The richest man starts with black technology

Chapter 299
These cooperation conditions proposed by Zhou Xiao are basically to turn Pingguo company into another tassel mobile phone processing plant.

Moreover, it can only be sold in the United States in the first year, which means that a large number of markets outside the United States still belong to Warwick tassels.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

KUKA still maintained his due demeanor and said, ”Mr. Zhou Xiao, are your conditions a little harsh?”

Zhou Xiao said: ”we hope that hepingguo will maintain good cooperation and joy, but the United States has always rejected our products. In order to ensure the fairness of the transaction, we must first sell our products to the United States.”

”This is the most basic condition, Mr. KUKA. If Pingguo mobile phone with microbial battery can buy in the United States and achieve good results, we can talk about other conditions and cooperation methods.”

Zhou Xiao shrugged and said, ”you can’t just allow American technology companies to make money in Xia country and shut out Xia country’s technology companies. Mr. KUKA, I know you can’t decide this, but I hope you can convince the relevant departments that the transaction should be fair. ”

For three hours, KUKA had a tug of war with Zhou Xiao.

At the end of the negotiation, KUKA has made the conditions to accept Zhou Xiao’s proposal to establish a joint venture with origin group and Pingguo company. Origin group accounts for 51% of the shares and launches a new mobile phone in the name of the joint venture.

However, Zhou Xiao still insists that the new mobile phone is first launched only in the American market, and then gradually to the European and global markets.

”We can’t guarantee that the relevant departments in the United States can agree that microbial batteries can be sold in the United States.”

KUKA’s idea is very simple. The United States is the headquarters of Pingguo. It can occupy the largest market of rice without using microbial batteries to increase costs.

Pingguo mobile phone uses microbial battery, which is mainly aimed at the markets in Europe and Xiaguo.

Zhou Xiao thought KUKA was thinking about peaches.

The actual destruction of microbial batteries failed to copy, and then saw the sharp decline in the sales of Pingguo in the European and Xiaguo markets. At this time, I wanted to cooperate with the origin group. What’s the matter with peaches?

After three hours of tug of war, the negotiations broke down in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere.

KUKA was already wet. He met a strong opponent.

He needs to go back to the California headquarters and have a good thought, and then he will consider whether he can accept Zhou Xiao’s conditions.

Since the negotiation broke down, KUKA came to Jiangcheng to visit the microbial battery factory of the origin group.

Zhou Xiao also took KUKA and his party to the factory park of the new science and technology zone to visit the battery factory.

When we see orderly workers and powerful mechanized equipment, we see that microbial batteries are not produced and then encapsulated.

KUKA realized that he could not underestimate the scientific and technological level of Xia.

Microbial battery production in Xiaguo factory is so simple and easy, so high-yield, but it has made Pingguo company and Stanford University miserable.

This is the technology generation difference. This time, Xiaguo technology company is ahead, while American technology company is behind.

After a hasty visit one day, KUKA returned to Shanghai and took the late night flight back to the United States.

When leaving Jiangcheng science and technology new area, the reporters rushed up, hoping to get some useful information from KUKA. This time, KUKA didn’t say a word in the whole process.

At that time, from the later news disclosure, we all know that the negotiation between Pingguo and the origin group on the use of microbial batteries failed.

The next day, the news was announced on the front page of major media around the world.

Warwick is relieved, but American technology companies are in a state of shock.

When Pingguo is reduced to hope to cooperate with the origin group, we can see how terrible the origin group has grown.

Affected by the breakdown of negotiations between Pingguo company and origin group, Wall Street is bearish on Pingguo’s future sales and Pingguo’s share price.

After the release of ip12, Pingguo’s share price once rose and reached a new high in the year.

However, after the tassel’s eye-catching performance in the European market, Pingguo has been declining. A few trading days ago, under the influence of KUKA’s visit to China, it is expected to reach a microbial battery cooperation with the origin group, the share price rose again, up as high as 4%.

Well, the negotiations broke down, and Pingguo’s share price fell thousands of miles, down as much as 12% on the same day, creating the largest decline on the same day since 2013.

This fall directly broke the bull bear line of Pingguo’s share price, indicating that a slow bear market is coming.

In Xiaguo A shares, Kechuang board.

Anyang stock, which represents the origin group, continued to rise. It rose again on the same day, and the stock price has reached 123 yuan.

A-share stock evaluation experts said with great sigh: ”in the A-share market, the only stock you can buy with your eyes closed without looking at graphics and analyzing various indicators is Anyang shares. No one can imagine that the stock of cosmetics such as Anyang is influenced by the sales of Pingguo mobile phones in the United States. ”

The stock evaluation expert said: ”remember my words, no matter when you buy Anyang shares, it will not be late! Don’t get off the bus after you buy it. As long as the origin group keeps its ability of scientific research and innovation, Anyang’s share price is as high as 1000 yuan! ”

After seeing off KUKA, Zhou Xiao was still very depressed.

[ionizing bacteria: monopoly value, 36.5% nationwide; Aversion value: 1.32% nationwide.]

After such efforts, the task is still not completed!

This is subject to the productivity and sales of Warwick tassels.

When Zhou Xiao was depressed, Mo Li found Zhou Xiao and took out a project in the hope that Zhou Xiao could sign and approve.

Mo Li said: ”this is a project in cooperation with Jiangcheng science and technology and Jiangcheng City, sewage, waste treatment and recycling.”

Mo Li explained the source and purpose of the project to Zhou Xiao.

Jiangcheng has always been an old industrial city. Before the founding of the origin group, the pillar industries were backward and highly polluting industries, such as steel and coal industries, leather shoes, furniture manufacturing, etc.

These industries have high pollution, low added value and high requirements for energy consumption.

Although there are big rivers in Jiangcheng, the hydropower industry is underdeveloped, so most of the energy supply comes from thermal power generation.

The cooperation between Jiangcheng City, Jiangcheng science and technology and the biological and medical laboratories of origin group is to try to use ionizing bacteria to generate electricity.

In this way, it can not only improve the power source of Jiangcheng, but also reduce the city’s garbage and have the best of both worlds.

Mo Li explained: ”Jiangcheng’s waste treatment is actually very bad. It has a large amount of domestic and industrial waste. These wastes are either directly burned or buried. Both methods are very polluting to the environment.”

Zhou Xiao felt that this was an opportunity to give full play to the role of ionizing bacteria and complete the task as soon as possible.
