Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Chapter 1 Reincarnation

Wang Jian, 25, Beijing, China. He was the core member of Assembly of the Phantom.

His life was going well as he had developed connections with the government in China. However, it was a pity that a pandemic broke out in the world and even Wang Jian caught that deadly virus. He remained in the emergency ward for a month before losing his life.

Death…It is a phenomenon that all creatures instinctively fear. It is due to their fear of death that they sharpen their survival instincts.

The reason to fear death is simple. It is because nobody knows what occurs after death.

Is their soul destroyed? Are they assimilated into the universe? Or do they experience rebirth? Do they enter heaven or hell based on their karma as a living being?

Everything is unknown. It is the fear of unknown that makes all creatures fear death.

Wang Jian was also one such person who feared death. He tried all sorts of methods to survive. He used a majority of his money on his treatment, but unfortunately, it only delayed his inevitable ending.

However, Wang Jian experienced a sense of discomfort even after dying.

He groggily opened his eyes and felt blinded by the bright light. Wang Jian instinctively closed his eyes.

He tried again after a few seconds. However, Wang Jian opened his eyes very slowly.

Very soon, his vision quickly adjusted to the bright light, and he could see clearly.

Wang Jian looked around and noticed he was in a large room made of grey stones and planks. The room felt rather cool even with no air-conditioner.

On the ceiling was a small window that let light enter the room.

”What is this place?” Wang Jian wondered.

Around this moment, he experienced a sharp pain in his head. This sharp pain was accompanied with lots of foreign memories.

Wang Jian was shocked as he was forced to see those memories. No…Not just see but experience those memories.

In 20 seconds, Wang Jian experienced twenty yearsʼ worth of memories.

ʼI have transmigrated into another world! B-But what the heck is this?!ʼ Wang Jian couldnʼt help but curse in his mind.

It was only natural for him to be agitated.

The body he possessed belonged to the seventh prince of the Everlasting Mystical Empire. His name was also Wang Jian.

Wang Jian was a handsome young man with striking features. His silver hair was a unique and captivating aspect that caught the attention of many. His blue eyes sparkled like the ocean and reflected his sharp mind. His well-defined jawline and straight nose added to his striking appearance, making him stand out from the crowd. He had a charismatic aura around him, and his confident demeanor was evidence of his inner strength and determination.

However, this Wang Jian held little to no talent and frequently stirred up trouble in the capital. There were times when Wang Jian even offended the grand elders of two reputed sects.

Thus, the Emperor banished Wang Jian to the outskirts of the Everlasting Mystical Empire.

However, Wang Jian used his status to become the local overlord of this region. He committed all sorts of atrocities like killing anyone who offended him, coercing beauties to sleep with him, accepting bribes, and even seizing properties of his citizens.

The local army and bandits supported Wang Jian as they earned an immense fortune by following him. They prevented anyone from leaving the region and complaining to the Emperor.

Well, one or two would still escape their scrutiny, but Wang Jianʼs mother would deal with those individuals in the capital.

They had all grown accustomed to Wang Jianʼs dictatorship as no assistance from the capital arrived.

Just a month ago, Wang Jian came across a beauty while roaming in the town. He immediately ordered his men to capture her.

At that moment, a young man of around sixteen years old stepped forward and fought his men. He didnʼt possess any cultivation, but his movements seemed rather refined.

Still, it was impossible for this youth to fight three cultivators with no cultivation. His movements became sluggish due to exhaustion and was struck repeatedly.

At that moment, the beauty next to that youth immediately approached Wang Jian and pleaded to not kill her friend. She promised to do anything in return.

A wretched smile appeared on Wang Jianʼs face as he heard that promise. He gently held that beautyʼs chin and spoke, ”Very well. If you become my maid, I will let him live. You must break all connection with him.”

”…Yes,” The beauty responded weakly.

Wang Jian soon left with that beauty. He naturally didnʼt forget to send some assassins to kill that youth secretly.

However, it was rather strange that his assassins didnʼt return.

Wang Jian tried to investigate the matter and soon discovered that even the youthʼs body went missing.

After searching for some period, he gave up on that youth. He was more interested in that young beauty.

Her name is Su Xian.

Just before Wang Jian could force himself upon her, one of his advisors spoke out, ”Sir. This woman possesses the Innate Energy Vessel! It means whoever takes her body can absorb all her cultivation and talent. It would be a waste if you take her body now.”

Wang Jian stopped upon hearing this explanation and asked, ”…What do you mean?”

His advisors spoke, ”Milord, it would be best if we make her reach the Spirit Realm before you take her body and absorb all her cultivation and talent. Through this method, you can instantly reach the peak of the Spirit Realm or even break through to the Origin Realm.”

Wang Jian was rather impressed by this idea. His cultivation talent was average, so he required tremendous resources and exceptional cultivation technique to reach the Origin Realm.

Even after cultivating for more than ten years, Wang Jianʼs cultivation barely broke through the Spirit Realm.

Meanwhile, his siblings had already reached the Origin Realm while using less resources compared to him. Even his younger siblings far surpassed his cultivation.

Thus, Wang Jian was considered trash in the Royal Family of the Everlasting Mystical Empire. And it was one of the reasons the Emperor didnʼt favor him.

It was a good thing that his mother was one of the Emperorʼs beloved concubines or else Wang Jianʼs condition would be even worse.

In any case, Wang Jian decided to wait before forcing himself upon Su Xian.

Meanwhile, Su Xian was forced to cultivate under heavy scrutiny. Three Origin Realm warriors kept a close watch over her.

Just a week ago, news of Su Xianʼs childhood friend arrived. His name is Lin Feng, and he was last seen making contacts with the tribal people in Wang Jianʼs region.

These tribes resided in the forests and used guerilla warfare to slaughter Wang Jianʼs underlings. They were the only ones who dared to resist Wang Jianʼs rule in this region.

Lin Fengʼs cultivation had already reached the Spirit Realm, while his combat prowess could even contend an Origin Realm Cultivator.

His rapid cultivation astonished Wang Jian and his underlings, and they made up their mind to kill Lin Feng at all costs.

Unfortunately, their attempts to kill Lin Feng failed, and they even suffered tremendous losses.

And today, while Wang Jian was sleeping, another soul entered his body. The original soul of Wang Jianʼs body contended, but for some reason, it was quickly swallowed.
