The Martial Unity

Chapter 3094: Prophecies of Doom

While the Martial Sages led by Bodhisattva Maitreyi in West Panama dealt with beasts that were even harder to deal with than the quasi-Transcendent monsters of the Central Highlands of the Beast Domain, the Martial Sages of South West Panama gritted their teeth with grave severity.

Chills crawled across their skin as they awaited their convoy

The air boiled with raw danger.

The atmosphere grew electric with peril.

It wasnʼt for no reason.

Sage Sayfeelʼs expression grew ashen with horror as his eyes darkened with reckoning.

The mood was one of finality.

It wasnʼt for no reason.

He gazed at the commpad in his hand with a hardened expression, studying the horrifying satellite and radar feed of the final of the five convoys that converged upon the Panama Continent.

”…One million vessels set to arrive soon.”

The other Martial Sages gritted their teeth as they could gazed at the size of the convoy as indicated in the satellite and radar feed.

It was nothing short of an all-out invasion into the Panama Continent.

The sheer scale of this invasion vastly dwarfed all other invasions which were comprised of swift, but relatively smaller-scale elite parties sent to set foot upon the Panama Continent for the first time.

The tekvores of Acherialis had come in a thousand aircrafts at most, and that was the largest convoy that they had faced prior.

Until the fifth convoy from arriving from the Continent of Moridia surged towards the Panama Continent at great speeds with great numbers unlike anything that any of the other five convoys had.

”Prepare yourselves,” Sage Sayfeel growled at his fellow Martial Sages. ”We donʼt have a Transcendent Candidate amongst ourselves, and the Emperor of Harmony has personally assigned me to lead this important confrontation.”

His brown eyes sharpened with intensity.

”I have no intention of failing His Majesty.”

His gaze shifted to meet the gazes of Blood Lord Vrukshus, the Thalass King of the Marinaera Kingdom, Matriarch Nephi, and the Titan of Theory from the Republic of Gorteau, and the Nexus of the Hive.

Because this particular convoy was deprived of any Transcendent Candidate, they had received the bulk share of all peak Martial Sages available in the Panama Continent. Matriarch Nephi closed her eyes as she activated her powerful prophecy, peering into the depths of the future as she activated her Realms of Power.

Her expression grew grave.

”I foresee a titanic wave of power.”

Her tone was severe.

”A titanic wave of power that will spread across this continent.”

Her eyes opened with a hint of acceptance and finality.

”I foresee that we are doomed to fail.”

Her words bore heavy upon the atmosphere.

It was chilling.

It sent shivers down the spines of many Martial Sages who began doubting whether they were truly capable of stopping the million vessels that were surging towards the Panama Continent with a truly rapid approach.

The Celestial Seer was known for her powerful prophecies.

Her ability to predict the future was considered a strategic asset of human civilization. Of course, that didnʼt mean she was omniscient; far from it. However, what it did mean was that she possessed a truly astronomical ability to peer into the future with remarkable accuracy and precision.

The fact that she has declared their inability to deal with the incoming convoy meant that it was likely a given that they were outpowered by this incoming wave of destruction.

Sage Sayfeelʼs expression hardened as he picked up his commpad and called the Emperor of Harmony.

”…Sayfeel.” Emperor Raelʼs tone was low.

One of reckoning.

”Your Majesty…” Sage Sayfeel gritted his teeth. ”…We may need reinforcements.”

”…Is it that bad?”

”It does appear to be so according to the Celestial Seer, Your Majesty.”

”…Very well then,” the Emperor of Harmonyʼs tone was grave. ”I will redirect most of the Martial Sages deployed to South Panama to your convoy. You wonʼt have any Transcendent Candidates, but you will have fifty more Martial Sages with several peak Sages.”

The peace conversations with the dark elves had proceeded extremely well as the Kandrian Empire deployed several of their finest diplomats who handled the talks with the dark elves.

Of course, the Emperor of Harmony was far too cautious to get rid of all Martial Sages in the region, lest the dark elves proved to be lying, but clearly the threats that the Sage Sayfeelʼs convoy was dealing with far exceeded the risk of the dark elves going berzerk.

Sage Sayfeel heaved a deep breath as his eyes sharpened with great intensity.

He didnʼt have bother asking the Celestial Seer if this reinforcement was enough to deal with the incoming million vessels.

If it wasnʼt enough, then knowing that wouldnʼt make any difference.

If it was enough, then it was worth it for her to save her energy for what was to come, for prophecy was very energy taxing.

RUMBLE!!!

The world shook as the million-strong convoy drew closer and closer to the Panama Continent with great speed.

The air boiled with reckoning as the Martial Sages took their stances.

”There they are…” Sage Sayfeelʼs tone was one of menacing intensity.

Over the horizon they spotted countless warships and aircrafts emerging from beneath the horizon of the Great Nam Ocean.

An extraordinary amount of harmony and uniformity in not just the positions and formations of the many ships and aircrafts could be seen, but also in their structure and colors.

They were numerous, yet identical in the complete opposite of the tekvores.

They each bore a symbol.

A crest.

It was a circle.

A circle around an infinity symbol.

An unsophisticated and almost lazy coat of arms.

And yet, it inspired dread in all those that beheld it, conveying a simple meaning.

We are endless.

Behind the Martial Sages opened up a World Bridge portal as several Martial Sages emerged from it, along with many Kandrian Martial Masters. A total of one hundred and ten Martial Sages were gathered in the place as the convoy of one million vessels arrived at the Panama Continent.

VMMM…!!!

The cannons of the ships and aircraft shifted to point towards the Martial Sages, before unleashing an extraordinarily destructive onslaught of power with extraordinary intensity!

BOOOOOM BOOOOOM BOOOOOM BOOOOOM BOOOOOM!!!!!
