Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 126: Ye Feiʼs Fury

After a while of crying, Xu Shuyun and Ye Jing actually fell asleep in Ye Feiʼs arms. Looking at the two women—one mature and the other innocent, yet both stunningly beautiful and tear-streaked—Ye Fei felt a surge of compassion. He knew they probably hadnʼt slept soundly in a long time.

Not wanting to wake them, he gently shifted Xu Shuyun from his embrace and let her lean against the back of the sofa. Then he picked up Ye Jing and slowly carried her into Xu Shuyunʼs bedroom. Since Ye Lingtian wouldnʼt be sleeping there, he decided to let the two of them sleep together.

He walked out, bent down, and lifted Xu Shuyun into his arms. Her soft and delicate body made his heart flutter, but thinking of her pitiful situation, he quickly suppressed any inappropriate thoughts and hurried toward the bedroom. In his haste, he didnʼt notice that as he picked up Xu Shuyun, her eyes had briefly opened and then closed again, and her heartbeat had quickened.

Laying Xu Shuyun beside Ye Jing, Ye Fei looked at the mother and daughter, their sleeping positions incredibly alluring. Surprisingly, he didnʼt have any other thoughts. His gaze was filled with tenderness as he gently pulled a thin blanket over them, kissed each of their cheeks, and then turned to leave.

As soon as Ye Fei left, Xu Shuyun opened her eyes. She had started to wake up when Ye Fei released her from his embrace, and by the time he picked her up, she was fully awake. Feeling his arms around her made her heart race. She remembered his unintentional intimacy earlier and feared he might take advantage of her, but for some reason, she chose to pretend to be asleep.

When Ye Fei laid her on the bed and looked at her with that gentle, compassionate gaze, she felt almost intoxicated, as if seeing a younger version of Ye Lingtian. It wasnʼt until Ye Fei left the room that she shook her head, realizing that Ye Fei and Ye Lingtian were different. Compared to Ye Lingtian, Ye Fei was more handsome and showed her more tenderness. Most importantly, he was much more... well-endowed.

A blush spread across Xu Shuyunʼs face as she lightly scolded herself for thinking about that. She shook her head vigorously to clear the thought. But despite her efforts, having Ye Fei in the house made her feel a sense of security she hadnʼt felt in over a year. She turned and embraced her daughter, quickly drifting off to sleep.

It had to be Ye Feiʼs lucky day. Not only had he won the heart of a stunningly beautiful woman, but he had also left a deep impression on Xu Shuyun. If he had tried anything with her just now, she, in her emotionally vulnerable state, might not have resisted, but it would have only been a fleeting pleasure. Now, however, Xu Shuyunʼs heart was unconsciously drawn to him, melted by his gentle and caring gaze.

After leaving Xu Shuyunʼs bedroom, Ye Fei walked upstairs. In this house, since Xu Shuyun didnʼt want to hire nannies or maids, Ye Lingtian and Xu Shuyun lived on the first floor, while the second floor was reserved for the younger generation. Ye Lingtian and Xu Shuyun had always doted on Ye Fei, and although he rarely visited, they still kept a room for him on the second floor.

Looking at his own room, which was spotless despite his long absence, Ye Fei couldnʼt help but remember the kindness Ye Lingtian had shown him and felt even more heartbroken by his uncleʼs transformation.

With his uncle now in this state, Ye Fei decided not to talk to him anymore and planned to take action against Ye Yu in the next few days. Otherwise, the Ye family might truly be ruined by him.

Unable to sit still, Ye Fei pushed open the bedroom window, leaped out, and transformed into a wildman, quickly disappearing into the darkness.

Though he now possessed nearly invincible power, Ye Fei still had the habit of transforming whenever he took action. He had a feeling that there were still powerful entities hidden in the world that he didnʼt know about, and not all of them might be friends. So, it was necessary to keep his identity hidden.

Ye Fei hadnʼt been involved in the Ye familyʼs underworld affairs for years, but he still had a general understanding of their sphere of influence. Therefore, he didnʼt take any detours and spent half the night checking out these places in secret.

Returning to his room at his uncleʼs house, Ye Feiʼs worries grew heavier. He discovered that in many of the Ye familyʼs venues, there was now open drug trafficking. The Ye family used to be very protective of Wang Hai City and didnʼt allow drugs to flow in. But now, drugs were being sold right in their venues. Ye Yu was really pushing the boundaries.

Moreover, today Ye Fei discovered another alarming issue: Ye Yu had been in contact with a notorious international criminal organization. This group was infamous for its evil deeds and had been researching a drug that could control peopleʼs minds.

At this point, Ye Feiʼs mind raced, and he suddenly remembered something. A while back, when he was using his special abilities to make a fortune, he had hacked into the core computer of this organization and saw a top-secret file about this drug. Although they hadnʼt succeeded in developing it, two years ago, they accidentally created a byproduct. This byproduct had no effect on women, but when used on men, it would cause them to completely lose their male capabilities. However, their brains would crave it intensely and be unable to withstand even the slightest stimulation. This feeling of desire without the ability to fulfill it would make the person increasingly violent and confused.

Over time, the symptoms would worsen, eventually leading to a violent death.

When Ye Fei first saw this file, he didnʼt pay much attention to it. But now, thinking about his uncleʼs current state, it seemed eerily similar to what was described in the file.

Could it be that Ye Yu had used this byproduct on his uncle?

The more he thought about it, the more likely it seemed. A raging fury welled up inside Ye Fei. He had originally felt some brotherly affection for Ye Yu, planning to strip him of his power and send him abroad. But now, he changed his mind. If he didnʼt tear this heartless man limb from limb, how could he possibly satisfy his anger?

He sat down heavily on the sofa, forcibly suppressing the urge to go and deal with Ye Yu right away. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down.

Ye Fei knew he couldnʼt act impulsively. Dealing with Ye Yu was a minor issue; preserving the Ye family was the real priority. After all, it was the legacy of generations, and he couldnʼt let it be ruined by his own actions. While eliminating Ye Yu, he had to make it clear to the people of Wang Hai City that the Ye family was still the same, and Ye Yu was just a rogue element. Once this cancer was removed, the Ye family would return to its former role as the cityʼs underground protector.

Ideally, Ye Lingtian should have taken the lead on this, but given his current state, the responsibility fell on Ye Fei, and it had to be in his original identity.

If Ye Fei were to confront Ye Yu directly, it would be relatively easy. Many of the old guards in the Lingyun Association were already dissatisfied with Ye Yu. With their support and Ye Feiʼs strength, taking down Ye Yu would be a piece of cake. However, Ye Fei didnʼt want to reveal his true capabilities, so he needed to plan carefully.

Though he had no one to consult, this wasnʼt a problem for Ye Fei. After a moment of thought, he decided to use the power of the legitimate world against Ye Yu. This way, he could achieve his goal without exposing his strength. More importantly, it would give the impression that the Ye familyʼs Lingyun Association had the backing of higher authorities, deterring those who might take advantage of the internal strife. Although Ye Fei didnʼt care about these people, their interference at this time would be a nuisance.

Having made up his mind, Ye Fei didnʼt hesitate, even though it was only a little after three in the morning. He immediately took out his phone and called his aunt Liu Fengyiʼs private number.

”Hello, Ye Fei. Whatʼs up at this hour?” came Liu Fengyiʼs slightly languid and pleasant voice. Though it was slightly altered through the phone, Ye Fei felt a stir in his heart. He realized for the first time how sensual a womanʼs voice could be.

”I want to deal with Ye Yu,” Ye Fei said straightforwardly to his aunt, who was like a mother to him.

”Oh, just do it then,” Liu Fengyi replied sleepily, still half-asleep. But she quickly snapped to her senses and asked urgently, ”What did you say? You want to deal with Ye Yu?”

”Thatʼs right,” Ye Fei said firmly. ”The Ye family is on the brink of ruin because of him. I canʼt let this continue.”

”No way!” Liu Fengyi objected, her voice tinged with worry. ”Itʼs too dangerous. If you really want to do this, let your other aunt handle it. You canʼt get involved yourself.”

Ye Fei felt a warmth in his heart, knowing his aunt was concerned for his safety. He smiled and said, ”Auntie, donʼt worry. Let me finish explaining.” He then laid out his plan.

After hearing Ye Feiʼs plan, Liu Fengyi let out a sigh of relief and felt a surge of pride. Her nephew had truly grown up and was capable of handling things on his own.

”Since youʼve got it all figured out, go ahead and do it. But be careful. Donʼt take any unnecessary risks. Your mom, your other aunt, and I would be heartbroken if something happened to you.”

Ye Fei felt another wave of warmth. ”Donʼt worry, Auntie. I know my limits. I just need you to send someone to help. Iʼll only step in at the end to wrap things up.”

”Thatʼs good,” Liu Fengyi said, her last bit of worry fading. ”But it might not be appropriate for me to handle this personally. Hereʼs what I suggest: Iʼll recommend someone to you. Go see her tomorrow. You donʼt need to reveal your identity. Just give her the evidence youʼve gathered.”

Ye Fei understood that his aunt wasnʼt the right person to handle this. He agreed with a smile and asked, ”Who should I meet tomorrow?”

”Ming Yuexin from the Nancheng District Division,” Liu Fengyi said. ”Sheʼs one of my trusted people and very capable. If she takes the lead, itʼll be fine.”

Ye Feiʼs mind immediately conjured up the image of the strong-willed and stunningly beautiful policewoman. He thought to himself that with her unwavering sense of justice, she would definitely go all out against Ye Yu, the biggest troublemaker in Wang Hai City. Even without his auntʼs connection, her determination would be enough.

”Alright, itʼs settled then,” Ye Fei said, feeling a sense of relief. ”You should get back to sleep, Auntie. I feel bad for waking you up so late.”

”You little rascal, you do realize youʼve disturbed your aunt, donʼt you? If I have dark circles tomorrow, Iʼll spank you for sure!” Liu Fengyi playfully threatened, her voice feigning anger.

Ye Fei knew she couldnʼt possibly be mad at him. He chuckled and said, ”Auntie, youʼre the most beautiful woman in the world. Even with dark circles, youʼd still drive every man crazy. But if anyone disagrees, feel free to spank me.”

”Alright, Iʼll check tomorrow. If itʼs not as you say, Iʼll definitely spank you!” Liu Fengyi laughed, unable to help but imagine the scenario. She recalled the morning when he had pressed against her and couldnʼt help but wonder what it would look like. As these thoughts crossed her mind, her hand subtly slipped under the covers.

Unaware of his auntʼs fantasies over the phone, Ye Fei chatted with her for a few more minutes before saying, ”I wonʼt disturb you anymore. You should get some more sleep.”

”Okay, bye,” Liu Fengyi replied, hanging up the phone and tossing it aside. She then let her other hand join the first under the covers, as she was now quite aroused.
