Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 141: An Unexpected Reunion

Ye Fei didnʼt expect that she would make such associations, so he had to nod and say, ”Yeah, Iʼm quite familiar with him.”

”Then can you introduce me to him?” Ming Yuexin suddenly grabbed Ye Feiʼs arm, and her eyes shone with an eager light.

”Sure.” Ye Fei nodded in agreement, but he felt a bit uncomfortable in his heart. Although he knew clearly that the person this beautiful woman admired was himself, he was still a bit annoyed.

Ye Fei was right. Ming Yuexin admired the legendary Ye Fei very much. After all, he was only sixteen years old and could do such bold things. How could young people not admire him? However, Ming Yuexinʼs admiration was similar to the fanaticism of fans towards celebrities. In contrast, she actually liked the boy in front of her who made her feel very friendly. Of course, all of this was beyond Ye Feiʼs understanding.

Ming Yuexin didnʼt notice anything wrong with Ye Feiʼs expression and continued, ”You can sit here for a while. After I finish what Iʼm doing, Iʼll take you to my house for dinner.” As she said this, she suddenly remembered something and stuck out her tongue.

”By the way, are you free for a while?”

This was the first time Ye Fei saw Ming Yuexin showing such a mischievous expression. He was so captivated that he nodded foolishly and said, ”Iʼm free, Iʼm free. You go ahead with your work first.”

Ye Feiʼs silly look made Ming Yuexin laugh. For some reason, a trace of shyness and joy flashed through her heart, and she didnʼt say anything more to him. She sat down at her desk and got to work.

It was not until after five in the afternoon that Ming Yuexin raised her head from a pile of files on the desk. She stood up and said to Ye Fei, who had been waiting for her, ”Letʼs go.”

Ye Fei had already come back to his senses from the stunning feeling Ming Yuexin gave him. As he followed her out, he asked, ”Isnʼt it a bit inappropriate for me to visit your house so abruptly?”

Hearing Ye Feiʼs words, Ming Yuexin didnʼt know what came to her mind. Her face suddenly turned red, and she said in a coquettish tone, ”Then what do you want?” But in her heart, she thought, Why does it feel like meeting the parents?

Ye Fei didnʼt notice Ming Yuexinʼs strangeness. He gave a sly smile and said, ”I mean, your parents donʼt know me. What if they donʼt welcome me and kick me out?”

Ming Yuexin couldnʼt help but chuckle at his words. She also forgot the strange feeling in her heart and said with a smile, ”Donʼt worry. My parents have heard of you. I told them about you giving me the evidence. They all said they wanted to meet you, this little hero. Besides, are my parents as fierce as you said?”

”I was just joking.” Ye Fei gave another sly smile and followed Ming Yuexin downstairs, getting into the special car assigned to her by the bureau.

Ming Yuexin drove the car, winding through the streets for a while, and then entered a very ordinary neighborhood. She stopped in front of a seven - story residential building. It could be seen that her familyʼs financial situation was just average.

Going up to the third floor, Ming Yuexin rang the doorbell and said to Ye Fei, ”My parents donʼt usually go out much, so I rarely take my keys when I go out.”

Ye Fei nodded. At this time, the door was opened from the inside, and a man in his fifties came out. His hair was already gray and a bit bald. He wore a pair of black - framed glasses and looked like a nice guy. Seeing Ming Yuexin outside, he chuckled and said, ”Xinʼer, itʼs you. Why are you back so early today?”

In front of her father, Ming Yuexin put aside her seriousness from outside. She held his arm like a little girl and said with a smile, ”I have a friend coming over as a guest today, so I came back early.”

Ming Yueʼs father then noticed Ye Fei following Ming Yuexin and asked, ”Who is this?”

”This is the person who gave me the evidence that I told you about. His name is Liu Ye Fei.” Ming Yuexin introduced Ye Fei to her father and said to Ye Fei, ”This is my father. Others call him Professor Ming, and you can call him that too.”

”Hello, Uncle!” Ye Fei greeted Ming Yueʼs father with a smile, but he didnʼt follow Ming Yuexinʼs suggestion to call him professor.

”Hello, come in quickly!” Ming Yueʼs father smiled and invited Ye Fei in, but he was a bit puzzled. His daughter had been mentioning this boy a lot these days. He and his wife thought she had a boyfriend, but now, seeing that he was just a teenager, it didnʼt seem like it at all.

Following Ming Yueʼs father into the house, Ye Fei took a look around. It was a three - bedroom, two - living - room apartment. Although it wasnʼt big, it was decorated very elegantly. It could be seen that the owner here was a person of great taste.

Sitting down in the living room, Ming Yuexin asked, ”Dad, whereʼs Mom?”

”Sheʼs cooking. Sheʼll be out in a while.” Ming Yueʼs father answered as he was busy pouring water for Ye Fei.

Just as he was speaking, a beautiful woman in home clothes came out of the kitchen. She was carrying a plate of fruit in her hand. As she walked, she said with a smile, ”Is there a guest?”

Ye Feiʼs heart skipped a beat. Why did the voice sound so familiar? He couldnʼt help but look up at her.

At this time, the beautiful woman also saw Ye Fei clearly and let out an exclamation.

The fruit plate in her hand dropped to the floor.

And Ye Fei couldnʼt help but widen his eyes. It turned out that this beautiful woman was none other than the beauty he had a one - night stand with at the Dynasty Club. And her necklace was still in Ye Feiʼs hand.

Ye Fei understood everything now. No wonder he felt so familiar when he saw the look of disappointment on Ming Yuexinʼs face earlier. It turned out that this beautiful woman was her mother.

Actually, this should have been quite easy to figure out, because the two of them looked somewhat alike. Itʼs just that their personalities were so different that Ye Fei didnʼt even consider this possibility at all.

The crisp sound of the fruit plate falling to the ground woke up the beautiful woman, who had been in a daze upon seeing Ye Fei. She quickly squatted down to clean up the mess on the floor. Her loose house clothes clung tightly to her body due to her movements, instantly highlighting her incredibly voluptuous figure.
