Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Chapter 12 Kang Fu Meets His Daughter

In the meantime, Kang Huian had just regained consciousness and was puzzled upon finding herself in such an unfamiliar location.

She had bombarded the guards with questions, but they had stayed quiet. When Kang Huian was about to walk away, her father emerged unexpectedly in the infirmary.

Kang Fu was delighted to see his daughter and immediately hugged her. This was the first time he was meeting her ever since his daughter caught the Devil Venom.

”No…This venom can hurt you,” Kang Huian suddenly tried to pull herself away from the hug.

”I donʼt care,” Kang Fu responded while tightly hugging his daughter.

”What happened father? Where am I? Is this one of our tribeʼs hideouts?” Kang Huian returned the hug while asking these questions.

Kang Fuʼs face went pale as he heard that question.

”…Itʼs a long story,” Kang Fu spoke as he started narrating the entire scenario from his point of view.

Kang Huian expressed astonished expression while she listened to the entire development.

She even gave her input regarding the actions of the Miracle Angel Tribe, as Lin Feng had informed her of their actions after she woke up in the Night Dagger Clan.

Lin Feng asked her to remain cautious as the Miracle Angel Tribe wonʼt easily let her go. They consider her a huge threat and would do anything to kill her.

In reality, the Miracle Angel Tribe couldnʼt be blamed. The Devil Venom was far too lethal to risk spreading to another person.

However, Kang Huian and her tribe couldnʼt be concerned with this greater picture.

Rage consumed Kang Fu as he received conclusive proof that the Miracle Angel Tribe had plotted to kill his cherished daughter. No offense was greater than this in his eyes.

As Kang Fu and Kang Huian caught up, Wang Jian and Fen Gen conducted a crucial discussion.

”The next step is for you to join forces with the Miracle Angels Tribe. You wonʼt be acting as a true ally, only a spy, of course. Betray them when I tell you to.”

”Why create such a plan, your highness? The combined power of my Night Dagger Clan and the Crimson Mammoth Warriors is more than sufficient to steamroll the Miracle Angels Tribe,” Fen Gen stated confidently.

”Do you think I am unaware of this fact?” Wang Jian replied coldly.

”…No, milord. I just wanted to let you know what I was thinking,” Fen Gen reasoned while sweating nervously.

Wang Jian rolled his eyes and added, ”I have my own reasons for applying this stratagem. Just do as I say. I will ensure that Kang Fu remains silent about this cooperation.”

”Yes, milord,” Fen Gen spoke.

”What about my task? Is it done?” Wang Jian asked.

Fen Gen raised his brows as he wondered which task. It took him a moment before realizing which task Wang Jian was mentioning. He replied, ”Milord, the task is nearly complete. I will personally go and make some last-minute changes. It will be ready in evening.”

”Good,” Wang Jian smiled. He added, ”Take that Dark Piercer Crossbow from the treasury.”

Fen Gen was delighted to receive such a reward. He was so excited that he instantly replied, ”Thank you, milord.”

”You may leave now,” Wang Jian ordered.

Fen Gen didnʼt dare to stay in the hall for another moment.

After Kang Fu was done meeting his daughter, he returned to the hall. Fen Gen was nowhere to be seen. Instead, he came across an interesting sight.

Kang Fu saw Su Xian standing next to Wang Jian. She was waving it back and forth, creating a cool breeze for him. Naturally, he knew of her as Lin Fengʼs first lover.

She is the reason behind Lin Feng and Wang Jianʼs enmity.

In any case, Kang Fu was astonished to see Su Xian in the role of maid for Wang Jian. Lin Fengʼs rage would be completely uncontrollable if he found out about this.

Meanwhile, Su Xian also froze upon witnessing Kang Fu entering the hall. She paused her movements due to shock.

Wang Jian glared at Su Xian and whispered coldly, ”Your movements have stopped.”

”…” Su Xian bit her lips, but she slowly moved her hands while increasing her pace.

”So, have you talked to your daughter?” Wang Jian asked.

”Yes. I will definitely uphold my end of the bargain. Just donʼt hurt my daughter. If you want to hurt someone, you can hurt me,” Kang Fu spoke.

Wang Jian rolled his eyes as he stood up, ”Donʼt make me a villain in this scenario. After talking to your daughter, you should realize that the Miracle Angel Tribe deserves to be destroyed. They did try to kill her. Moreover, I will be curing your daughter of Devil Venom. You should be clear about the value of Devil Venomʼs antidote. Even if you sold your entire tribe, you could still never afford it.”

”…I understand this fact,” Kang Fu responded angrily.

”I will return to my tribe now. They must be getting puzzled regarding my sudden disappearance. A member of my tribe will arrive tomorrow to hand over everything you asked for,” Kang Fu spoke before turning around and leaving the hall.

Wang Jian also gazed at his servants and ordered them to leave the hall. After all the guards and servants except Su Xian were gone, the guards outside the hall closed the door.
