The 99th Divorce

Ou Ming also washed in the bathroom of the ward. When he went out, Xu Cheng had brought the breakfast over. For two. When he saw Ou Ming coming out, Xu Cheng pretended not to see him, opened the lunch box to Yu Lili and said, “Have some porridge to protect your stomach.”

While saying that, he had helped Yu Lili to handle the small dishes and the porridge and also put the spoon and table in the place where she could easily get them.

Yu Lili saw his dark circles that were obviously because of staying up late, felt a little sympathy and sincerely said, “Thank you.”

Xu Cheng smiled and was about to talk but he felt a sharp stare behind him. His back was immediately stiff, and he quickly waved his hand and said, “You are welcome, now you have to eat slowly, and I will go first.” Turning around, he faced Ou Ming’s obviously unhappy expression and quickly said, “Master Ou, I will go to the company first.”

“Ok.”

Xu Cheng sighed with relief, but when he almost walked out of the door, he suddenly heard Ou Ming’s voice, “Remember the lunch.”

“Yes!” Xu Cheng responded, and then left at once.

Yu Lili saw his eagerness to leave quickly, unconsciously smiled, looked down at the breakfast and raised her hand to pick up the spoon. After eating something and resting last night, Yu Lili’s strength had recovered a lot.

Ou Ming just glanced at her, and then sat down on the sofa next to her and have his breakfast. However, he didn’t forget to observe her movements while eating. He felt relieved after seeing that she was really having breakfast.

After Yu Lili was full, she stacked the things and pushed the small table to the side. Then her eyes fell on the TV remote control on the edge of the sofa. The sofa was a bit far from the bed, which might be four or five steps away.

Yu Lili was too bored, looking at the remote control and the needle on her hand. She calculated the length of the infusion tube and found that it could not let her go to that side, so she propped herself up to open the quilt.

Ou Ming was looking at the computer, felt her movements, then looked up and asked, “What do you want?”

Yu Lili ignored him and reached out to take the bag of medicine down. Before she resting her hand, it was picked up by Ou Ming. He was over six feet tall, which was nearly one head higher than her.

Yu Lili only felt a strong sense of oppression, so she took a step back subconsciously, but felt that it was too good-for-nothing, so she looked at him with her neck stiff.

“What do you want?” Ou Ming asked again, “To go to the bathroom?”

His gentleness made Yu Lili surprised. Looking away, she reached out to try to get the medicine bag from his hand, but he pulled it away. Ou Ming looked at her, faintly raised his eyebrows and did not speak.

Yu Lili stared at him and said after a while, “I want to watch TV.”

After hearing what she said, he couldn’t help but smile, turned to look at the TV remote control on the edge of the sofa and said while walking toward it, “You wanted to die yesterday, but now you want to watch TV. How can you be so capricious?”

Yu Lili blushed at what he said and retorted, “You didn’t let me die. Now you don’t allow me to watch TV, do you? Freak!”

Ou Ming did not take the medicine bag away, and after taking the remote control, he threw it at her.
