The Broken Halo

Chapter 350: 350: Might Actually Work

Compared to his hand, Simon’s neck was like a pencil and with a little force, the Bulwark demon could snap it.

He wanted to see fear in Simon’s eyes.

He wanted Simon to beg for mercy.

In fact, Simon could not help but chuckle softly at the words of the Bulwark demon.

The Bulwark demon frowned deeply after hearing Simon’s words.

Simon rolled his eyes, then he released a soft sigh.

The expression of the Bulwark demon became strange, and he was not the only that had a strange expression.

But how could they know that not only did Simon have Fearless, he had faced death before.

The Bulwark demon shook his head, and Simon’s eyes flashed.

The Bulwark demon looked at Simon, and he looked into Simon’s eyes for a moment.

“Die for me.”

He held the Bulwark’s wrists and attempted to pull them away from his neck, but it was a futile attempt.

“Hahahahahahahaha!!!”

“Hahahahahahahaha!!!!”

Simon’s eyes were bulging out of his sockets, his arms flailing in complete chaos and disarray.

However, there was something more terrifying going on, and only those who were watching both Simon and the Bulwark demon could see this scene.

Even Instructor Amahi did not have the answers to what she was seeing.

’What is this?’

Simon’s neck was still in the grasp of the Bulwar, however, the Bulwark demon was not moving.

His demonic energy enhanced claws had pierced the Bulwark’s eyes, and Simon had done this slowly and with very little strength.

However, the Bulwark demon was not reacting to the fact that his eyes had been pierced.

Meanwhile, in the Bulwark’s mind, Simon was struggling with all his might and was even begging for mercy and help from those around him.

Unfortunately for him, he had no idea that he was under Simon’s illusion the entire time.

With the same indifferent and calm gaze Simon normally had, he groaned as he put more of his fingers inside the Bulwark’s eyes, then he enhanced his arms and claws and used the strength to give one final push.

Demonic energy claws shot out of his physical claws and pierced the brain of the Bulwark demon.

A second later, he fell as there was no longer any strength in the Bulwark’s arms.

And he died laughing with satisfaction in his mind but without putting up a fight in the real world.

Simon fell to the ground, and the moment he fell to the ground, the Bulwark demon also fell to the ground.

Simon’s eyes widened in disbelief as the corpse was falling toward him.

The massive corpse of the Bulwark demon fell on the ground with a loud bang!

However, that sigh of relief soon turned to him coughing out blood.

Although he defeated the Bulwark demon, his body was still battered and broken.

If he was left alone, he would most likely die.

Simon shook his head slightly, and it was painful to him, but he only clicked his tongue.

’Why stress myself for a mere thousand low grade hell stones?’

Why would he give up so easily after killing a Bulwark demon in his current state?

’This… might actually work.’
