The richest man starts with black technology

Chapter 270
After meeting with Zhou Xiao, Yu Jiangdong returned to Shenzhen on the same day to report to the board of directors.

Warwick’s mobile phone business has reached the most dangerous moment, and the pressure on Yu Jiangdong also makes other people on the board feel the same.

But empathy is empathy. We can’t help without chips. It’s all anxiety.

The next day, Warwick held a board meeting to discuss Yu Jiangdong’s proposal to jointly establish Xingrui technology company with the source code technology company subordinate to the origin group to jointly make mobile phones.

When Yu Jiangdong reported the scheme, the source code technology company accounted for 51% and Warwick only 49%, it also caused a great debate.

”Warwick has never suffered a loss in such cooperation. In the future, Warwick will set up a mobile phone company, almost all of which will be paid by Warwick from production to sales. The origin group just gave a battery. The singularity system is now open to the public. We Warwick can use it and Xiaomi can use it. It’s not a preferential treatment! We don’t accept this share. ”

The directors spoke one after another.

”I can’t accept it either. My opinion is not to talk about joint ventures or equity! We spend money on batteries and settle accounts according to the number of batteries. This is the most scientific and beneficial to both sides! ”

The director’s speech was hard and rigid, which made Yu Jiangdong smile bitterly.

Yu Jiangdong hurriedly said: ”the purpose of establishing a joint venture with the source code company is to let Warwick have the sole right to use the battery. If we pay according to the number of batteries, the origin group can sell the battery to Xiaomi and other mobile phone companies, rather than just Warwick.”

In order to achieve this cooperation, Yu Jiangdong is painstaking. He said: ”our mobile phone industry has no advantages over Xiaomi, blue factory and green factory. Although we can design chips, we can’t produce chips. In addition, now the chips are out of stock, and the mobile phone industry will go down. ”

Many directors listened to Yu Jiangdong’s heartfelt words.

But the directors still have a principle.

”The equity is too low, which is absolutely unfair to our labor. We don’t want to sit down and pay back the money. We want 70% or 80% of the shares, but we can’t receive 49%

”Yes! Since President Yu has just mentioned some special situations, 50% is our bottom line. This matter needs to be discussed with the origin group. ”

Yu Jiangdong added: ”although our shares are a little less, the future mobile phones retain the Warwick Ping brand and are sold under the Warwick brand.”

director:

”They are lucky to use Warwick’s brand. Warwick has worked on mobile phones for so many years and has a strong influence. This should be the advantage of our negotiation! How did it become our compromise? ”

”I still support the general proposal. It doesn’t matter how much equity matters. Now the most important thing is to enable Warwick’s mobile phone brand to recover again. We need to find a good way to survive before producing powerful chips. Cooperation with the origin group is the only way and the best way.”

The directors talked about it, some supported it and some opposed it. Generally speaking, there were more objections.

The reason for opposition is the number of shares.

They believe that Yu Jiangdong has made too many compromises and concessions, and Warwick will certainly pay more than the origin group in the future.

Since Warwick pays more than the origin group, why does it get less revenue.

Looking at the noisy board of directors, Yu Jiangdong only smiled bitterly.

Compared with the young and vigorous origin group, Warwick is more cautious and less bold.

These directors are right from the perspective of the enterprise.

However, they have been listening to the reports of their subordinates in the office and haven’t gone out to have a look. Some of them don’t know the specific situation of Warwick’s mobile phone business like Yu Jiangdong.

Yu Jiangdong only said loudly, ”be quiet, please be quiet, please be quiet.”

The directors were quiet.

Yu Jiangdong said, ”please allow me to use the big screen.”

After getting permission, Yu Jiangdong opened the large screen, which showed the full screen microbial battery super thin mobile phone designed by the origin group.

Yu Jiangdong said: ”what I want to say now may make you unhappy, but what I say is the dilemma facing our mobile phone business, and that’s why I want to propose to cooperate with the origin group.”

”You can see the mobile phone on the big screen. It was not designed by Warwick, but by the origin group. Full screen, off screen fingerprint and camera. These things, you might say, are now on the market. ”

”But on the back is the new technology of the origin group, microbial battery. Can rely on a little rice, which is edible organic matter, and can run a microbial battery for a week. ”

pretty

This is the first thought of many directors after seeing the mobile phone!

Why beautiful!

Because of minimalism and frivolity!

Pingguo mobile phone what has been make complaints about, but people who buy it have been a lot.

Warwick’s mobile phone will give people a sense of massiness and maturity, but Pingguo’s mobile phone must give people a sense of youth.

Warwick knew this truth long ago, so it launched the lightweight and fashionable Nova series at the expense of the performance of the mobile phone, and determined good results.

Yu Jiangdong said: ”the performance of mobile phones is a hard requirement for most enthusiasts. For more users, as long as the mobile phone can be used, beauty is what they value more.”

”I hope you can understand that this mobile phone on the big screen is designed by the origin group. If the origin group is willing, they can cooperate with Xiaomi to install high-end chips and Sanxing memory. They can also cooperate with blue factory and green factory to find hot stars to advertise. ”

Yu Jiangdong hit the nail on the head and said, ”now it is not the origin group that asks for our cooperation, but we ask for the cooperation of the origin group.”

”If the origin group loses us, it may have better partners. But we have lost the origin group. We may completely lose the mobile phone market in the next few years. I hope you can understand this truth. ”

”49% equity is not the bottom line, but our upper limit. If you can vote against this proposal for the so-called corporate honor or corporate dignity, Warwick’s mobile phone business can also be dissolved.”

Yu Jiangdong said very seriously, ”now, I ask the board of directors to vote.”
