hand, which was all covered in blood; he could feel the burning pain on his face and chest.

But he couldn’t stop because Laine keenly realized that even though the Wood Elves joined the war, even though the Green Knight appeared to battle the Chaos Demons, the Tzeentch’s Demon Army still showed no sign of defeat.

This is the powerful might of Chaos Demons, no mortal can truly fathom what they have to deal with.

The Great Demon of Tzeentch must be defeated!

”Kaled, are you dead?” Laine climbed up forcefully, his steps unsteady.

”Not dead yet!” At this time, Kaled was already covered in blood, the offensive from the Great Demon of Tzeentch had caused him numerous injuries, but upon hearing Laine’s call, Kaled still gritted his teeth trying to get up, ”I can still... fight!”

”Great!” Laine spat on the ground, his face filled only with anger and hatred, ”We must defeat the Great Demon of Tzeentch, if you have any strength left, you must use it!”

”Oh!” Kaled nodded, indicating he understood.

”Lord Bohemond?”

”I’ve been ready for a long time, young Laine!” Bohemond’s fighting spirit blazed, he replied humorously, ”Don’t back out halfway, huh?”

Upon hearing this, Laine smiled.

Indeed, mortals don’t need any so-called refuge, as long as they continuously move forward.

As long as we don’t stop, the road will keep extending...

Laine raised the Goddess of Revenge, the Griffin Empress flew to his side, Kaled mounted his horse.

They were ready to continue fighting.

At this time, Carlos, the Fate Weaver, already began a duel with Olein, the King of the Forest.

At this moment, the might of the Great Demon of Tzeentch already astonished Olein, who was unable to win even when fighting the Fate Weaver alone, and was faintly falling behind.

Kunos’s Spear and the Witchcraft Staff battled as if reflected upon the Subspace, the spear piercing through the demon armor of the Fate Weaver, Carlos’s screams were incessant, yet Olein was also injured by the Witchcraft Flames and Witchcraft Staff.

”Ugh!” The King of the Forest clenched Kunos’s Spear; the enemy before him was far more powerful than the Holy Sanctuary Beastman Beast King, ”Shadow Demon” Mogul, Olein could feel Carlos’s almost infinite Chaos Energy and overwhelmingly fierce assault, forcing him to step back several paces.

Now it was merely early spring, Olein had just revived from the Era Oak not long ago, his divine power hadn’t reached its peak yet, but he knew he must support Brittania, or else outside Aisloron would become a realm ruled by death and chaos, which the Wood Elves couldn’t tolerate, the Eslelin were accustomed to years of peace, but they’d never shy away from war.

Though sacrifice was inevitable, the Eslelin would forever fight to defend their homeland!

The battle continued, the Fate Weaver mockingly laughing at the King of the Forest’s overconfidence, recognizing the opponent as the Mortal incarnation of the Elf God King Hunting God Kunos.

But so what?

Perhaps in the height of summer, Olein could defeat him, but now it was early spring, his divine power insufficient to counter him.

How could a mortal pseudo-God have the ability to battle a great true God?

The Griffin’s calls came closer, interrupting the Fate Weaver’s thoughts, followed by Laine’s roars.

”Don’t stop!!!”

The Goddess of Revenge clashed with the Witchcraft Staff, sparking a trail of flames,

Meanwhile, the Green Knight also appeared before the Great Demon of Tzeentch, the King of Green Eyes coldly stared at Carlos, ”Return to your realm, demon; this is not a place you can rampage.”

”Ha!” Carlos’s two heads let out a sharp laugh, instantly teleporting to the rear of Tzeentch’s Demon Army.

This move exceeded everyone’s expectations, and in the next scene, everyone felt an immense pressure.

Because right behind Carlos, three teleportation gates of Chaos Domain were successively opened.

More Tzeentch demons continuously entered the Mortal World, the blue demon tsunami gradually engulfing the Alliance Army and the Wood Elf troops, even if the Wood Elves and the Green Knight joined the battlefield, mortals could not escape the fate of failure.

”Destroy everything! Praise Saint Tzeentch!” The Fate Weaver hid at the back of the Demon Legion, both his faces filled with deep ridicule, ”Your efforts are destined to be useless, the Lord of Change delights in your breath; my master has sent more reinforcements for me, humble and backward mortals, you abandon embracing true civilization, your fate was already sealed, the Master of Destiny controls everything, this victory is already within reach!”

At this very moment, an unexpected change occurred, with two of the teleportation gates that Carlo opened suddenly exploding, the enormous blast instantly killed thousands of Tzeentch demons.

”What?” The Fate Weaver turned angrily to look behind him.

The teleportation gate had become green, a nauseating stench was emanating from the gate, followed by the appearance of thousands upon thousands of Nurgle demons, hundreds of Nurgle Spirits bearing a giant palanquin equipped with alchemical apparatus, filled with flasks of bubbling, smelly liquid, and sacks full of experimental materials surrounding it. The Nurgle Spirits hoisted the supported carpet, surrounded by countless similar beings.

The first Great Demon under Nurgle, Kugas, the Father of Disease, emerged from the teleportation gate, his massive bloated body covered head to toe with various pus-filled sores, ulcers, and corrupted wounds; behind him, Nurgle’s strongest demon legion—the Plague Demon Legion—entered the battlefield.

”Kugas?” Carlos shrieked sharply, ”Is it you?!”

”Gurgle~” Kugas issued a deep laughter under Nurgle, scooping a handful of Nurgle’s broth from his cauldron, stuffing it into his mouth, ”Carlos, we meet again!”

”What are you doing here?!”

”Stop, you!” The first Great Demon under Nurgle lifted the giant sword in his hand, ”This is, our master’s, command, you, cannot, collect, the things, cannot! The Benevolent Father, forbids it!”

After speaking, Kugas gave Carlos no chance to respond further, taking advantage of Carlos’s distraction, immediately ordered, ”Children, eliminate, Tzeentch Legion, for the, love of the Benevolent Father!”

”Fool! If you want to die so badly, then I shall grant your wish!” The Fate Weaver was furious, both bird heads spewing smoke, immediately ordering all Tzeentch demons under his command to return to battle against the Plague Legion!

With Carlos’s order, the Tzeentch Legion detached from the battle line at astonishing speed, leaving the Alliance unable to pursue, all Tzeentch demons locked in combat with the Alliance immediately turned and ran, quickly abandoning the entire ongoing battlefield.

”For the Benevolent Father!” Thus, the Nurgle Plague Legion directly clashed with the Tzeentch Eternal Legion, and in an instant, the whole swamp was filled with scenes of Tzeentch demons and Nurgle demons battling each other, tens of thousands of demons fighting fiercely.

The Fate Weaver used his Witchcraft Staff to pierce holes all over the body of the Father of Disease, while Kugas cut Carlos, sending bird feathers flying everywhere with his Plague Giant Sword.

Leaving the Alliance Army composed of humans, dwarves, and wood elves staring blankly at this fantastical scene.

Laine: ”???”

Belgar: ”???”

Olein: ”?????”

”What is happening?” Bohemond looked bewildered, ”Why did they start fighting each other?”

”No matter! Let’s retreat!” Laine decisively ordered, ”Taking this chance, let’s quickly head to Landuin’s Tomb!”

”Only by awakening Landuin’s heroic spirit and completely cutting off Musillon’s source of corruption can we have a chance to win!”

”Retreat! Retreat!!!”
