The Martial Unity

Chapter 3079: Cracking Fabric

BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM!!!

An extraordinarily intense beam of light surged around the giant avatar of light, checkering it with impact upon impact, unleashing great impacts upon her opponent. Each of her attacks, numerous as they were, was a peak Sage-level attacks at bare minimum, making each attack tremendously devastating impacts that would render almost any other Martial Sage incapacitated or dead.

And yet, the avatar of light was unfathomably sturdy.

BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM!!!!!

Despite her Heavenly Step of Boundless Light colliding with the avatar of light millions of times each second, it was able to withstand the damage that she unleashed upon it and also restore any damage to the supersolid light structure.

It did more than just defend.

It also attacked.

Bodhisattva Maitreyiʼs eyes sharpened with profound intensity as the supersolid light structure blurred just a nanosecond before the attack commenced.

Her eyes sharpened with keen observation.

A relativistic arm swing of astronomical force and momentum.

An attack that would erase her if it actually touched her.

And yet, it didnʼt.

VMMMMM!!!!!

WHOOSH!!!

The beam of light that was her existence curved out of the way thanks her to gravitational lensing technique, allowing her the maneuver even as a beam of light.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The sheer energy that the attack unleashed rocked the entire world.

Her eyes sharpened as the supersolid light structure blurred once more.

And yet again, it resulted in an attack.

RUMBLE!!!!!

Each time the structure blurred, it was the inception of an attack, revealing some fundamental truths about the nature of the avatar of light.

”The light is rigid and immobile in its supersolid quantum state,” she realized. ”In order to move, the supersolid light needs to be converted into photons once more.”

This conversion occurred within a nanosecond.

And yet, it was enough of a tell for Bodhisattva Maireyiʼs sharp eyes to identify as a cue for an incoming attack, allowing her to avoid being caught off-guard.

That wasnʼt the only advantage she had.

”In order to ensure that converted photons donʼt just fly off from the avatar of light, it cannot convert all of its body into a photon form,” she realized. ”It can only convert half of its supersolid light form to photons, making its average speed half the speed of light.”

Thus, despite both relying on light as a means of attack, she was faster and had a predictive tell.

However, that didnʼt mean that she had an upper hand.

For one, each attack from the avatar of light was massive, spanning enormous areas that she needed to avoid, forcing to exert great energy just to avoid being crushed by the overwhelming force and power of the silver tekvore.

On top of that, it wasnʼt easy to fight as a protector when she was limited to evasion and limited damage.

These dynamics on both sides caused the battle to turn into a dragging stalemate where either side struggled gain a decisive advantage.

They could only keep fighting with the hopes that their enemy made a mistake, allowing them to exploit it to get an advantage.

BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM!!!!!

Bodhisattva Maitreyi surged with extraordinary power, curving through the very fabric of space as she beamed around and about the avatar of light, unleashing countless collisions each second with extraordinary speed and power.

Every ounce of matter in her body had turned to light.

Every molecule, atom, and sub-atomic particle had surged in unison in the form of light, unleashing extraordinary attacks.

Extraordinary attacks that contained the sum totality of her existence.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!

RUMBLE!!!

The world shook violently as the very fabric of her being was weaponized in the Heavenly Step of Boundless Light.

And yet, not even that was enough to overcome the avatar of light.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The silver tekvoreʼs cybernetic eyes glinted with menacing peril as its body began growing even more intense.

The avatar of light around it shined brighter and brighter as it began contracting and coalescing into an extraordinarily dense sphere around the silver tekvore.

It compressed with greater and greater intensity, shining brighter and brighter.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The world shook violently, almost as if it struggled to fight back against the horrific anomalous power of the silver tekvoreʼs seemingly endless energy. The very fabric of space and time began bending to form an intense gravitational well that warped light itself.

Martial Sages froze with terror.

The tekvores grinned with menacing malevolence.

Bodhisattva Maitreyi grew grave with severity.

She had positioned herself between the tekvores and Esocline Federation.

What was coming was an attack that she couldnʼt avoid.

”Then…” her tone grew extremely intense. ”…I have no choice but to fight back with all my power.”

She activated a special breathing technique that warped not just heaven and earth but also space and time.

A technique that leveraged one of the most powerful high principles ever discovered in the Martial World.

It affected the very nature of quantum fields in the vicinity.

Specifically, it altered the interactions between the quantum fields of the fundamental building blocks of matter and the Higgs field, which was responsible for giving matter mass.

She didnʼt just alter the interactions between the quantum fields and the Higgs field.

No.

She went further.

”Amitabha…” her tone was as tranquil as it ever could be. ”May the world be set free from material bounds.”

She completely severed the interactions between quantum fields of matter and the Higgs fields, turning into pure light.

It was the foundation of her most powerful technique.

”Omnilumina.”

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!

The entire of the environment turned to light as it converged upon the silver tekvore at its epicenter at the same time that the Sun of light around the silver tekvore exploded outwards as a compressed supernova of unparalleled power.

What ensued was a clash between light and light.

A clash between convergence and divergence.

An explosion of unfathomable intensity.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!

RUMBLE!!!!!!!!

The world shook as the very fabric of space and time was pushed to the very limits.

They were pushed beyond their limits.

CRACK

Bodhisattva Maitreyi and the silver tekvore froze as the very fabric of space and time tore.

The very fabric of reality tore.
